I had a tire blow out on my Tractor Truck on 404 just east of Denton ! Called, said they would be right out. Someone called me back and said your real close, think you can baby it in? Would save you a road call, so I did. Got tire changed , in and out door in 20 mins for a good price! Can still make pickup appointment on time. THANKS DOUG AND RAY.
There was a little bit of a wait at 8 AM, still got my tire switched out and I was out the door by 840. Fast, reasonably priced service. Would recommend. The staff is very nice.
I went to this place to install and programmed four tpms sensors. I came in the morning and they only told me about I need an appointment to install them. So I come back at the time they told me and they started working on the sensors. Later, the reception guy told me it was done ✔️ but never told me they could not programmed them. So at the end I check my van if I have them programmed in the van and I have a big surprise I did not have them programmed them. I got mad because they already charge me 80 dollars. I told them why they didn’t told me from the beginning they could not install aftermarket Tpms sensors but they did not bring me a nice answer. So I got mad because they didn’t refund me or get it fixed them and I went to Phillips auto center in Sudlersville MD and they got me corrected in only 10 min !!
****So my advice is check your tires or sensors before you pay for it !! *****
Only place in the area open on Saturday. Rolled in early and they helped us immediately despite already working with another customers vehicle. Had us fixed up and out the door in no time! Highly recommend. Great staff and service!
My first time experience at Doug's tires was great walked inside it looked really nice it didn't smell like old dirty cars it smelled refreshing with plug in candles the receptionist was really nice they were Speedy fast with my oil change I was literally in and out I wasn't there no longer than 15-30 minutes I was shocked how quick 😳 it was. Absolutely amazing , polite, professional, and fast service. I like frequenting these types of businesses. I like giving them my money as opposed to a large chain type business because of the attributes listed above and Dougs Tire delivered on all counts. I was in and out of there way faster than any other place where Ive had to have this type of maintenance done before and I WILL be going back there in the future.

I went to a dealership for an oil change and was told I needed new tires front and rear brakes and rotors. Doug's was cheaper and they told me my front brakes and rotors were practically brand new and didnt need to be changed. Will definitely be back!
Doug's Tire Service was a great experience with tire quote, replacement and alignment. Truly appreciate the time they took go over why I probably had the problem on tires that were being replaced.

The receptionist is basically the rudest woman I've ever met. Their mechanics are not friendly. I would have given 0 stars had my oil change not been fast. I will NEVER recommend this place or go there ever again.
You can get any tire you want good prices, receptionist/ office manager is awesome she even checks things over when getting my jeep. Only one place to get great service and fair prices.

I came in for a set of tires on a trailer, and get the oil changed in my truck. I asked Kelsey if she would have them check the air pressure in the truck tires, and she assured me that was part of the service... I go and pick it up, and $375 later, I asked her if they checked the air, like I requested, and was answered with "oh, yeah, they sure did"...
After loading the truck, and seeing that the air had not been checked, it was at 10 psi (my tires require 44 psi)... I then check everything else, and find a nail in the front tire... Yeah, Doug's is convenient, and they are friendly, but to actually do the work that they promise, it's best to double check them...
Went here to get an alignment while passing through town.. they had it on the lift for 10-15 minutes max. Pulled it down and said it’s ready to go. As I was traveling, I felt it still pull, but not as bad. Good, it’s fixed. Upon stopping at a gas station, the tires on the one side were blown up to 40 psi. They had to blow it up to 40. The other side, 32 where I keep as recommended. Upon deflating back to 32 it started to pull again. Very disappointed and feel $70 for a 10 minute alignment is disappointing. I personally would not recommend. Since I am not from there, I can’t take my car back or I would have.
Was not impressed at all! First problem was they closed early and did not tell me so I couldn’t pick up my car, found it unlocked and passenger window down after a very long down pour of rain, ruined the inside of my door, seat and carpet. To top it all off next day on my way to work my wheel was wobbly, the lug nuts were loose..... plus one of my lug nuts is gone and was replaced with a regular nut. The price wasn’t bad at all but if I didn’t catch the loose lug nuts I could have been seriously hurt!
I bought one tire, and the deal was so good I came back for more tires, front end alignment and got another great deal using parts from Obers. Honesty and well done work. Cleanest shop plus a window to watch the several mechanics. I do wish they would make you tube videos for educational purposes. Best deal on new tires!
I had purchased new tires from a different tire shop a few weeks back. One of my tires blew out, and the tire shop I used was jerking my chain. Doug was straight up with me, helped me get what I needed, and was pleasant about the whole experience. I didn't feel like I was a bother, and he didn't judge me because I had bought my tires from another place. Huge thank you to Doug & Staff for helping me in a jam!
