What an EASY experience! I called several tow companies to tow a box truck from our business to a shop for repairs. One company came out and said "Oh. We thought it was a van." and left. Two others gave us prices that were pretty high. One said I had to email them if I wanted to schedule a pickup--- But Semper Fi answered the phone- came in $100 less than other companies, the driver was on time and very pleasant- and charged our credit card and emailed a receipt from his phone. The entire process was super quick and super easy. I will recommend them to everyone going forward.
PS. My father was a Marine. He would have been proud to hear the name 'Semper Fi'. :)
This company is the BEST company I have ever used. My car broke down at Walmart and I had just went shopping with my 1.5 year old and cold groceries. His wife came personally to pick me, my son and the groceries and drove us to my home. My car was brought to the house later that evening. The fact they took time out of their personal plans to help a military family in need was selfless and a true blessing. I highly recommend and trust them to the fullest. Thank you a million times. Had just locked my keys in my car outside of my house. looked all around and could only find sketchy locksmiths and roadside assistance. Didn’t have any cash on me and most of them wouldn’t take debit card. Used semper fi in the past for a tow and remembered the good service. Gave them a call out if desperation to unlock my door and the tow truck driver was at my house in less than twenty min. Friendly guy fast easy service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in a similar situation
Preset pick up time and delivery time the day before. Since I was in a different state, I was unable to be present at the time. The vehicle was transported from a hotel parking lot to a transfer sight for my son who had been transferred to Germany. The vehicle was delivered successfully without any issues. The whole process was quick, efficient, and everything was taken care of above and beyond my expectations. Truly an amazing and affordable business to work with. There are a lot of other towing companies I could have used, but I am extremely pleased I was able to find them because of the exemplary service I received.
We had spent a long day trying to get our box truck out of the impound lot after it got stolen. Finally decided to have it towed 2 hours down the road. Called Semper Fi auto care to get a price. They were very professional and responded very quickly. Kelly came out, hooked up to our vehicle and we were finally heading home. He was very professional and actually showed up earlier than the time they said they would be there! I hope I never have to use them again, but if I need a tow, I know who to call! Excellent service! I had backed my car in the driveway close to the retaining wall on passenger side. The rear right passenger side tire was 100% flat and on the rim. I was afraid the rim would be damaged when the first service call arrived and said they could not change the tire because it was to close to the wall and said that it had to be towed and most likely would damage the rim on my brand new Lexus. I called and requested a tow. Lenny with Semperfi Auto Care called and asked what was going on and said he was around the corner and would come by to assess it. He was there in 10 minutes and said there was no reason the first service company could not have changed the tire. He said he would do it for me and proceeded to take care of the situation while I went back to my conference call and texted me when he was done. We need more companies practicing this level of customer service and commitment. I will definitely refer to them going forward. Thank you!
We broke down on I-95 N/B by Exit 64 Maryland early in the morning hours. Was waiting for tow by Ford road side assistance that never came. Called into AAA and was notified by driver that he just got the job and would arrive within 15 to 20 minutes. Seeing him arrive in my rear view mirror 15 minutes later with his flat bed tow truck was like a God send. The driver ""Lenny "" came up to us and asked if we were O.K. Told him I needed a tow to the nearest Ford dealer. He told us that he had a Ford dealer about 5 miles away from our location. Upon further conversation, Since I had AAA and towing for 100 miles, would he possibly be able take my Ford Explorer to my house in New York. He said sure no problem. He delivered vehicle and parked it in front of my house. He was very professional, personal, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable in his line of work. He saved our day.
Last week my car broke down twice in the same day. The first time, my roadside assistance came and topped off my oil. On the way home it broke down again at the last stoplight before my neighborhood. I had a panic attack and was unable to contact my roadside assistance again, but then came Lenny to the rescue. He moved my car off of the road and then when I told him I was almost home he towed me the rest of the way free of charge. He was very kind and professional. After AAA confirmed my car problems went beyond a dead battery, they sent SemperFi towing to assist with a tow. I received a call within 15 minutes of the request and he provided me with an estimate that was fast and timely. Lenny, was polite, professional, and careful with our both my car and property and tooted his horn for my daughter who was fascinated watching the whole experience of Mommy's car being put on a truck. He texted me to confirm delivery of my car to the service shop. I definitely recommend if you are in need of towing services.
On two separate occasions (flat tire, engine overheating) , two years apart and on two different vehicles; I had to call AAA. Each time; SemperFi was dispatched to assist me. Oddly enough, the same driver came to my rescue (Lenny)! I immediately remembered him and after we talked for a minute; he remembered me.
While I do not wish to need SemperFi's services any time soon; I am so appreciative about the level of service and professionalism that I received (i.e., having the right towing tools for specific vehicles); I actually told him "if my car ever breaks down again and he is not at work that day...I will gladly sit on the side of the road and wait specifically for him!" I experienced a blow out on 95 during the peak of morning traffic. My first call was to BMW service. They told me it would be 90 minutes until someone could get to me. Keep in mind I was on the shoulder with trucks zipping by. I called AAA. Within minutes they connected me to Lenny, the tow driver for this company. He told me exactly where he was and how long it would take to get to me. Within 20 minutes, he pulled up. His first priority was getting me out of the car safely. He then hooked up my car and off we went. I can never underestimate the importance of kindness and professionalism under these circumstances. I wanted to tip him but had no cash. I made sure to get his card so I can send him something. Yes, it meant that much to me. If I ever need a local tow, I will request this company!!
I was connected to SemperFi through AAA. My technician was Jim. I had thought my issue was something more significant and requested a tow to the dealer. Jim assessed the car and determined it was only the battery. He was happy to take the car to the dealer but offered as it was only the battery a AAA service center. He said they would be quick and reasonable (which they were). His suggestion saved me tons of time and money, this is the type of service that is greatly appreciated and I’d recommend this company to anyone who asked.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Keith pulled over on the side of I-95 when he saw that my tire had blown out completely. He was traveling south and I was on the northbound side, but he stopped to help even though it was probably out of his way. He changed my tired in under 10 minutes and I was able to safely make it to the airport for a flight shortly thereafter. Keith was polite, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend SemperFi for whatever you need.
