Ever since Tony shut down Rockland Ford I went strictly to union Fair auto Kyle don't deal with that place they will rip you off I bought a truck for over $40,000 and the book value is $20,500 they took me for a good ride Kyle will rob you right from the get-go I told them something is wrong with the truck because it shakes when I'm going at high speed and slowing down time to find out both lower ball joints was gone now I got to replace arms and ball joints on a overpriced vehicle find out what the book value on the vehicle before you buy it cuz Kyle will rip you off Kyle is nothing but a scam artist all he wants to do is make a sale and Rob people
We went to UFA for a reliable and safe vehicle for our teenager that wouldn’t break our wallets. Kyle and the staff were great to work with. A+++ I would recommend them!!!
Was super excited to get a new vehicle but it's been less than 2 months since I've gotten the vehicle and it's been a week since it's gone in for repairs and they are still not done, they dont answer the phones and have no idea when the repairs can be completed. When I bought the car a loaner car was available and now less than 2 months later they dont do loaner vehicles...not impressed.
They do all they can to get the most money out of you for the shittiest cars in New England. They do a show where they pretend the bank is doing something insane, and theyre "fighting" to get a better price for you. Don't go here if you don't want to get fleeced.
Started off with great service with just a few hiccups. However Tony always tried making it right with me. Since Tony went to Florida they've ran it into the ground. I bought three vehicles from them and was going to do future business with them but won't ever go back again. Back in July we brought my wife's vehicle in for warranty repair. Few weeks go by and I talk back and forth with them about getting the repair done. Month goes by and I contacted the warranty company and tell me that no claim has been made. Then they just stop ansrewing my texts and calls. When we first bought the car there was a water pump issue and was sent to Key Ford. Never go to Key Ford either, they're scam artists and will butcher your vehicle. With that aside, I really hope Tony can turn this around because he had a good thing going for awhile.
I just bought a car from them and it's a junk, I have had to take it back three times and still not working right, never again will I go back or send anyone there it's a joke, not sure how they get away with selling junk vehicles
Tried to buy a vehicle at this "dealership" and it was a train wreck from the beginning. Truck was supposed to be ready to go and super clean according to the add. Got there and the truck was barely drivable let alone road ready, milage was 20k higher than the add and it definitely was far from "super clean". Gave the benefit of the doubt and was told they would run it through the shop and I had first refusal. No call back... I called twice and was told it wasn't ready yet but they would call me back... never did. I get a text today offered a different truck because they sold the one I was trying to buy without ever even letting me know it was ready. NO THANKS! Shady dealership with horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
False advertisement they run ypur numbers give u a decent monthly payment but when you go to finalize all of a sudden the lovely affordable payment changes to a much higher amount and they blame the banks when they knew from beginning it would change. Just wanted to get me in and settle for a much higher amount. They led me to believe and lied. Don't waste your time. Not worth be scammed.
Tony’s. Workers did vehicle repairs on my Jeep. They did a great job. They stood by and guaranteed their work. The price was amazing. If I need more work , I will be going back… At only $99 an hour.. I highly recommend Union Fair Auto.. Loren
They sold me a truck for 15k and said it just received a sticker. They took the sticker off before I drove it off the lot. I had to put 5k into it just to get it to take a sticker. They ripped me off bad. This was 5 years ago when I was younger and naive, just a young man starting a business. They have no conscience and I wished that I took legal action at the time
UPDATE:
MY SISTER HAS TRIED REPEATEDLY TO GET SOMEONE TO DISCUSS WITH HER. THEY DID ONE TIME TYLER, SAID SHE NEEDED TO SEND PAPERWORK SHOWING ALTERNATE GARAGE DID REPAIRS AND THEY WOULD REFUND HER COSTS.
SHE DID THAT AND THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK YO HER OR RETURN HER EMAILS. SHE HAS THE PART THAT WAS REPLACED. THE UNION GAIR AUTO INSTALLER PINCHED A WIRE DURING THE INSTALLATION CAUSING THE COMPRESSOR TO SHORT OUT AND BURNED THROUGH THE WIRE. THE COMPRESSOR HAD TO BE COMPLETELY REPLACED WHEN SHE GOT TO ARIZONA.
SHE HAS SENT EMAIL AFTER EMAIL AND MADE.PHONE CALLS. NO ONE WILL SPEAK WITH HER IR RETURN HER EMAILS!!!!
My sister bought her vehicle there in December 2022
Her husband passed away in May and as she was getting her affairs in order she found d the air conditioner not work.
She took it to union fair auto where she bought it to have it fixed. They told her she needed new ac compressor and compressor clutch.
They did great working with finance company to cover the parts. She was on a time schedule due to moving. She took it down and they snapped the compressor bolt attempting to remove it. Called her in to say they had to order compressor!?? Why wasn't it ordered originally since they already said it had to be replaced? Told her Friday afternoon she was supposed to leave Saturday/Sunday at the latest.
In all fairness they did try to track down the part to retrieve it but we're not successful. Part was delivered late Monday afternoon and by late I mean 430 pm they close at 5.
