  Had my car towed twice with K&R, both times the drivers were very communicative with me, and had my vehicle where I needed it in a timely manner. Had an issue with the tracker or the first tow but the office was very informative and polite. Would do business again.

  I caught a flat after work and after being unable to change my tire using the spare, having another tow cancel without alerting my insurance company.
