My son's car broke down in my driveway. Not fun, and thankfully I have roadside assistance. Living in Milton, my insurance co. had a hard time finding a tow truck who would come to get the car and bring it to South Berwick for repair. The driver who came tonight was amazing! Kind, professional and explained everything. I was so happy that he was able to come and bring the car to the shop. I highly recommend.
They showed up with the right equipment to haul my husband’s truck out of a bad spot when he slid while plowing.. Bobby and his guys were professional, friendly, and efficient. They came and got the job done when AAA couldn’t even get up our driveway. I highly recommend calling them first!!!!
Very great service, Bobby is very respectful and professional at his job. Managed to tow my vehicle after I rolled it without adding anymore damage than was already caused by my accident. 10/10 would recommend this tow company for anyone near the North Berwick area that needs a tow truck!
Absolute 10/10 driver was super friendly, cracked some jokes all in all made the nightmare of having an unusable yard ornament a lot better. I will for sure be recommending this company To anyone that will listen.
Very poor experience. To start ,the address on google is the guys house, you show up and he tells you that it’s actually in Berwick on Rt 4 at some random dirt lot he charges $50 a day for. Charged $160 for a tow less than 10 miles. He waited until I arrived to inform me it’s cash only , When we finally get to the dirt lot he forgot my car key and I had to stand in the empty lot and wait 20 min, As I had been dropped off by a friend to get my car back. Whole process is very shady and unprofessional, much better options around, avoid if possible.
Bobby was great! Great price and he got to us within 15 minutes of us calling. Took great care of everything and kept us informed. Hopefully we won’t need again, but if we do, we are calling him!
My brother and I have used Liberty Towing frequently and I will say that they are incredibly nice, incredibly easy to work with and are our first choice if we need a mechanic. Can't recommend Bobby enough to anyone seeking help
