If you need parts for your Ford, this is the dealer to go to. Good selection in stock, if not, they can order and get it for you sooner because of their volume. This is where other Ford dealers go when they do not stock the part they need. Any of the guys named John at the part counter are knowledgeable and are good. Don't forget to have your make, model, year and Vin number.

Needed plastic tailgate rivets, they charged me 6 dollars each! Looked online and could of ordered them from another supplier for 1.42 each. Guess I paid for not having to wait for delivery.
My husband (74) always goes to Packer Norris parts for our 2002 Ford Escape. They are cheaper and if you do the work yourself (a much better job, if you know what I mean). He put the radiator and radiator fan so far. He still needs to put the tension pulley and belts all the hoses to connect to the pump area and the thermostat.
It's a lot of work but at least you know it's done right.

RUDE!!!!!! Very rude parts people!!!! Act like I was bothering them making them do their JOB!!! Some parts expensive...like the oil filter but the oil pan was cheaper than the oil filter...guy could care less I was there. Spoke rude and abrupt, not friendly...remember why I stopped using them...
Wrong part was received. Return is too much of a hassle. Make sure you wait two days so the driver comes back with your money or you're not getting a refund/exchange.

Nice Cust srvc. Best prices for Factory Ford parts. Ofc you can get aftermarket at a lower price, but the quality isn't always the same. If they don't have what you need in stock it can usually be ordered and you'll have it within a few days. Can also get a few different import brands or direct you where to go.
They provide parts for Wholesale, dealers, auto & body shops and the at home mechanic. Delivery is available for most shops in and around Maryland; typically same day. Tho they won't usually deliver to a personal residence.
