Jeremiah came out from columbia fleet and towed my tractor trailer off of the interstate after an engine shutdown - He was quick and professional with the whole situation, Seemed like a genuinely good driver and very interested in his work. Can’t thank him and his company enough. 10/10 would recommend both for towing and roadside help.

Please be very cautious when bringing a 53-foot trailer to this facility.
We visited this location for trailer service and experienced serious safety concerns related to yard layout, parking practices, and traffic guidance. Multiple small vehicles were parked directly at the garage entrance and gate area, creating a very tight space and major blind spots for large trucks. Despite these conditions, our driver was directed by staff on site to back the trailer into the garage. Employees were actively guiding the truck with hand signals, even though parked vehicles were positioned in areas not visible from the driver’s mirrors. The driver followed instructions carefully and moved slowly. After the maneuver, staff alleged that a parked vehicle may have been involved. We reviewed our photos and video footage, which show the parked vehicles, the tight gate, and staff directing the truck. We did not observe clear evidence of contact. When we attempted to discuss the situation calmly and share our documentation, the response was argumentative rather than professional or safety focused. For a facility servicing large commercial vehicles, clear parking control and safe guidance procedures are critical. Drivers and trucking companies should be extremely cautious when maneuvering at this location. We strongly encourage management to review parking policies and yard safety practices to prevent similar situations.
I had an issue with my truck trying to get it home which was 4 hours away and I stopped by Columbia truck repair and they took care of me and got me back on the road. As soon as I got there they had a tech take a look and fix the issue very quickly. Highly recommend them!
Jeremiah provided excellent service. He answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and respectful. His vehicle was clean inside and out. Very professional young man I was impressed.
(I posted this )I think the prices are extremely high for the services that I received I was charged 7 hrs labor to put on a brake chamber a yoke a nut a seal and some gear oil the bill came out to $2730.70 I think I was taking advantage of as a matter of fact I was. And I received a reply to call and discuss the invoice and so we did do just that it made no sense than and it doesn't make sense now for the labor charges to be so high.

Jeremiah was quick an very professional an truck was super clean on the inside an I really appreciate that as a Truck Driver myself, I critique everyone’s driving and let me tell you the young man can drive even caught myself dozing off a couple times I will definitely recommend them and use them again if ever in a jam
This is the worst place that you can take your truck, requested a service in the morning truck got to the shop at 9:30 am and at 4 pm was told that the job couldn’t get done and that we would have to wait till next day. Im giving them 1 star because unfortunately I can’t give them less. Please avoid this place at all cost they will charge you a lot and do nothing.
I forgot the name of the tech that helped me, but he went above and beyond to get us back on the road getting and replacing lugs and lug nuts that had broken off.
Truck Operator Jeremiah was Very Professional....Excellent Attitude...and...Very Positive during his job...He took time to Explain to me what he could visibly see wrong and didn't mind me asking questions ....Cool Person!!!!!
Sebastian , the tow truck driver was very professional and took care of everything that was needed in a timely manner. Took well care of my truck during transport , definitely 5 star to him. Only reason I’m giving them a 4 is cause shop time is taking longer than expected

I had a tow truck driver named Matt driving truck number 50 and he was an awesome guy. Very careful with my RV very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I own a 35 year-old RV and he was being very careful with it. I highly recommend him and thank him very much for how awesome he was.
The first time I went the price was a little on the hi side but they did a good job so I tried them again..This was the worst experience I’ve dealt with in 15 years of owning this truck the 2nd time…I went in for a rear main & was given the truck back with 2 gallons of oil low with my cat walk bolts not attached & one of the washers just sitting on it ..Its a good thing it didn’t fly off while driving ..My fan solenoid was rewired & re routed & I still haven’t received an explanation on why & I’m now stuck with the issue .I have an air leak that I’m still trying to find that’s somewhere in the area of worked performed..The truck never leaked down this fast & it was perfectly fine before I dropped it off.I took the truck in clean & I’m still sweeping out dirt & scrubbing oil & grease prints from Literally everywhere a week later ..This place isn’t cheap so you would think you would get a professional job instead of back yard mechanic work .I’ll never say never but I definitely wouldn’t make this shop my first choice ever again .I shouldn’t have to go over a shops work & I feel sorry for anyone who goes there who isn’t mechanically inclined & just accepts there truck from them out of trust that they knew what they were doing .Some people may accept this kind of work but I expected better .It’s 100% pure negligence to me because when I’m on the road the truck is my home .YOU MAY NOT CARE ABOUT IT BUT I DO & I shouldn’t still a week later be going behind a shops work.It was raining so it’s not like I could go in the rain to go over the truck work.It was only a week later when I left this review & also noticed today my turbo clamp was not even tightened so the extra weight from the turbo bouncing around cracked my turbo oil drain tube.I already know y’all aren’t going to honor anything by your it’s odd response for a week later review.Im still going over & finding things that y’all neglected.Incompetent work is all this is .I fix one thing & find something else that was neglected.Ill rather fix it myself.Im not leaving the review just to leave one...Im leaving it because it was my experience & y’all can do better… .(Update)Also charged me for 4 new fuel lines & expensive fitting I never received or was used on my truck..They only replaced 2 fuel lines & 4 fittings…Thanks for leaving collapsed internal fuel lines & my same fittings on the driver side but charging me for it .I went through countless fuel filters from clogging & I should be refunded or given my fittings & extra lines I was charged for .Fuel lines don’t discolor that fast .Not everyone that comes in stupid as y’all think .SNAKES
I have had experiences with tow companies. COLUMBIA FLEET SERVICE was very fast and fair. And I met a great guy Roger- Big Rog was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. I thought my situation was pretty bad but once he assessed the situation I started feeling better no one wants to be towed but if I ever have to again I’m definitely calling for Big Rog at COLUMBIA FLEET SERVICE thanks again
Columbia was the only one who awnsered the phone on a weekend, great communication, quick with the tow on a loaded semi. Sébastien in unit 44 is knowledgeable, know what he was doing and did a fantastic job getting me into the shops yard. He also took me to the hotel..
So far 10 out 10 would recommend this outfit, as an owner op it's hard to find honest people.

My truck broke down on 495, Roger came out and did an amazing job getting me back to my job. I really appreciate him after being stuck on the side of the road for three hours. He’s a great guy and I hope the company values his hard work
We used Columbia fleet towing on 11/22/2023 to move my snap on tool boxes the driver then dropped my tool box from the flat bed it was on, Patrick is now refusing to take full responsibility and even pointing blame to me. I now have to hire a lawyer in hopes to resolve this. It is 12/21/23 and this situation still hasn’t been resolved . Merry Christmas to me thanks Columbia fleet.
