I was out Owings Mill on the 16th and I seen the driver having road rage. This white man driver was screaming racial slurs out the window and told this woman he hoped the whole family died. How this acceptable for a company. Racists ain’t got no place here. This should be on the news and the owner of this company should be held accountable for hiring people who think this is ok behavior. Shame on Priority Towing
Fantastic service! They got to my car within two hours of calling, and the tow driver was an absolute master of his craft. From initial call to dropping off the car, they took what is a normally stressful and frustrating process and truly made it as pain-free as possible. While I hope to not have to use them again any time soon, should the time come, they will be the first I call. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and again, can’t stress the excellent customer service enough.
Ashley is an idiot. Literally forgot she put me on hold and I heard her say to her coworkers”I’m about to call this lady back and lie to her” and heard her, another female, and a male laugh out loud and then she hung up on me. No call back. Do not trust at alll. Canceled my tow with them and my insurance is filling an internal complaint against them. Don’t waist your time ! Wasted 3 hours waiting for a tow !
Was assigned this company by my insurance and waited for 5 hours. 4 hours past when they said they would show up. Called Mobile Rescue and they arrived in 15 minutes. Don't use this company in a pinch. Make sure you schedule ahead days in advanced. Although I can't say they would show up even then.
This company is horrible. They were dispatched as roadside service via Hagerty insurance and showed up 5 hours late. When they dropped the car off at 12:30 AM they scraped the exhaust on the pavement and the front bumper on the ramp because the driver was in a rush and didn't fully the extenf the roll back, he also aggresively unstrapped the car and hit the door with the hook on the end of the strap. When I confronted him about his treatment of the car he got aggresively in my face and started making threats. I guess he was all bark because he got back in the truck and as a parting gift he blew the horn for a good solid 30 second. Very classy! Drivers name was Asia. Would not recommend!!
Charged 150 to tow vehicle 3miles, completely took advantage of the situation anybody that doesn't have to use this company dont!!

Eddie was by far the best tow truck driver that I have ever met!!!! My kiddo locked my keys in the trunk n Eddie had to work harder to get it out because of my security system, but he was very professional and went above and beyond with everything today. I was so upset at first, but by the end of the visit, I was all smiles. Thank you so much!!!! Eddie you are amazing!!!!!
Was assigned this company via my insurance company. They didn’t arrive by the stated time and when I called the customer service rep/dispatch was unprofessional by fussing with coworkers in the background (which I ignored and didn’t really care about but it was unprofessional). I told her that my phone was dying and wasn’t sure if it would last until they got there, but the rep told me that it would be another 30 minutes (although the location they were coming from was only 15 minutes away). I received a text from my insurance company asking if the tow truck arrived and if not to give them a call. So I called my insurance company and they called Priority and almost immediately I got an update saying my tow truck would be an hour more (I felt this could have been retaliation for the multiple calls asking for status but I can’t prove that). My phone was almost completely dead so I had to walk to somewhere to charge my phone so I could call my insurance company again. They called Priority to try to understand what happened but the customer service rep/dispatch was rude and unprofessional to the insurance rep and refused to tell them why the tow truck was going to take another hour (which fueled my suspicion that this was retaliation). At this point I had lost any confidence that they’d actually come so I asked my insurance provider to cancel the tow with them. I ended up getting another tow truck company and they were there in 20 minutes. I wasted almost 2 hours waiting for this company. I hope this was an isolated incident and hope this gets addressed. With a name like Priority I hope they do better to make stranded customers a priority—especially when they call saying they’re completely broke down and their phone is dying and won’t be able to communicate soon!
I was very disorganized and had to go back a second time to get more things from my car. They were friendly, courteous, accommodating, and gave me some good advice. Thanks Priority towing!
We were not made aware of the cost per mile before the vehicle was towed. While we did know that we would have to pay extra, we were not given a fee at any point before the vehicle was delivered even though they had the address prior to picking the vehicle up. We have had several tow services with Geico tow to the same location and we were always made aware of the cost per mile prior to towing and the fee collected upfront. The person we spoke to took a "not my problem" approach to my concerns and threatened to impound the vehicle. I will NEVER use this service again. If Geico dispatches a tow service again, I will ensure it is not this service.
