Again, this is like, number 5, they come out. And save me where a friend of mine had an accidental 40, got him towed back to his house at a real good price, right in his front yard, you couldn't beat it. You guys are the best.
The person that was at the desk was super nice and as helpful as she could be besides that the place "policies" downright suck according to what was told.
They aren’t open during the hours posted they close early and are of no assistance I just got an Uber twice to try and get my car and no one is ever in the office they operate like this to be able to get extra storage. As if having your car towed isn’t difficult enough to deal with

I came to this place a couple weeks a ago and the workers where intoxicated on the job and they said would beat my .and they offered vapes and drugs to my 9 year old autistic and mentally ill son. .honestly would never recommend this place to anyone.
A cancer patient's daughter went to drop her off here for her appointment. Her car stopped working, she called roadside assistance and they said a tow truck was on it's way. 6 hours later... She reached out to her mechanic J&h, reached out to McNeal's the tow truck company they use, and they were here within 30 minutes. The daughter was saying how pleasant and efficient the driver was.
Clarence was very professional and got the job done quickly with no damage to the vehicle while also being very nice 100 percent recommended this company for anyone who needs a tow
The people were rude and very unfeeling in an emotional unfortunate situation. My car was towed there by the police. The charges were ridiculous. When I finally arranged to have my car towed elsewhere they picked me.
My husband was in a motorcycle accident on 10/28/2022. McNeal's Towing Company towed my husband's motorcycle to their shop. The employees were very caring,very accommodating and had good customer service start to finish! I would highly recommend them !

Here’s the deal you want the best towing company in the Baltimore county area here it is they have towed my race cars for years at a phone call notice bam there on the way pat the owner is a stand up man and Jim the tow guy cares about the load he has and have peace of mind that if something happens they will handle it 200% I will always use them and anyone that deals with me has well
They are all business. No nonsense. Other than that they were efficient and decent. They honored a price I was given even though it was wrong. It was quick. Wish my car didn't get towed because of my lanlord or I wouldn't be dealing with them.
The people that work at mcneils are SO nice! They are kind and take good care when towing a vehicle for you, the girls in the office are so very nice! The drivers are just amazing! Rest assured if mcneils are towing your car it will be well taken care of
Best tow experience of my life! I have had way to many experiences with tow truck drivers. So meeting Jim Bean was absolutely a rare experience. He’s more than a tow truck driver. He truly tries to help fix your actual issue compared to just towing your car and leaving you be. I’m a young female and me and my Girlfriend were stuck on the side of the road with my disabled car and even tho I missed like 3 of his calls, when I finally returned his call he was so sweet and so patient. He got to me extremely fast! I mean I’ve never had a tow this quick! He checked out my car, gave me advice and recommended mechanics and everything! he’s truly amazing. We need wayyyyyyyyy more tow truck drivers like Jim!!!! I will definitely be calling this tow company again and hopefully I can request him!

I called at least 10 different towing companies and they gave me the lowest quote by far. I'm not in a hurry so I set up an appointment for them to pick up my car tomorrow at 10. I'll update this review then. They were very nice and polite on the phone.
Update- Showed up on time. Was polite and friendly. Came to the door, collected money and key, loaded car, and brought me the receipt. Got my car to its destination safe. What more could I ask for. Would definitely recommend using this company above others.
You suck..charging me 212.00 to tow a crippled child's van that was in an unfortunate incident, no fault of ours....from 346 Montrose to 298 Montrose..no heart.. screw you..and if you want me to feel different, give me a refund. I had to give you one stinking star just to be able to write this and make your heartless asses publically known, otherwise I'd give you zero stars.
advised originally said 200 an hour...then 4-5 hours . Then straight 5 hours, then won't know till they do the job... They shot me in the rear for $1130 for a tow from Baltimore MD to paulsboro NJ. all in all trailer was loaded so it's ok. Lady took full advantage of charging me as much as she could. The owner is cool though
