Spartan removal expertly removed my items from my home the date and time agreed.

On July 23rd of 2022 they came to pick up my junk at a business. One week later I found that same junk at the doorstep of the business, without any note of sorts. I would have been incredibly angry but after I called the business and left a complaint, and requested to be called back. I look at my account and they actually already returned the money. So while they were unable to remove my junk, they returned every single cent even before I left the complaint. Now I feel just a little bad for complaining, but I didn’t mention that I wanted my money back on the phone (I knew I was going to get it somehow) so that was cool. Great gentlemen. Good efficiency. Hard workers. I would recommend.

The Spartan team removed an old hottub. It was not an easy task as it was extremely heavy. Nevertheless, the guys were very resourceful and got the job done. Thanks guys.

We hired Spartan to clean out a garage full of 45 years of living. Lots of old household stuff, construction materials, bookcases, cabinets, etc. Scheduling with Spartan was easy, the automated reminders were great, and the team called the morning of the service with an ETA that they were very punctual to. The team was very friendly, quickly provided an initial estimate that was completely reasonable, and then got to work. I've used similar services before, and had issues with loud music, rude/lewd conversations, etc. There was none of that, Spartan was very professional. We ended up having more than a truckload and were so happy with Spartan's service that we had them come back the following day. It was a different crew and different truck but same great experience! I highly recommend them.

Derrick and Henry were amazing! They were extremely professional, friendly and fast! They removed wood and other materials from my backyard and a bed/mattress all in about 25 minutes. They were very fairly priced as well. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Very, very impressed with this companies entire process. I have never hired a waste removal company before, I always just got a dumpster and did it myself…which now I know was not smart. Spartan is fairly priced in my opinion, accommodating, polite, professional, communicative and very thorough. Oh, and fast too they were in and out! Submitted a Yelp request for quote and was able to make a same-day appointment. Two gentlemen came just a couple hours later to remove the broken refrigerator that plagued our garage for months. We agreed on price (slightly cheaper than others quoted), I went inside to get payment, and by the time I came out they were almost done! Would highly recommend and use again in the future.

I called Spartan Junk Removal for an estimate to pick up a queen mattress from our home. The saleswoman gave me a ballpark price and assured me that I would get an exact price from the haulers who could come to the house at a date of my choosing. There was no obligation to hire them. Monroe and Jeremy arrived within the two hour range, assessed the price and with my assent, and took the mattress away. I was impressed by their efficiency and professional manner.

Two very pleasant young men, Michael and Juan, in the company uniform, in a company truck, arrived within the stated window of time. They were courteous. Attentive. Detail oriented and they communicated well throughout the job. Took away what was indicated. Did not remove what was not. The fees for different sizes of jobs were clearly presented on a cellphone list. No pressure tactics or games such as I had experienced with a previous very well advertised company. (Which did not nearly measure up to SPARTAN’S GREAT JOB.) I will be calling upon SPARTAN for REPEAT BUSINESS as it was a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Derick and Mike were amazing! They were affable, professional and efficient. They worked beautifully together, assessed the task involved preliminarily and removed the requested items quickly and expertly. I was especially impressed that they could manage with no disruption to my two overactive dogs’ comings and goings. I appreciated receiving confirmation of the pickup date and being apprised of their estimated arrival time as far as three days in advance. I’m very happy with the service. The team was on time, very professional, courteous. The estimate made sense and their work was careful and quick. I used a more known company in this area before that were ok but were a little more costly. I recommend Spartan and would use them again.

Spartan Junk removal is a fantastic company. I absolutely recommend them 1000%. They came to the house we are trying to sell, looked at all the junk I had gathered in my garage, gave me an estimate prior to filling the truck, and then said once the truck was full they would have a final number for me. They were extremely fast filling a third of the truck with an old tire, auto parts, car seating that had been ripped out, old firewood, and tons of things like pots and pans from the inside of the house as well. They worked quickly and efficiently, called prior to arrival, and made sure to let me know what they were doing as they did it. They even swept up before taking the broken lawn mower and broom with them. Great job!
