So thankful to Phil, from White-Huff, for getting me through a difficult tow, he did an exceptional job. He also gained entry into my 1977 Firebird and was able to get her charged up and running.
Phil then went out of his way to assist me when I got lost driving to my destination. Patience was much appreciated!

Phil has towed me a couple of times in the last couple years .He is professional, courteous and knows how to load and unload with out damaging my vehicles ( seems to be a lost art in the towing business)

I don't usually write reviews, however....A+++ service !! My friends vehicle needed towing out of a "bad area" in Baltimore city. The driver had do deal with threats and harassment but he stood his ground and got the car out. Didn't get the drivers name but, without sharing all the details, he really went above and beyond. I truly appreciate this company! I called in a panic because I had to get my car to an appointment on time and they made it a priority to accommodate me. I can’t say thank you enough! Drew was the driver who picked up my vehicle and he was very professional and acted with a sense of urgency ensuring me that he would do everything in his power to make it to my appointment. I've had car issues twice on the way to work and White Huff has towed my car. The first time, they actually put the donut on the car for me when I came to pick it up so I didn't have to do it in the rain. The second time, they helped me get it to a mechanic in town, and due to their quick response time, I made it to work before my first meeting. Quick, professional, and reasonable pricing.
Prior to contacting this company I spoke SEVEN tow-company and not ONE SINGLE driver had their DRIVER’S LICENSE! Seriously, I spoke to seven companies and not a some had their DRIVER’S LICENSE! I got in touch with their technician and not only did he HAVE his license, he was professional over the phone, listened to my request AND got the job efficiently. I waited three hours and their technician showed up, thirty seconds later he finished the entire thing! You talk about relief! Man it was awesome

I was on my way home from vacation. An hour away my car would not accelerate so had to call for a tow. I had to wait 2 + hours for them to come but it was so worth it. I had a man named Phil. He was so nice and socialable, he offered me a soda as well. He even waiting with me until my ride came to get me. Phil made a stressful day into a positive day.

What do you want on a Saturday afternoon when your car dies? (Other than a miraculous fix.) To continue on with your weekend. That's what White-Huff did for my family. Running our 3rd car to the mechanic on a Saturday afternoon - part of a long chores list - and the car didn't make it. Mechanic (Indpendent Auto - great shop!) recommended White-Huff...for a reason. With the weekend, I expected a long wait for the junior varsity to show up. Wrong: Phil answered the phone immediately - polite, calm, professional - verified communication by text, and was on-site in 25 minutes. Not that we had to wait: he said we could leave the key under the mat so we just resumed our day. As we journeyed through our Saturday afternoon chores, Phil gave us status updates by text, including a photo of the car on his truck. It's never a fun moment when you need a tow, but Phil made it as easy as possible. No fuss, no games, all help.

I got stuck in my work parking garage in Baltimore and they came and towed me to the dealership in glen burnie. Super friendly and on such a busy snowy day they were pretty quick and helpful. Will definitely call them if I ever need to in the future.
Professional friendly helpful affordable. I’m in the collision industry and deal with a lot of tow companies. I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with White-Huff. As a rule tow companies are rude and careless as they have a captive audience. I can’t say enough about this company. Great job ma’am whoever took my call and set things up for me.
I broke down on a cold and windy afternoon. A young man came and quickly loaded my vehicle. He kindly offered for me to sit in the cab of his tow truck while I waited for a ride. My ride took longer than I anticipated and he insisted on waiting until I was picked up. It's hard to find people willing to go above and beyond and I certainly appreciated his kindness. I recently had to use White huff as it was the tow company assigned by my insurance company. The people who answered the phone were rude and abrasive, thy gave zero updates as to when my car would be picked up, and no updates even when they dropped it off at my mechanic.
Their drivers speed around the road with no concern for other drivers, and generally drive aggressively. Between the experiences I've had on the road with them and my recent experience with their services, I think I'd rather tow my own vehicle with a bicycle and bungee cords than use them again.
The very best towing I have experienced. I was stuck on a hot day I. Parking lot. The company called immediately, Gave us a quicker than estimated time , called 5 minutes out , and handled everything efficiently. Phil was awesome! Use only this company when you are in need!
3/24/23-- I just used White-Huff Towing about 2 weeks ago & wrote a raving 5-star review. I just picked up my vehicle from the shop & next day it broke down again in the same low-clearance garage! I immediately called White-Huff Towing because I had such a great experience about 2 weeks ago with them. Having car trouble is extremely stressful. But White-Huff Towing does a fantastic job on helping a person when one is stressed, helpless, and stranded!! I had the honor and pleasure of speaking with the "boss" or owner. I believe his name is RUSS, maybe. He immediately remembered his company helping me before and got me set-up quickly for the SECOND towing! I asked for the same guy, DREW, and he agreed to everything I ask for! RUSS arranged for DREW to arrive on a busy Friday during rush hour when everyone is getting off work to my location at precisely the time that I said I would be off work and arrive home. DREW was quietly sitting outside across the street waiting for me!!! 5-star customer service at its BEST!!! It was raining, heavy traffic, and not a short distance for DREW to travel. But he arrived early and quietly waited for me! I love giving White-Huff Towing my business (when I need towing which I hate), because they get things done quickly in a professional and respectful manner. I was offered free towing by the dealership but said no because I'd rather pay for a company that has gained my trust by proving they will treat my vehicle with the best care and respect and deal with me professionally. I can trust that White-Huff Towing will show up as promised at a fair price. DREW treated my car each time just like I would...delicate and with gentle care! He was NEVER rushing or sloppy. DREW always took his time being meticulous and careful and respecting my vehicle and surrounding property. That is very important and much appreciated!!! Phil at White-Huff took a stressful situation and helped me feel at ease. Only 5 minutes after calling was he roadside with my car. He was quick to arrive and to get my car up on the lift. Knowing I was stranded and my office was close by he even offered to drop me at the office so I didn't have to bug somebody else. I'm so thankful for Phil and will recommend him to anyone I know that needs a tow!

Seamless service. Car was involved in an accident they had the car accessible and the drivers assisted with help to open the trunk to get all my belongings out. Even had loaner tools to remove plates. Very polite to boot.
