Don’t go here!! My wife a grandmother and wife of a retired Colonel. These guys are crooks, saw a woman coming. Cooked up charges that equaled $1,800. There was a nail in her tire. All she wanted was a plug. Told her she needed new tires. Did not even have the common decency to remove the nail that was visible!! I writing the pentagon today!!

The employees here were welcoming and kind. Maurice saved the day for us! He was able to do a quick check of our flat tire and fix it on the spot for us. To him it was an easy task, but to us it was a big blessing! We highly recommend!!

Sam was extremely helpful and very considerate of my situation. I came in late, near COB and he was able to get me the help I needed. Wonderful customer service.

I have taken my car there on two occasions. Each time they didn’t fix what was actually wrong or didn’t repair everything they were supposed to. They just wanted me to bring my car back so I could get charged more money. FYI my husband got the needed part for $53 dollars and had it fixed within an hour and a half! I will never return to Fire Stone!

This was my third visit to the shop and, like the previous visits, it involved heavy pressure to approve extra services I didn’t request. I was given long lists of ‘recommended’ repairs even after explaining I only wanted the specific issue addressed. Transparency and respect for customer choices matter to me, and this shop fell short. The staff’s attitude is blatantly passive‑aggressive, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I won’t be spending another dime here.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here ! The staff has always been very educated on what’s going on and what they can do for you in a reasonable time. The staff has also been very kind as well. Highly recommend for a lot of your car issues. This location is on a military base.

I booked on the app and used a coupon for a 29.99 conventional oil change. Once the work was completed (an hour after it was supposed to be completed) and I picked up my vehicle I saw the chage for a $109 synthetic oil change. I was told it was because they didn't have conventional motor oil in 0w-20. Why would they not tell me that when I dropped the car off or call before proceeding with the $80 upcharge? My assumption is they were hoping I wouldn't notice. The next thing is my brakes. I've been tracking the wear on my brakes for a little bit and know I needed new ones soon. I normally do them myself, so I planned on doing it soon. However, after dropping my car off for oil and tires, they quoted me for new brakes. I declined. After I leave, my brakes are making the most awful grinding noise every time I step on the brakes. I don't know what kind of funny business the Ft Meade location is up to, but I will never step foot in another Firestone as long as I live.

Great customer service, friendly staff.Timely service. Rotated tires and lifetime wheel alignment best service Firestone provides at no charge. So past purchases buying tires and alignment so worth it. Oil change almost $100 way overpriced though. Has really skyrocketed over the years.

After multiple bad experiences at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel, Sam here at Firestone Fort Meade had unbelievably excellent customer service like you wouldn’t believe. He was thorough, honest, and worked tremendously hard and long hours working with our warranty company and aiding us in repairing and maintaining our 2016 Toyota Yaris. Sam was happy to answer any questions I had and took such great care of my vehicle and my anxieties about the vehicle. He was honest about what absolutely needed addressing, what could wait, and explained why things should be replaced on a scientific and mechanical level. This guy stayed hours past closing taking care of my vehicle, and I could never thank him enough. God bless you Sam, and thank you for your wonderful Firestone service. I pray you get a raise!

I had to bring my car in for service without an appointment, and to my surprise, the manager (Keith) was more than happy to accommodate my requests. Keith had the best customer service ever. I am really big on customer service, and wish that everywhere I go had more employees like him. I highly recommend that he is shown recognition for his kind and courteous demeanor.

I had an emergency issue with my tires and needed immediate assistance. I called over to Firestone about 15 minutes before closing and asked if they could help me. The customer service was great, and I was encouraged to stop by although they were closing soon. When I arrived Maurice assisted me. He quickly addressed the issue with my tires and even replaced my missing valve caps. Maurice and team were excellent. I would highly recommend this Firestone location.

Waited 3.5 hours for them to do an alignment and a tire rotation, saw that my car sat on the lift for atleast an hour without being touched. Then quickly realized that they didn't even rotate my tires.

10/10 service. Even though it was busy, they were still able to provide great service. Special shoutout to Maurice! He was very kind, and super helpful! I definitely recommend coming here

You can’t ask for better technicians or service specialists. I came in with a tire not holding air (had a nail in the sidewall that I was unaware of). Not only did they fix the tire, they went out of their way after explaining that I needed the tire today (12NOV2025) because my husband was taking my vehicle back home over 700 miles away. They went to another store to locate that singular tire which I greatly appreciated! We’ve had great service here many times and this was no exception!!

I love this place! The Firestone at Ft. Meade has done tremendous jobs and excellent deals for many people within the community, including myself! I would really like to thank Maurice Pearson who is the Sales and Service Specialist there and he has helped diagnose and service my car many times. Since May 2025, Maurice has helped fixing a gas shield that came loose from my car after I drove through ditches filled with rainwater flooding. Initially, my car was dragging the gas shield against the road everywhere but he was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue immediately. When my car went through the same gas shield issue again back in October, I brought the car back to the shop and Maurice told me to replace the shield. I went to my car dealership to order a new one and brought it to Firestone and Maurice got it set up easy within less than 30 minutes! Bless this man and give him a raise! Make sure to ask for Maurice Pearson if you ever need service from this shop. Thank you Firestone so much!!!

