Knox did great work on our Highlander, the frame was bent and the rear quarter was badly damaged. For how bad it was they got it done quickly and their paint work is beautiful. They were very receptive to all of our concerns and were very helpful.
Brought my 04 hummer there to get an issue diagnostic after I got the vehicle back, it had more issues, and the problem still wasn't fixed. Also, they left grease all over my - and didn't put my lower unit in correctly. Also ordered me a part and didn't tell me the price of it before after they put it in. Then just sent me the bill super unprofessional environment. When I brought up how they left my vehicle. They made excuses about it. I'm sorry but if I ever left the customer's vehicle full of grease and their dashed smashed together the person would have been fired in the spot. Don't come here if you want competent techs working on your vehicles... They also upcharge parts. Which is why they order OEM all the time without asking you. Because they make the most profit off o e m parta.
I'm sure they do good work and also kind. They were very nice on the phone. But they expensive. I called about a windshield and the quote was 850$. For a windshield. Holy cow that's a lot. Went to Hands on auto glass. Got my windshield for 240$. What a difference huh. Call around first. Sorry guys fix your prices.
They were excellent in handling the issue I had with my vehicle. I was 700 miles from home and not sure how I could get home by Saturday the 15th of July. They took my vehicle in on Wednesday and had it finished Thursday morning. I can't express enough how greatfull I'm am for them taking care of me. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicle looked at.
If you want the best job possible, then go to the best shop period. Excellent work, quick turn around, done right the first time. Our truck actually came back cleaner then when we dropped it off.

And a year later they still go above and beyond to help. I had an exhaust problem that VIP's wanted $1100 to replace the parts. The people at Knox fixed the problem for $35. Thats the difference between a real mechanic and a parts replacer. Awesome.
Awesome folks. Really amenable and they didn’t overcharge. They got us in super quick and we’re able to completely fix our holding tank issue in under an hour. I would definitely recommend these guys.
Adrian and his team do amazing work from body repair to mechanical. And all with amazing customer service... They delivered our Jeep to our door in a snowstorm so we'd have it to get to town. Who does that these days? Knox Auto Body does...
Nice body shop. People were nice and the dog that runs around and plays ball was great. Little on the expensive side for the work my father had done but it wasnt horrible just a surprise being 1500 dollars more then he expected.
I had a tierod replaced by knox. Less than 3 months down the road it needed to be replaced again as it had failed. They claimed the part was covered under warranty but that i would have to pay for the labor. The reason it failed was due to it never having been greased, I assumed that when it was installed they would have greased the part but apparently not. Every aspect of the interaction with them has seemed very shady, i am not one to make claims that someone does poor work but after my experience I will be advising others from providing knox with further business.
