Harold is a great guy and super pleasant to do business with. It was worth the trip down from CT to get the suspension parts I needed and he even painted them for me (He sent a picture prior to painting)! I will ask Harold first before I grab used parts from anywhere else.
We called yesterday afternoon for a gas tank..They got it out for us and had it ready for me when I got there..He even loaded it in my truck with out me having to ask..This was the most organized salvage yard I have ever been to…highly recommend..
My husband and I are new to the eastern shore. Yesterday (May 3rd) was our first time going there. They were so nice and helpful. We will use them again. We went there for a rear windshield but ended up buying 4 tires as well.
Great service here at Eagle Auto Salvage. I took a friend here to get a door for a pickup. My friend uses a walker. They brought the whole truck out to the parking lot for us to check it out. It was the correct door for his truck. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We will be going back.
I bought a motor from this place. It was a very nice motor and the price was great too. I'm gonna get all my parts from here. It's a little out the way but it is worth it.
The body shop where my truck is, called on Wed. Nov 27th for a frame, then called again on Fri Nov 29th still nothing. I called on Tues Dec 3rd and they said it should be there between 2 ~ 3 , it hot there at 3:30.
I understand about Thanksgiving, but damn a week to deliver a frame. The drive is only 2 1/2 hrs.
If it was goin to take a week, because you were combining runs, you should have told the body shop guy.
I have never been treated or talked to so poorly!! I was told by a mechanic that I needed an ac pump went to eagles to buy the part.. The first two came in broken and the third got there ok I guess. In the mean time my alternator tore up having that fixed they informed me that was the issue not the ac pump.. knowing there was a 20% restock fee I went to get my money back .. the bald headed man immediately started talking to me with such an attitude that I ordered a part I didn’t need” like I knew I listened to the mechanic” and said I refused the part twice.. I had to argue the point that he ordered two broken parts how was that my fault? I also paid cash and he informed me that I get a check back.. I said how when I paid cash he said you didn’t ask and maybe Walmart does that.. anywho there was an argument where informed him to give me my damn money and I would never deal with them again.. o and he needs to get a personality!! I say I would never recommend them, very poor customer care, and being treated like trash!!! Worst service EVER!!!!!
