Called it in and they said to wait 75 minutes, then delayed it by another 30, then they didn’t show up for 15 and a cop told us that he needed to call his own because we were stuck there too long.
My car transmission blew on the way home from ocmd on 2 North/Ritchie Highway. I have geico roadside assistance that works with this towing company. They called me to let me know they were on their way and arrived in a quick 30 minutes. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman- he was personable & professional. Would highly recommend.
Always was very helpful during a difficult experience. The staff was professional and respectful, which I am sure is difficult to maintain in their profession. I will keep them in mind the next time I need towing assistance. Thank You.
My vehicles was stolen. Once it was found Always towing towed it to their yard via Baltimore county police. Among a list of criminal business practices by Always towing; Charging a car thief victim to recover their car, Stating that it can take up to 30 days for Always towing to receive the car owners information in order to notify them that their car has been recovered but charging fees that can amount to over $2k or $35 per day charge. It was also mentioned that it's a practice that the county police doesn't allow Always towing to contact the car owner until a 10 day period has passed, however Always towing will charge you for those initial 10 days. After paying the $1900 fee to recover my vehicle I was told (only after) that I would not be permitted to drive my vehicle off the towing lot because of a damaged ignition and only could take the car if it's towed off the lot. I called AAA but due to the overwhelming tows needed in Baltimore county AAA wouldn't be able to arrive until after Always tow yards closing hours. I asked if I could bring my car which I've already paid for could be parking in the parking lot so I could wait with it until AAA arrived to my disbelief they stated it's their policy that they cant allow a car thats been paid for to be parked in the parking lot after hours because the window was broken out when it was stolen. In addition they will be charging me another day of storage fees because I have to come back tomorrow to recover my vehicle. These business practices are criminal and I'd hope that anyone else doesn't have to experience this.
Choose this company if you want to wait all day with zero communication. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Had me waiting on the side of the road for a couple hours only to bring the wrong type of tow truck. If at all possible, stay away from this company because all this could be avoided by communication which they have none of.
I would give no stars because this place is awful GOD terrible the guy with the fish hook hat is a idiot and the person behind the desk can’t make a transaction to save his life, good thing he can tow save your money and time and go with another service.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is the worse towing company in the DMV. They were assigned to me through my GEICO and they failed to complete the tow after lying and stalling us for 3.5 hours of delays. My insurance company finally procured another towing service who showed up and did an acceptable job. I hope that GEICO drops them from their vendor list!
Horrible experience with these people that count past two. Completely unprofessional and they had me waiting 3 hours and lied they completed my service when they did not. They need to be out of business taking advantage of people.
Hopefully none of you will never need to have your beloved vehicle towed due to an accident, but if so and it's (Always Towing Inc.) they will arrive A.S.A.P. and will greet you with a professional greeting and show sympathy for your situation while taking your vehicle to there location which is around the nice white marsh area on Pulaski highway and park your car in a clean secure lot with parking on site if you need to drive or are driven there ...* And the staff there is like the MAJORITY of Americans, good workers, good people, all the time....Gracia's Always towing....Gerald

Absolutely horrible experience. Please read these reviews and save yourself some hassel. This is the worst towing experience I have ever had. Tried to literally rip off my son.
Got into accident on route 43 on thursday was told by police that had to be towed by these people. After getting my vehicle home I looked inside my trunk to see they removed the headliner out my trunk and pulled the panel in the trunk out. My accident didn’t even involve my trunk. I’m sure they searched for something to steal and after realizing there was nothing to take they said I’ll just take the headliner. Worst place ever I want my headliner and I will see you guys Monday or Tuesday to get it. Oh and when I called multiple times they didn’t even answer.
My motorcycle was picked up from this company & within 24hrs later my bike was damaged. I clearly know what my motorcycle looks like and have pictures of it, when I went to pick the bike up it was dropped on the right side. The company actually took the time to improper put the parts on UPSIDE DOWN. When I got there I notice also that my bike was not placed in an adequate spot for retrieval, in fact it was placed deep in the mud & anothe worker had to help me get it out. When I lost my mind about the dangers the worker said to confront the driver. And after confronting the driver he stated that my motorcycle was “like that” it was “already damaged.” If I had to guess the driver took no time or concern to properly strap the bike up & it feel over, hard. Right now I’m in the process of suing the company, I also got the police camera footage aswell. The damages are about $2,000.
As the driver of the vehicle but my mother on the title I wasn't allowed to even see the car until they were paid 2k+ which conveniently dropped to about 1k. Not sure how that happens other than shady horsecockery... my mother took pictures a week before they towed it to my driveway. Somehow between the tow yard 7 minutes from my house these morbidly obese kumbaya singing around the fire kumquats must've dropped the car at a ridiculously steep angle or something happened to shear the oil pan off and filter and so much else. Things that weren't damaged 10 days before. 5 quarts of oil was on his flatbed fatbed and then in my driveway. Very much appreciate your gentle handling of my car accidentally causing double the damage the car sustained in the accident which brought it there in the first place. Avoid this place.
EDIT: Completely forgot to mention that the RWD car was towed in PARK without ever engaging or disengaging the Neutral Override button or switch/screw in the center console gear selector...
Apparently my mother should have been able to retrieve any personal items from the car as it's in her name and completely paid off but she was also denied until we paid the 2k tow fee that he magically dropped to 1k before she was allowed to retrieve property or even look at the vehicle which is not legal I ve just learned. Contacting lawyer tomorrow.
Not to mention they for some reason tried to get my mother to sign the title over to them giving them the car free instead of paying the tow bill. Not a shadier towyard in the country
