Edwin was great & professional. Destiny, supervisor dispatch was pleasant at first. Then we had issue’s about where my car key was left . So, Destiny tried to call Edwin who was on a ER call & didn’t answer. I was anxiously awaiting a callback because when Edwin dropped the car off exactly where I asked him to it was going against traffic where the city give’s ticket’s for this kind of parking. Destiny asked “well did you tell him?” Uh, no I thought we all parked in the direction of traffic. Common sense to me, maybe only me. I asked for a supervisor and she was the supervisor. I asked for the owner who is dispatch 003, their personal info I.E. first name could not be given out but she being the supervisor can give me her name and not dispatch #! Interesting and I let her know that. Her response was as soon as Edwin called her she’d call me “have a good day and hung up on me.” I waited for this tow truck for 4 hour’s and I couldn’t get the first name of the owner. I will not refer or use this tow company again. I will also let Allstate Insurance company, who referred me through Roadside Assistance how slowwww and rude Destiny became while taking almost 30 minute’s to confirm where my car key was left. I’ll report them to the BBB as well!

I caught a flat after work and after being unable to change my tire using the spare, having another tow cancel without alerting my insurance company. He was professional, pleasant, and made an otherwise nervous night pretty damn easy to get through. He even recommended another really awesome shop to replace the tire all together. Thank you so much!

USAA initial assigned me another company I had major issue with in the past. I asked them to dispatch another company and K&R picked up the job. The driver called be with 15 minutes of the request, told me he was 15 minutes out, and won't you know he showed up on time. Was very curious, loaded my truck quickly, and got me to the shop. I will ask for K&R through my insurance if the occasion arises again. 10 out of 10, I recommend

This morning, I was doing great and very early for work when my car decided to break down on the side of the road, during rush hour, 2 miles from my destination. Thankfully, I have roadside assistance! The tow truck driver, Ed, came to my rescue and was a life saver. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also handled the situation wonderfully and kept me from having a melt down. He was friendly and had genuine concern for my situation. He went above and beyond, and took me to my work so I didn't have to find another way. I highly recommend this tow truck service and especially Ed to anyone in need of assistance in or around Hanover, MD. Thank you once again for your excellent assistance, Ed.

The 2 stars is for the Tow truck driver cus he was very nice and helpful not sure what his name was but he’s an old black guy with dreadlocks. For the wait time I can’t complain cus it wasn’t really bad but I’m guessing I was lucky to have waited just about an hour probably cus that truck was available. Now this is where my problem comes in . My insurance sends me a text after I requested for a tow truck service and goes ahead to provide a number and tell me I can reach the truck company at that number , mind you this is my first time to even use a tow truck service I don’t know how it works .so I call this number cus it’s hot, I’m at the exit of a car wash cus I came to wash my car and upon starting the car it won’t start , I managed to put it on neutral so I could move from the wash area, I call and the man " was going to say gentle man but he wasn’t gentle" so the man who picks up the phone wasn’t the least polite , was talking like he was being forced to pick up the call couldn’t even give me appropriate answers cus I didn’t even know if I was calling the company or the driver . Didn’t seem concerned and kept on saying this sis the office . My point is even if it’s the office, this means I’m using your services if I get to call and ask about ETA so there a better way to respond and even try to assist but no he couldn’t be bothered. If management gets to see this and yall have a recording service please listen to the call for 6/27/24 at around 17:06 pm if you are able to see the numbers it’s the number that ends with "0195" . I’ve hardly ever been this disappointed to the point of leaving a review and if I’m doing so then you know it’s really bad . Couldn’t believe what I experienced with the customer service and if that’s how staff gets to talk to their customers then I hope it gets better . This review is not for any automated sorry replies yall Google rated companies usually give or telling me to call the company etc I don’t need all that. I just want potential future clients to be aware of what they may experience when they go through you. If I were to get stuck and need help again the only reason I might consider your company is because of the tow truck driver or else it’s a 0 star for me

