Today the transmission in my truck experienced problems while towing my travel trailer while on the way for a vacation. I arranged to have the truck and trailer towed home so the transmission shop that recently worked on it could evaluate the problem. BBT & Recovery Wrecker Service responded and handled the tow. The driver was extremely professional and was driving top notch equipment. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in a bind with a broken down vehicle or any other towing needs.

First of all, I was amazed at how prompt the service was. Mechanic was nice, clean and courteous and after a breed explanation of what was going on with my truck, got to work, had all the tools and he was under the truck and out within 20 minutes. Sorry he got so dirty and greasy, having plenty issues with truck. There was follow up from all parties involved, and I must say that I was impressed. Great job Lathe!

I was buried in the mud in my RV park. Mark came out and worked for over an hour and was getting it out slowly (he had to dig out a bunch, adjust and dig out more). Later another driver came to see if he could help, Mark and Lathe kept assessing the situation and made sure my motorhome and the sewer/waterhome area safe. They were finally able to get me out and on the road again. If been there for over 1.5 years and after so much rain, my rig had sunk in the mud as well as the jacks.

I hit something on 695 at night in the pouring rain. I was in the fast lane with two flat driver's side tires and pulled off the highway as far as I could which still left 1/4 of the car in the fast lane. Jesse showed up like 10 minutes after a tow was called. Not only did he show concern for my safety but my dogs too. My car was on the flatbed in no time and he somehow managed to get it in a parking spot once we were at the lot. It was jam packed but he did it with little effort. Very thankful for him.
Quick response on a traffic heavy day from BBT. Lathe was extremely professional and careful hooking up my RV. It was a long tow to the dealer and he was a great driver. Made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with!

Gentleman, who arrived, was respectful and very polite. I had a double drop tow, tank, and then tractor. He parked the tank like a boss in a tight, sloppy, muddy yard. Then, my tractor at the service center. I definitely recommend!!!

Called every wrecker service in the area looking for someone to deck two day cab trucks onto a trailer for me. Jesse has the best prices in the area and top notch equipment. These guys have handled several highly complicated and involved jobs for us without any issues. The first time we used them, we even had a couple other tow companies decline the job before we found this company, because they didn't feel comfortable doing the work, even though they had the proper equipment. Jesse is excellent to work with and extremely polite. We move armored cars using step deck trailers and these guys are the only ones I trust in the area to get the job done when we need assistance loading them. Highly recommend for any tow service ,but especially if you are in need of specialty equipment like HD rotator, etc.
I'm running a construction site at mervo high school on hillen rd and the guys got a 24000lb basket lift stuck in the mud.... Needless to say we called BBT and they had quick response and very fair prices I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
