I received the call today no boat owner wants, my boat was sinking. After contacting Kyle, he and his team arrived quickly and got to work. They froze their butts off in this weather but, after just a few hours they had her back floating again. They identified the leak and were able to mitigate it until they can get through the ice and get the boat towed and hauled out. I 100 percent recommend Kyle and his team for any marine misfortunes you may encounter.
I had a little problem out in the water and a young kid was on my boat. At first we all panic, Baltimore County fire and rescue was there in a matter of minutes, yes I said less than 15 minutes I was on my way to safety. I didn't expect anyone for at least more than an hour, words can not describe the outstanding and wonderful job they did for me and my family. If either of the two ever have any kind of problems the is in need of assistance, I hope I'm in the area to lend them a helping hand, I will never forget their faces.
Picked up a used Suzuki 115hp 4 stroke from these guys. Had a couple issues, but these guys were more than willing to fix the problems I was having. Just clocked about 20 miles over the weekend with no issues! Customer service and expertise is top notch. Would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a used outboard. I'm even going to pick up their towing insurance next season!
As our vessel began to take on water, in the mouth of middle river, and the stern was slowly submerging. I quickly pulled to nearest pier and phoned Chesapeake Marine. Kyle answered and immediately said we will be there in 7min or less. As I tied the vessel tight to the pier I heard the sound of safety boat skipping across the water at about 65mph and pulling on scene. Got the pumps hooked up and saved our vessel from anymore distress!! Highly recommend CaptAin and his crew!!!
