The staff at Napa in Hunt Valley are very friendly. The Manager Kevin is a great guy; professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm thinking about asking him to come to work for us... LOL but serious! UPDATE: I had to get parts again today. Almost a year later the atmosphere at NAPA is still wonderful. I would give this location 10 stars if possible. Also, I learned that Kevin (mentioned in my 1st review) is the Warehouse Manager. His customer service is A++ and his work ethic is top-tier. It's always a pleasure to support businesses and people who do not mind doing a little extra for the customer. This time, I did tell my husband that we needed Kevin to come to work for us. NAPA better be treating him right and paying him well. We are coming to get him from you!

Sam at NAPA was awesome. I'm a 72 year old woman who needed supplies for an oil change. Sam got everything together and carried them to the car. Great service!

These guys are so helpful! Never any attitude that you often find at other auto parts stores. I have been going here for years and the service is always awesome.

They are always super helpful, they answer the phones, but if they put you on hold, you best be sure they are looking for your part. If they don’t have it, they’ll send you to a Napa that does. I always call this one first. MAKE NO MISTAKE, this is not an autozone. These people are experts, I don’t think they’ll come out to your car, and I don’t blame ‘em. Thing’s prolly crusty. Take photos, bring them, they are very helpful, and service is exceptional.

What a fantastic staff. I was happy to receive help in finding a back wiper for my SUV. The store is enormous and has all kind of cool stuff for your automobile.

NAPA Auto Parts - Hunt Valley is my go-to place for after-market parts in this area. Very good selection, excellent counter serviced and good parts availability. My first time ever getting parts from here. Called around because no one had the water pump for my truck. Gary was Amazing with his customer service. Was able to find the part over $100 less than the one place I found it. Will definitely start using NAPA as my parts store!!!

The retail store is in the front of the building and the distribution center is in the back but connected. They try and get the parts that you need and for the most part are correct. Older vehicles are a challenge depending on age . I have gotten parts there in the past with only minor issues. No reason not to continue going there

Best napa I've ever been in. I called in first to make sure they had my part and the guys at the counter called me back with in minutes. They let me check the clamp nut with my sockets to make sure I had the right size. Great guys that really cared about what I was working on.

Had no idea this was such a great place. I'm told it's the biggest NAPA store in the country! Ken was really helpful finding me exactly what I needed. I probably could have spent hours there just going up and down the endless aisles of car stuff!

They always have the correct part for my car, I have never had to return and exchange a part because what they gave me didn't perfectly fit my vehicle. My last visit was for a thermostat and gasket for my 2013 Honda Civic, and this particular part needed to be OEM, NAPA had the part in stock for $30.61, this was $50+ cheaper than anywhere else. NAPA on Gilroy Rd in Hunt Valley has never disappointed me.

Used to buy my parts there starting around late 90s, like around 97-99 I think ? But anyways when the old owner sold this place my family, friends and myself have noticed poor customer service all around compared to what we were used to ! Most of us will not shop there now. My latest experience was that we were told that Napa "we hang up on you when we're busy" ...anyways... We miss the old owner and the knowledgeable and nice attitudes that left with him !

Always get exactly what you need. Ive had employees spend an hour looking through parts catalogs to find parts for custom projects. Returns are always easy when needed, best local parts store around

Excellent experience. I came in to get a starter replaced under warranty. I had purchased the starter NEW, quite some years before, thru Napa. It was bought new, not remanufactured. New Napa starters carry a lifetime warranty. It had been replaced multiple times in the past, and somewhere along the way, unbeknownst to me, it was replaced with a remanufactured starter. When I showed up to the Hunt Valley store, and they informed me that the starter I had brought in was in fact a remanufactured one that a previous store had given me, without informing me, I was pretty irritated to say the least. The way Napa replaces these under their lifetime warranty is new for new, and remanufactured for remanufactured. Kevin was the main man I was dealing with and he jumped into action. He quickly had another new starter for me, to replace the new one I had purchased in the past. He even agreed that whoever in the past gave me a remanufactured one was very wrong to do that. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE READABLE! TALK ABOUT A LIFESAVER! I honestly can’t say enough good things about these guys. Kevin was top notch. Keep up the great work! We need more of this in retail and business these days.

Great helpful staff 👍 and sooo glad to come here instead of stopping in the busy mobbed stores nearby at holiday season too. I always remember to come here and Never have to wait in a long line and the staff will automatically pick out your specified part or fluids specific to your car and project. I love it, alot of places you buy things blind to specific specifications for fluids and such so to be able to have someone knowledgeable there to say "hey you need this one only for your car" and make sure you get the right thing is priceless and worth coming here over anywhere else. You also will get a real qualified person and answer and not some 19 yr old who says "yeah that'll work" haha been there done that.

NAPA of Hunt Valley is the best Napa around MD/Baltimore. They are very helpful. They have a wide range of inventory in the store. They deliver, which is great for businesses. Best of all is that they are able to get you the part you need, the correct part, the first time around. Most of the time they can get it to me the same day, if not they will get me a solution to get the part as quick as possible. Don't forget that they have better quality products other than other parts stores. Other stores might be a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for! Thats why NAPA know how!

Best Auto parts store I have ever been to. Very large, very clean and the biggest selection of parts I have seen. The employees are very curious and helpful. I will drive 30 mins out of my way to go there from now on even though I have multiple stores near me

They had what I needed. Biggest thing was customer service. They have it nailed down and they're super helpful. This place is further for me. And poor customer service somewhere else is what had me check NAPA out. So it was nice to experience this after how my day was going before.

I had an issue with my battery seeming a little weak so went to NAPA hunt valley. They checked the battery and verified it had on 330 CCA instead of the 770 it should have. I bought a new one on the spot and made the switch. They offered me tools which was nice. Very professional.

Just started using this as my go-to parts store. It's not in my town, but on my route to/from work and their selection is much better than what my local stores have. I believe this is the location my local NAPA gets their parts from if I need something that's not in stock. Service has been friendly enough and they've helped me get the parts I need without any condescension.

Patrick, Kevin and Mike were amazing. I had to replace some CV Axles this past weekend and the guys helped me troubleshoot removing a part that would have taken me a long time. Great service here! My "new" SUV threw it's belt on the side of the highway, and luckily this NAPA was only 5 minutes away. I called​ up, they had the belt in stock, but since I didn't know what feature was on the truck yet, they set aside two possible matches for me. 5 minutes later I show up, get the belts, and 20 minutes later I come back with a working truck and they do the return with no problem at all. Glad this NAPA was there to save the day.