Exceptional Service at Firestone Ft. Meade As a furloughed employee during the government shutdown, I was struggling financially and urgently needed two rear tires installed. After calling around the DMV area, I was shocked to find that many shops, even those on military bases, quoted prices higher than expected and showed little empathy. Then I called Firestone Complete Auto Care at Fort Meade and spoke with Maurice, the Service Advisor. Not only did he offer a fair price, but he also showed genuine compassion for my situation. I brought in my own tires, and Maurice and his colleague installed them, performed an alignment, and even did a courtesy check, all with professionalism and kindness. To my surprise, they waived the service fees, knowing I was going through a tough time and that my birthday was the next day. Their generosity lifted my spirits and reminded me that good people still exist. Thank you, Maurice and the Firestone team at Ft. Meade, your kindness made a real difference. I appreciate the professionalism of the Firestone staff at Fort Meade. The manager A.J. Is very accommodating at whatever your needs are, which makes it easy to handle your car repairs. His assistant manager Maurice is also very helpful and transparent in explaining your car issues and priorities in repairs. The mechanics are awesome, especially John. They all seem to work in unity, in which is a plus. I trust them truly with servicing both of my vehicles. Keep up the good work!!!!

Great experience at Firestone Fort Meade! Samuel made the tire replacement process stress-free, and I felt I received a great deal on my new tires. Maurice was very polite and helpful both on the phone and during check-in/check-out. Communication was excellent and everything went smoothly — I’ll definitely return for future service.

This is my go to place for all of my auto needs. On one occasion I accidentally booked my appointment for the Odenton location and not the Ft. Meade location and realized this when I arrived. Samuel Velasquez (Service Manager) fit me in and did the oil change himself in a timely manner. He is always professional and extremely friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They were quick with my scheduling to include when I online scheduled, they immediately called to ask for another date and time. When they performed the job they were super quick. On a Saturday we expected to get the vehicle back on that Monday. Nope, same day!!!!

I had a great experience at this Firestone location. Chris handled my check-in and assured me they would get my vehicle done quickly, even though I mentioned there was no rush. True to his word, they got it done the same day. A.G. was equally professional during checkout. What impressed me most was that I was never pressured to fix other potential issues. They focused exactly on what I came in for, and the final cost matched the upfront quote. As a woman, I've unfortunately had experiences at other auto shops where I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, but that wasn't the case here. All the employees I interacted with were professional, friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Firestone—they’re always professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. But this review is especially for MAURICE, who goes above and beyond every single time I come in. Maurice is the definition of excellent customer service. He remembers me, takes care of everything from start to finish, and makes sure I fully understand the work being done. He communicates clearly, explains everything in detail, and never lets a customer leave confused or unsure. That level of care is rare, and it’s why I trust this location with all my service needs. Every Firestone is not created equal! Great customer service has made the Firestone on Ft Meade my store of choice. I'm greeted with a sincere "how may I help you" every time I enter the store. Today, I stopped by and there wasn't anyone at the service counter. A mechanic passed by, asked if I'd been helped and then reassured me that someone would be out to assist me. This was refreshing as I've been in another Firestone where they walk past and pretend to not see you. Within seconds Maurice was there with a smile! He apologized for the delay and started to assist. He explained the work that was completed. I was pleasantly surprised when he informed that I was not charged for tire service. He explained that the delay with receiving the tire caused my car to be in the shop for an extended period. Waiving the tire service was their effort to repay me for the inconvenience. The gesture was unexpected but appreciated! Also kudos to the store manager, A.G. who contacted me periodically to update me on the tire situation. If you have access to a military installation I highly recommend Ft Meade Firestone.

TLDR we knew what the issue was with our car, they attempted to diagnose issues with the car that we knew weren’t the issue, the diagnostics came back negative, the issue is now worse than it was before. The long of it. We came in the get a brake fluid replacement and brake bleed, when we picked up the car the brakes were worse than before. We talked to them, the mechanic who worked on the car said the master cylinder might be damaged, we told him no, and he walked off. The customer service rep asked us to bring the car in tomorrow and they would do a brake bleed. We brought the car in the next day, I had to call at 4pm with no update from them, where they again said they wanted to diagnose the master cylinder or the booster, I didn’t want to because we know that it’s just air in the brakes but they said they wouldn’t charge us unless that turned out to be the problem. So we agreed, car stays at the shop over night. Again I have to call them at 4pm to ask for an update to be told that the tests were inconclusive and they recommend we go to a dealership. We pick up the car and the brakes are now worse than they were 3 days ago when we dropped it off. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is the customer service was decent and they didn’t charge us for the diagnostics we didn’t need.
