The only auto shop that ever sent me a thank you card after the repairs were completed. Had my Tesla parking brake fixed as Tesla’s wait time was 3 weeks! These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. While service is the same cost at Tesla, it comes with professionalism and a smile! Thanks for a wonderful experience

What can I say about this place aside from Amazing! Gregg and his staff were so professional, I was having issues with my suspension on my car, I called International Repair Auto Shop spoke with Greg and had my car towed, the next day Greg was able to diagnose my car and figure out the problem. My car was fixed that Friday! - I have Maxcare and International Repair submitted the claim for me, I didn’t have to do anything. They also held my car for me for about two weeks at no charge due to some financial issues! - Amazing staff, amazing shop! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again Gregg!
Getting an oil change is just like getting your teeth cleaned at the dentist. No one ever looks forward to that visit. My car drives like NEW NEW!!! And I appreciate the same day return. In addition to the reasonable prices. Nothing more daunting than needing an oil change and getting back a litany of other costly problems. That didn’t happen at International Auto Repair. Needless to say, I am looking toward my return visit.
International auto has been my go to favorite for car inspections, service and repair for almost 15 years. They usually shuttle me to the office after I drop the car off. I’ve been coming here for years, and I have to say the customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced at any auto repair shop. The staff are true professionals who know exactly what they’re doing. They are also ethical, unlike many other auto repair shops. You never have to worry about being scammed into unnecessary repairs or made-up problems like you might at other places. Highly recommend!

I was referred by a friend. I called on a Monday was told bring my vehicle in on Wednesday. I arrived 830am Wednesday morning. My car diagnosed by 11am Wednesday morning and repaired completely Thursday. I received a link and a follow-up phone call. Customer service was great and car maintenance was excellent. I will return if my car need work done in the future.
I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle to International Auto Repair for a MD State Inspection. I received a text reminder the day before my scheduled appointment, which was nice. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning, and before the end of the day I received a text with a link. Clicking the link brought me to a page with a detailed breakdown of what exactly my vehicle needed to pass inspection, as well as estimated costs.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, I had a question about the exhaust system and why it failed the inspection. Greg was very friendly and professional, and even showed me pictures and explained in simple terms what the issue was. He also gave a clear explanation of his recommended solution. Finally, he made sure to remind me to bring my vehicle back within 30 days to avoid being re-charged for another inspection. All of this for a very fair price.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and experience. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a MD State Inspection to bring their vehicle to International Auto Repair.
I appreciate the level of customer service and attentiveness. As well as the detailed analysis on my vehicle.. they made me feel more comfortable with the auto repair process. And although I was unable to fulfill the job at the moment due to finances. I'm please to say that when able, they will be my first and only stop!

All the staff are super friendly and helpful in discussing the work your car needs and make sure you understand first before approving services. They complete the work quickly and efficiently and the communication is amazing! Once you become a customer they’ll send you coupons/deals in the mail! So awesome!
Always a good experience. Bobby and the rest of the crew are honest and very efficient. I've brought two of my cars for repair and had them ready very quickly. Really appreciate the estimate approval process and the hand-written Thank you card; hard to find a place like this anymore. They even have a machine shop to boot.
These folks got me out of a bind after my alternator went up in the area. They did solid work. Pricing was expensive, but most shops are, and going up. They also drove me back to work after I dropped off my car. Good communication on the status of things and the work that was needed. I'd recommend them to others.
I dropped my car off overnight for repairs. First thing in the morning, they reached out to confirm what I needed to be completed. They sent over an estimate of all work that needed to be completed but did not try to force any sales. I was able to approve & deny all the work that I wanted to have completed. The experience was very pleasant. Everything was done the same day!
I have been coming here for close to 7 years with multiple vehicles. They are always honest with their quotes and super efficient with the work. They have loan payment options of approved with a vendor that makes those larger costs easier to manage. They have such good customer service. They also send out discounts and deals throughout the year. I appreciate them breaking down the details of what is wrong (when there is something wrong). They also have up to date technology when it comes to contacting you. The mechanics take pictures of your car when checking as well which is great to refer back to. I am glad to have them and would recommend them to anyone!

The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. They finished my car in a very timely fashion. One customer told me they were a little pricey, but they do great work. Although they charged the same as my dealership, this was because my car required an assembly of transmission hoses so it was not a little thing to do the required work.
