My car was towed to Redmond’s, after a car accident on Saturday. On Monday morning, I went to Redmond’s to check on my car and to take photos to send to the repair shop. They were made aware that I was from out of town and I needed to expedite the process. I signed a release form to give permission to Redmond transport my vehicle to my chosen facility. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and informative. I returned a few hours later. I was assisted by another gentleman. No issues.
Days later, I called to arrange to transport my car to an auction facility. I spoke to a female. She told me that I needed to send a notarized affidavit in order for them to release my car. I informed her that I filled out the form when I was there. She started to repeatedly scream at me, “YOU WERE NEVER HERE! YOU WERE NEVER HERE!!!” I was flabbergasted. I explained to her that I WAS there…twice, and I did fill out the form. I told her I have photos and video of my car, video of the gentleman inspecting my car, and a photo of the release form I sign. She proceeded to scream at me, “YOU WERE NEVER HERE! YOU NEVER FILLED OUT ANYTHING!” I’ve couldn’t believe she was so unhinged. After a few more seconds of her verbal lashing, she stopped abruptly and said she found the form I signed. I asked her for an apology. She just chuckled and made up an excuse for her rude behavior. I’m still waiting for the apology. The men were all professional and helpful, but the woman, should find something else to do.
Adrian was prompt, friendly and took extra precaution to protect the rear of my car, it was too low due to the flat. Price was much better than the first company I called.
i got into a car accident and a total loss at that. was in the HOSPITAL for 2 days and was finally able to try to go and get my belongings out of my car and the lady started yelling at me saying it’s not how that works and i need to pay to get it off the lot to even get my stuff out of my car. how am i gonna get the car off the lot if it’s a TOTAL LOSS and completely undrivable. she stated she will call the police on me and all that and that i should’ve came sooner to get my stuff yet i was in the hospital with a collapsed lung and internal bleeding. this place is so unprofessional
I was stranded at the intersection of Terminal Rd and Aviation Blvd. My car was not going no matter how hard I hit the gas pedal. I called my fiance and then called Redmonds since they are local and one of the few towing companies open. Most close early, and it was past 8pm when this occurred. Redmonds took my info and sent my driver. He hooked my car to the bed quick, knew the quickest route to the repair shop I wanted, and was a professional employee throughout the process. He even worked with me with the payment since I did not have cash on me. I got my car fixed. Turns out it was the transmission. And she's back on the road. Thank you Redmonds for getting my car to shop fast and safely. You'll be first on my list if I need your services again.
Very friendly drivers. Redmond's has towed my car a few times, they are quick, the prices are very reasonable, and the office staff had me in and out. I recommend Adrien. He was my tow driver. He was very friendly and professional. Great experience all together. 5 out of 5 !!
Worst place ever towed my car wouldn't let me pick it up when they said the tow truck driver told me I could call him and he would come in 15 minutes and they kept my car two days longer over the weekend just for the money would never recommend other than the tow truck driver who I talk to the first time I went there he was a really nice gentleman I wish I asked his name because he was very courteous the rest of the people zero Stars

Redmonds Towing and Recovery BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Especially doing this time of year where expenses are many for the holiday season. They were affordable and just all around best service I have ever encountered from a towing service. I called the driver Santa Claus because getting my car towed to the dealership was one of biggest concerns. Thank you to the entire staff.
Adrian helped me was very professional new a lot about cars that was helpful and took the time to get my car to its location without further damage! Definitely will use again in time of need
2 Cars involved in an accident yesterday on Mountain Road. 1 completely disabled while the other is drivable. Yes the 1 vehicle that is completely disabled has to be towed while the driveable one does not. Tow truck operator jumps into the driveable vehicle and indicates that he is towing it since he was called and dispatch by the county. I advised tow truck he was dispatched to tow an inoperable vehicle not all vehicles on the scene. Tow truck driver indicates that Anne Arundel County / Pasadena Police have the discretion whether he can leave the car or not.The police say it's at his discretion? Meanwhile the 1 car is drivable and the owner is on site watching the back and forth I am having with the police and tow truck drive. Who gives or enables to provide authority for the tow trucks to assume custody of all vehicles involved at the scene? The police officer could not say yes or not and pointed me at the tow truck operator and the tow truck operator did the same. Either way the owner of the 1 truck lived 1/8th of a mile from the scene. I am sending the chief of police and commanding officer a letter of concern, in addition I will be sending a letter of concern to internal affairs, if no resolution within 30 days I am following up with the AGOI. I Smell kick backs here or inside job regarding vehicle owner rights during a vehicle collision.
On a seperate note the tow truck driver demanded $225 for a vehicle we never release to him. He simply jumped in the car and drove off across the street, the same distance to the owner of the vehicles house. The driver even asked about insurance coverage to determine what his company will get paid for.
Since the truck was rear wheel drive he hooked it up from the rear and dragged it all the way back to the lot where they keep the vehicles. Please note the truck leaked oil, transmission fluid, and coolant all the way back to the yard.
Unacceptable business practices with the help of the police department.
Redmond's did a great job for me getting my car out of BWI garage and over to JBA dealership. I lost my key Fab while in Florida and was in a predicament. Problem solved. Thank you.
I can't say enough good things about this company. They were so willing to help me, all four of my tires were stolen and my jeep was sitting on blocks. Redmonds was not able to tow the vehicle but they went above and beyond and even went as far as trying to get spare tires so they could get it to be repaired. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I really can't thank them enough for trying so hard to help me.
Redmonds saved the day. Fully loaded company truck blocking major intersection. The cops were swarming! And Redmonds came in, towed us to the jobsite, unloaded - so we still get paid - and then brought the truck down to our shop. And very good prices! Thanks Dave and Staff!
Family member gets in a car accident. Redmond's towing shows up and tows the car litterally quarter of a mile for $200 (cash only by the way). Predatory towing. Not to mention the tow truck driver apparently thinks he's an expert on vehicles. Insisted the car would be totaled and there's no way we should even bother towing it anywhere but the lot because "the airbag deployed". ... Gieco shows up to our house next day... Car isn't totaled. Who'd have thought!?
just don't bother talking to any of the people. if you're lucky you won't have to deal with them too much anyways. but gosh this business lacks everything that even a decent person would have. good day.
I will report this company to seven oaks community they were rude not professional at all and 2 hours later no towing truck. They were rude on the phone and when I called for a status the guy had an attitude. I will recommend people not to bother with this people they were not helpful.
Company very unprofessional, I called several times to get a towing truck to remove a vehicle out of my property. They never sent anyone.The guy that answer the phone was very rude and dismissive.
