You'd expect a place like this to be professional or at least have a professional manager. But any time I deal the Lee, he tries to queerbait me. After the two times rejecting his advances, he's basically made my life hell when I come here. Keeps me waiting for hours on end and is just plain unprofessional.
this place is so Pathetic. We do what we can to be on time with appointments and they don’t care. We get on time, nobody in the line and they decide to have a 10min break (that is not only 10min… more than 30min) just right on my appointment time. And we miss the other appointments because of them
I've called this location several times on two separate business days and have yet to get a SINGLE answer on the other end. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review on a business but man... this is actually absurd. Scared to even drive down to the location as I've seen the other reviews describing the attitudes of the employees. Feel like it'll just be a waste of time & gas. Overall, bafflingly unpleased. Honestly, don't even know what to recommend to anyone lol. Steer clear I suppose.
I was hesitant to leave this review because I wanted to give this place a second chance but I realized that they don’t deserve it. Had a 3pm appointment, arrived at 1pm and marked arrived. my plan was to relax in the truck after the long journey as I waited to be loaded at 3pm….guess what Lee the yard manager looks at me and then goes ahead and cancels my appointment.He never said a single word to me prior to canceling it! Luckily I saw it and immediately rebooked it before it was taken by someone else… I immediately went to ask why they canceled it and from the get go he was defensive and very rude. At no time did I ask them to load me at 1pm , all I did was “mark arrived”, and I didn’t understand why he canceled my appointment… The general manager Kali O’Neal happened to be there and all she did was yell and CURSE at me! She NEVER even listed to my complaint/concern, actually she said she didn’t care! This explains why Lee gets to behave how he wants! I’ve seen a few other complaints and even witnessed Lee being very disrespectful to transporters. This place treats customers and transporters very badly! On the other hand, the loader was nice , although he cracked my oil pan when loading. Someone needs to keep an eye at this place! Or maybe they are just rude to people they don’t know … AVOID this place if you can!
Lee the yard manager there is a joke! Dude is SO RUDE!! I have no idea why they’d select him to lead a team. Loader there is nice and would be nicer if the yard manager was a decent person, but you can tell the vibe there is off!
The most pathetic people working in the facility they should shut this place down . from the arrogant females to the manager and the loader all should be replaced because everyone I mean everyone complains about this place . The most rudest people is this how they are taught to talk to customers . It’s unreal. They like trouble . People come here on time . They threatening people .
One of the worst businesses I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
The loader does a good job but the manager Lee is a terrible person. He is always condescending to the drivers and flips out the second anything slightly inconveniences him. He will randomly shut the whole operation down so he can have lunch with the other employees at the same time, rather than rotating lunch breaks. That’s 1.5 hours that no one gets loaded. And it’s entirely random and inconsistent so you can never plan around it.
You will have to wait sometimes 2-3 hours and Lee will refuse to let you use the restroom. All the drivers are forced to use the loading lot as a toilet.
I have been coming to this location for over a year and it’s only gotten worse because of Lee. At least before he was in charge, you could plan your day. Now it’s just chaos. They have two machines to load cars, it’s rare to see both being used. If you make an appointment? It doesn’t matter because they are always behind.
Get there at 8 when they open? They won’t load you until at least 9am.
Show up at 430pm? You may or may not get loaded even though they are open until 5pm. They do not care about the customers that keep them in business and it’s sad.
It’s funny to watch Lee when his boss visits because he completely changes his personality and becomes a totally different person.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. It’s not worth it. I wish I could leave zero stars.
I was waiting over an hour to pick up a vehicle. When I walked in to ask for a restroom i was glared at like I was trespassing and told no public restrooms.
Transporters beware. They only have one loader and he is slow as a turtle. Not worth coming here to pick up one unit. You will spend haif the day waiting to get loaded. No loader at Lunch time.