No Stars but I had to put One Star to make a Post. I ordered Roadside Assistance on 5/8/24 10:10 am from Allstate for our Toyota Truck to be picked up from my husband’s job in Laurel, Maryland. It was picked up around 11-11:30am. The destination listed was our residence in Columbia, Maryland. I waited at our home for a couple of hours looking out the door and window for its arrival. Then, my husband called concerned because our truck should have arrived by now which was around 12:50pm. So, my husband said that he was going to call to see where the driver was with the truck. He said that a(unconcerned) dispatcher stated that it was dropped off near a brown building because there was no parking in your block. I called and spoke with the unconcerned dispatcher (Destiny Bundy) because this was farfetched and fabricated because we have pull in parking with lots of empty parking spaces especially during the afternoon. I informed her that I probably will have to call the police to locate our truck because we do not have a tracker installed. She mumbled something and hung up on me. Well, I called back, and a very nice gentleman transferred me to Destiny again and she was again short tempered, rude, unconcerned, and determined to tell me where the truck was left. She kept stating that it was in front of a brown building with no address due to no parking in your block. I informed her that I’ve been waiting and there’s been plenty of parking space. This was the worst customer service that I have ever had in years. She (Destiny Bundy) was persistent and never attempted to have any empathy for the customer (me) and how I was feeling not knowing where our truck was dropped off (location). Finally, an angel (the nice gentleman) called me back and stayed on the phone until he reached the driver. He then informed me that our truck should be picked up from wherever it was (he didn’t even know the location or address) but assured me that it should arrive at our residence soon. Finally, the driver arrived at our residence with the truck where it initially should have been dropped off. There was no need for the dispatcher (Destiny Bundy) to be rude and unconcerned because we are her employer’s Patron. I Pray that it’s not her or her Family’s Business. We are the reason that she gets a paycheck or maybe that is the ONLY REASON that she is there. Terrible Service

The came as a part of my Triple A service. I thought they were just gonna put my spare on and leave. But my technician not only took my flat tire off but also found the problem and plugged it and put air in it and put it back on. He just fixed everything within 10 minutes. So now I don't have to take time out of my day to get the tire fixes. And the tech was wonderful. I am beyond happy. Use this service you will not be disappointed

My car was picked up and dropped off in the same condition. Awesome customer service and very professional. A++

This is the worst Tow truck Company ever. They sent me this rude driver with no manner, so unprofessional who came to tow my car and left cause I was asking question. I would not recommend this company to anyone

My F350 super duty broke down. This towing company was called out and within an hour they had it at the shop I requested. They are prompt, professional and have great customer service.

I was linked up with this company through Nationwide. My driver, Jessy, arrived within the estimated time frame. He was respectful, professional and very helpful. He managed to place my car where I wanted it, even though it was a difficult fit. He was careful, took his time, and made sure to cause no additional damage. Before leaving he checked to make sure I was completely satisfied.

The lady who answered the phone and assisted me with the details and price of the necessary tow job was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The tow truck driver arrived at my location quickly and was extremely friendly and very good at his job. The whole process from calling K&R Towing to having my car dropped off 6 miles away at my local mechanic shop was super fast and not terribly expensive. I believe the entire transaction cost me $130, not bad, and definitely seemed like the cheapest option I could find locally on Google. I recommend K&R Towing highly. Good, friendly service at a reasonable price! 👍🏻👍🏻

After suspicious behavior for years, decided to track unsolicited drive-thrus (Fishing) of my townhouse neighborhood. It's February 17th 9:40 a.m. and K&R just made a rapid sweep through the court. No obvious call in. Just fishing for tows. In violation of their stated policy. UPDATE Feb 28, 855pm: made a rapid pass through our court with no indication of slowing to identify any vehicles or parking problems. More Fishing. March 2, 510pm: just made a poaching pass through my court. These folks are downright liars. UPDATE June 5, 1pm: FISHING FOR TOWS again. Went thru several cul de sacs... No, he wasn't lost folks. He was looking for money.

K&R answered the phone quickly without putting me on hold and were able to dispatch a flatbed tow truck (I requested a flatbed) right away. Now, let me tell you Edwin saved me today. He was the tow truck operator who arrived within 10 minutes after I spoke to the dispatcher! Thank goodness they are located close to where I live. Edwin was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I have a roadside assistance membership, but I knew they keep me waiting for hours. I had to get to work ASAP and K&R made that possible. Highly recommended, I will definitely call them if God forbid I need a tow in the future. Thank you Edwin!!

