My car would not start and I was looking to have it towed to the dealership. Luke was ready on his way when it occurred to me that it may just be a battery issue. Luke quickly tested my battery and confirmed that the battery simply needed to be changed.
He went to the store to purchase the new battery for me and did the installation himself in under 30 minutes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and reasonably priced and friendly.

I broke down on 695 this morning, and Luke came was the greatest. He made sure that he took care of my situation in the safest manner possible. He was also very patient. By the time he arrived, traffic was very heavy, and it didn't bother him. Luke is a wonderful young man. After dropping my car off at my mechanics shop, he even offered to take me home ( about 5 blocks ). I tried to tip him, but he refused to take it. All he said was for me to write an honest review for his service. I never thought writing a review would make a difference, but I learned today that our ( customers )opinions really matter. Highly recommend if you unexpectedly kill your car battery and are in a rush to get moving! They are very responsive, quick to arrive, and efficient. Tsahai had my car going in under 1 minute and was so kind! Again, I highly recommend!

Driver was very friendly kept in contact with me about his ETA. Towed vehicle to dealership after hours made sure he put key in drop box and sent me a text telling me where he dropped car off in parking lot. Would definitely use again.
