Basit was awesome! Very communicative, reasonably priced and got my truck back to me with no issues.
The service started out ok... It's was going on 4p.m when this call was placed.. the drive asked could he have 30 more minutes because I was leaving a car on my part it was 90° outside 30 minutes turned into 8:00 p.m. at night. Upon dropping the car off at the auto shop the car was parked more than 200 ft from the auto shop at another shop outside of the shop at the curb and they would not come back out to move it.. if you look at the picture from the middle of the street the shop all the way in the front.. from the white car.. that's the distance..then the driver was asking over the phone before the tow if I wanted to sell my car