This towing company is by far the absolute worst company ever. They gave me an ETA of 90 minutes but took 2 hours then cancelled. I had a disabled adult with me, had to get him home because he needed his meds and dinner, another staff had to come and get him. The driver was rude because I asked him how much more longer, it said they were arriving for 15 minutes never showed. Just utterly ridiculous. Bad customer service. DON’T EVER USE THIS PLACE I GIVE IT A DAM ZERO

Husbands car stopped on 295. Called Progressive and they hooked us up with K&R Towing. Calling the insurance company was a pain in the a$$ BUT K&R was the best part. Joshua (tow truck driver) called within minutes of hanging up with Progressive. He was very nice and eased our concerns about finding the car. When he wasn’t sure where it was he had Brittany (agent) reach out to me for specifics. She even called to verify where we wanted the car taken, provided the address of the repair shop and gave a phone number. PERFECT SERVICE!! I would definitely use again (I pray I don’t have to). Thanks Brittany and Joshua for making a bad day better/easier!!

Totaling your car on a freeway is traumatic enough. Everybody in the process was wonderful from the state trooper and even the driver of the other vehicle. The only party that was difficult to deal with was KNR towing! I realize you have a difficult job sometimes but try to be a little bit more compassionate and work on your customer service. Don’t chastise your customers for needing clarification on when you’re open. Your website says you’re open 24 hours so I made the assumption I could come and take all of the stuff out of my vehicle that I couldn’t take with me yesterday. I’ve been at your tow lot since 6 AM and keep getting pushed back an hour at a time by people on the phone who are extremely short, sarcastic and rude. It cost nothing to be kind. Do better, please!

Of course I couldn't use this business. The guy I talked to simply to get an ETA was super rude. Never have I had that experience. Then again, I haven't been towed often. Whatever the gentleman on the other side may have been dealing with when he got the call, God only knows, but customers wouldn't know nor should they be expected to know. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews for anybody or business, but last night wasn't good at all to say the least.

I don’t know what type of drivers you hire but it’s absolutely ridiculous how your tow trucks speed through neighborhoods and cut through stop signs at high speeds, fix that before yall hurt someone

My car would not start and dead at the Auto Zone. They keep me abreast of delays and got an understanding of what I needed. I have a 2013 Durango R/T... The tow-truck driver accessed the manuel override for the shifter... I have a push to start so that is the only way he could get it in neutral... Great job... He was fast, efficient and dropped my baby off with no problems...He had on Croce but didn't need sport mode...lol.. Great job... Definitely recommend

Goggle forces to give a Single Star. This company may deserve More, but your Driver in a Roll Back tag no ending 277 should have his license pulled. He entered rt 100, 6,:15 pm on Tuesday from rt 1 to East bound 100. At a high rate of speed he swooped across two lanes to Cutting around two other drivers, then proceeded to Tail gate every vehicle bullying drivers out of his way. Even went as far putting on his lights to intimidate drivers. I hope there was a good reason for this Extreme Aggressive driving. I never seen for over 40 years of driving this behavior from a commercial driver. And the his business will NEVER be called on for my vehicle need.

My insurance company connected me to K&R towing. K&R towing contacted me and was there within 30 minutes of the call. The driver did a little troubleshooting before he agreed it sounded like a new starter was needed. He was very professional. He took pictures of my car prior to towing, confirmed the drop off location, and sent text once job was complete. Very pleased with the service I received and will keep them in mind for future tow services.

Was having a very bad morning until I received a call from the tow truck driver, Doug McKissick. It was a very smooth process and Doug was very thorough. He’s a very good conversationalist with a good heart which made the experience 10x better.

I broke down at a gas station and used my roadside assistance for a tow. Took some time but not the tow companies fault they were extremely busy. They even arrived before the ETA time. Matthew D. called when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for any roadside assistance or towing needs.

Dispatched from my call via insurance provided, roadside assistance, on a slow Thursday morning; K&R Towing showed up in reasonable time, collected my car, and towed it promptly to the service shop I requested (within 10miles). The driver was looking out for me and kept me from stepping to far into lane. "turn and look, always look towards the coming traffic". No passenger allowed though. (pandemic or policy, unknown.) My provider system sent me confirmation texts that I can only assume were triggered by the driver checking into their system for pickup and delivery of car.

Not only did K&R Towing LLC complete my towing request via my insurance company, they did it with superb customer service. Robinson contacted me as soon as he received the dispatch from my insurance company and he stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. He took extra care with towing my vehicle and followed all instructions given by the shop which caused him to go above and beyond the requested service. He even sent a final photo so that my mind could be at ease. I will use K&R Towing LLC any time I am in need of service because of Robinson's customer service.