She went right down and they I stalled it. She paid $600 and they told her it was fixed she didn't question it and left they left right away I stead of waiting to see if she was satisfied.
She drove back to her house and the AC did not work. Her neighbor who is a mechanic looked at it and the compressor clutch was not engaging. He told her either they didn't hook up the lines and add refrigerant or they didn't hook up the relay or a fuse issue.
U fortunately she couldn't wait any longer and had to leave town anyway traveling across country in 90+ heat and humidity with no ac. she tried calling them Tuesday for 4 hours and they were busy with a customer four hours????
This is unacceptable.
Now she has to pay to have it repaired correctly somewhere else when she already paid union fair $600 to fix it the first time!!
Needed a new car. Stopped by. Saw car. Bought car. Salesman Sam was great. Got car I wanted same day. A couple minor issues, promptly fixed no problem. Good dealership. Nice people.
Not impressed. Ive been to many dealerships over the years. I do my research first. I was approached by a young man who was clearly not interested in helping me. Then when I told him what I wanted, he lied. Told me only one vehicle available and for $20,000. Then said no less then $3k cash down. I wanted something in the $12k range. He looked me in my eye and lied. Said there was nothing available. I had found several available on their website before going in person. Im not impressed.
Recently bought a GMC Acadia from these folks, and it was a great experience from start to close. In fact closing was very easy, they shipped a car to my house as well as an employee to finish signing because my schedule is hard to work around. Tyler and Tony are professonal, and reasonable. I'll be sure to go back next time I'm in the market.
Manager drives and abuses w.e truck he decides to drive. Shows the vehicle with it full of dog hair and dirty from taking it to “Gillette” Scratched and dented. Front wheels shook the steering wheel all for. $62k. Not impressed! Went to Shepard across the street. Spent 90k on a truck instead.
If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled a time to look at a F250 super duty power stroke. That was already listed for $1,000 over market. And when I got there to look at the truck it was not on the lot the manager was driving it, he had to be called to bring it back to a scheduled viewing. I had to wait a good 20 minutes and when he pulled up in the truck it was dirty, not just on the outside but the inside also. He had dogs in the truck there was hair and scratches everywhere. There was a large dent in the back of the truck, manager put an additional 5k miles on the truck and the steering wheel shook when it drove. It was listed for $62,380 and manager only wanted to drop price to $60,000. I walked an bought a brand New Dodge for 90k across the street. Keep up the "good" business and you'll be out of business by the end of 2023.
Vaughn was completely amazing. He knew excatly what was wrong almost instantly. He was kind and patient with me explaining stuff. I would definitely go back just to see an honest mechanic like him.
Bought a pickup with good mileage. Needed a part, which they took care of, but when i went to my mechanic, he said that they fixed it in cheapest means possible as well as disregarded a bunch of other issues. At the time I thought it was a good price, but I'm second guessing that now
I would say buy from these guys if you find a vehicle you like, but proceed with caution. We were told a vehicle price and an "out the door" price with financing, but when we came to pick up the truck both amounts were substantially higher. The folks there are nice and the truck seemed good, but in the end "money talks" and we walked.
Completely unprofessional. Sold my sister TWO vehicles that are no good. Knowing there will be kids in the car. Get annoyed when existing problems are brought up. Complete slimeball of a place.

Recently I purchased a work truck. My credit was less than ideal , due to a divorce. I needed a work truck as I am a self employed sub-contractor. I talked to Joe on the phone and explained my situation. .. Joe helped me secure financing , and put me into the perfect truck for me. Recently I had some minor mechanical issues with it , and without hesitation , union fair auto , thru Joe , stepped up and fixed the issues no questions asked... I highly recommend Union Fair Auto to others .. The bigger dealers , with their adds on the radio about no one refused , Blah , blah, Blah ??? Save yourself the hassle. Go down and talk to Joe. He will do you right.
I got my truck and was glad I did. That's not my complaint. My complaint is the fact that i told Joe a week after i got it. it was making a noise. He verbally, text and voice mailed me that he would pay to have it fixed. He gave me the number of the place he goes to have it fixed. I call the place to be told they dont affiliate with union Fair Auto but will look at it. So I take it there have it looked at and then informed that Joe said he isnt paying for it. I was like Wtf. I know it was only 12 and I paid it but to be lied by Joe is wrong. When I went to say something to him his words were " are you really bugging me for $12.00? I said no it's what you said. He wouldn't get off the phone to discuss this so I left. I think this is very unprofessional. You have 30 days to have things fixed and they pay. Guess not with him. Will not recommend to anyone.
I was quite impressed with Joe. I was looking through different web sights and started to select automobiles throug Union Fair Auto so I filled out an application and I immediately got a phone call from Joe, he stayed later at work just to talk to me and let me know he looked at the application and was a hundred percent that he could get me into a vehicle immediately. I had my doubts with my credit not being that great and I was for sure that I would need a cosigner but to my surprise I got the vehicle I wanted and what a beauty it is, no cosigner, excellent price and it drives so smooth. This is the newest vehicle I have had and it was because of you Joe you are a great salesman upfront about everything easy to talk to and you don't give up on your customers.
