I suddenly had some car trouble this morning and pulled over in front of Rennie & Clark's building. While I was waiting for family to show up, someone from this building came out to check on me. He found the problem immediately and was able to fix it for me. I'm lucky it was such an easy fix, and I am extremely grateful for the kindness and consideration shown to me here. I will absolutely call them the next time my car needs to be towed.
Great tow company. There upfront with you. I needed my vehicle towed one day and they must have been very busy. But someone called and said they couldn't get to it today and apologized for the inconvenience. My vehicle was in my driveway so they was no rush to pick it up. But they said they could be there the next day between 10 -10:30. They where there at 9:50.
Excellent customer service. Extremely professional when answering the phone and took care of me right away. They may be a little more expensive then other companies, however, you can not put a price tag on excellent service and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

This company is a joke at the most, i called for an estimate customer service is the worst you can find in glen burnie, they even let you expose your situation... they hanged up on me. Please if you need good quality service, call GLEN BURNIE TOW

If ever you need a tow, you should call Rennie & Clark Towing. After trying another company and waiting for hours with no success, I called Rennie & Clark. The office person was pleasant to deal with and within 15 minutes the tow driver was at my location and my car was on its way. Their rates are quite reasonable and if I ever need to be towed again I will definitely be using this company again.
I was so thoroughly impressed with Jim, he went above and beyond with towing my car. Never been so satisfied with a company. Will be sure to use again!
Excellent customer service. I have used this company many times, to transport everything we need moved. From our customer's vehicles to our own fleet trucks. Always responsive, prompt, and friendly.
Prices are very competitive, have never have been over charged or taken advantage of.

Just so people know, if u need your vehicle towed their is only one company u should use. Rennie Clark have been doing this for a long time and they are professionals that are honest, work in timely manner to have your vehicle taken care of immediately. EXCELLENT! My family returned to our BWI hotel after arriving back from vacation to find our car with all 4 wheels and tires stolen from our car. The hotel called Rennie & Clark for towing and they immediately contacted me during our 2 hour trip home and put our minds at ease. The attention to detail with protecting my car regarding this difficult tow was quite impressive as was the follow through. It's not often you see this type of customer service these days. I highly recommend this company!
Absolutley crazy expensive. They towed a car for us for 60 miles and charged $350.00... $6.00 a mile ,,, they got one shot at us....never again. and then was told it was a deal....