I had a great experience with these guys. My driver was very professional and quick to respond when needed. I believe his name was Armin. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone who needs a tow and I will definitely be using them in the future
Priority Towing and Recovery dispatched Paul Davis to dig us out in a very timely manner with whom the whole experience was just fantastic and very satisfactory.
Our Mercedes SUV awkwardly stopped at the roadside failed to start and completely locked systems and doors while partially blocking the street making it difficult to align and load on the towing truck. However, Paul’s dedication, patience, expertise and professionalism was amazing and was able to accomplish the task and offloaded the car nicely at the repair facility relieving us of a very stressful situation. Kudos to Paul and the company.
A couple days ago my sister hit a deer immensely damaging her car. Priority towing was dispatched and the services provided by the driver, Woody were greatly appreciated. They answered my call 12:30am from the BWI cellphone lot in the rain to tow my car. When they arrived, they were friendly and made me feel safe. My car was delivered to a dealership and I received a text letting me know the car was delivered, even at 1:15am. Will keep their number for any future needs.
Priority towing helped me out of a very rough situation when my trailer shredded (the picture doesn't accurately show the damage) a tire on i-70 outside of Mt. Airy MD late evening on the Friday before memorial day 2024. As if the holiday weekend was not enough of a problem, the complexity was further compounded by the fact that my equipment trailer had a lot of weight on it. After initially declining the job due to complicating factors (it was very understandable that they declined the job) I got a call from one of the managers, Matthew, while he was at the gym where he asked for additional information in an effort to help me out. Matthew went above and beyond what I expected and took time out of his busy life to talk through several potential solutions with me and then orchestrated between multiple people and really helped save me. The amazing dedication didn't stop there. One of the drivers, Charles, was supposed to be off Sunday May 26, 2024, but agreed to come in and work on his day off just to haul my load. I was able to meet Charles at the drop off location for the trailer and he was able to put it exactly where I needed it. Charles was extremely professional the entire time and really helped me out of a tough situation.

Needed my jeep towed to dealership today and went through my insurance company and had to go through 2 other towing company till I was given Priority Towing and they are the best! Wanted to give a massive shout out to Preston who was the driver in being helpful with any questions that I had as well as showing great professionalism. Everything went very well and the communication from Priority Towing was excellent. Got a call immediately from Sara after completing GEICO roadside assistance info on the app, and James reached out when he was a few minutes away. Was very impressed. From the time I called to the time my car was on the truck and on its way to the repair shop was less than an hour.
The 2 stars are for the lady who picked up my car, very respectful and polite lady. Otherwise, people in the office are rude and unpunctual. This is how my vehicle got delivered. I told the driver to put it in a parking space or the driveway. My vehicle almost towed by the landlord. I had to drive to the shop on a Saturday night to try and move it. For the price I would expect better service.
The team here was great, on time and very communicative working my request. We were trying to get a small tractor delivered and after waiting for weeks for another group that was not able to assist, Priority stepped up to the plate and finished my task in a few hours. We referred them again to my son and had a similar consistent excellent experience.
Service was excellent. Dispatch was helpful and friendly. Worked with me to make a last minute change. If you plan to wait with your vehicle for their service, plan for a long wait. I have used them in the past and their arrival time is always longer than they say. This time I was able to make arrangements so that I didn't have to wait with my car which was good because it took them 4 hours to arrive to tow my car. Knowing ahead of time to make arrangements for myself made it a better experience with them.
Expected wait time was about an hour. They showed up in 40 minutes. Gentleman was amazing. He gave me time to grab everything I needed from the car. Confirmed the location of the auto shop, and got my car on its way.
Scott on the phone was great as well. He was able to confirm my location and provided me the information I needed to pay online, and confirmed about the overage on miles.
These guys get all 5 stars. They gave me the peace of mind I needed for an already stressful morning.
I don’t think i have ever seen any towing company like Priority towing, honestly from start to finish and the driver was extra amazing believe me he was very nice respectful and kind, I’m a mechanic at Gaithersburg Auto Clinic and starting from today any customer that needs towing i will definitely send them straight to Priority Towing!
