Getting a quote for my car was quick and easy. Speaking with reps was smooth and helpful. Getting my car picked up was delayed and frustrating. Navigating the menu and getting a person on the phone was challenging.

Great people who were very happy to break the process down, had a truck out today(Tuesday) after making an appointment on Saturday. Best payout on any scrapping company I’ve used. Tow guy was very nice, got here in a timely manner and explained that most of the vehicles they pick up get rebuilt which is great if you’re like me and get emotionally attached to your vehicle and can’t stand the thought of it rotting in a scrapyard. Overall amazing experience 10/10 will be recommending to any and every person who simply can’t afford to fix their vehicle.
My experience with Cash For Cars was great! I damaged the transmission on my daily driver and didn't want to fix it. This company made the best offer and was easy to work with. Pickup was quick and the payment was what was quoted. I would recommend them.
The process wasn’t the worst thing I’ve dealt with. I made a mistake by running out of ink while signing the title so I ended up needing to go to the local yard 2x and was supposed to go back a 3rd time if it wasn’t for the lovely staff at the Lyman, ME location emailing the papers to prevent a 3rd 45 minute (each way) trip. They picked the car up about a week after I contacted them, took them a single day once the papers were finally done to come by in the AM to pick the car up. The driver of the wrecker was super friendly and even thanked me for clearing the snow from the vehicle (please do it. It takes 5 minutes if that). Overall I’d definitely use them again if needed but hopefully my car luck improves a bit

Excellent transaction. Clear communication, every step was open and honest. My old truck was picked up within 24 hours of finding the website. The tow truck driver picked up my truck and handed me a check for the amount initially offered.
They don't even know what their doing ,at least the guy on phone. Tells me can't issue check for car cause title says former owner on it ,only meaning we hadn't registered since we bought it..titles clear but this guy had no clue. Beware of these companies being run fromother states someone who doesn't have a damn clue. NO SALE ILL RAT IT FIRST GIVE ME LOCALS ..REAL LOCALS

This was a positive experience. I was happy with the offer made on my car. Once the car was ready they picked it up. A little mix up with the tow company, did not get a call prior to meet them at the repair shop but they came to me and it saved me a trip. I hope to not have to use this again but if I need to junk a call I would use this service!
Your company scheduled to pick up the vehicle with me for my day off so i could be home, unfortunately you lied to me and pick up never occurred. After doing some digging of my own, i learned that instead of Friday, as planned, pickup was scheduled for the following Monday. Which is not possible. You also offered me a very low ball offer. I learned after accepting your offer that i could have easily gotten $200 more for the sale. The obviously lack of consideration for the seller that you have showed makes me not want to ever sell you vehicle again. I hope my review provides some insight for other potential sellers who are considering using you. I do not recommend unless you don't work and can be home every day despite making a specific appointment.
I got the best price here compared to any other business and the person I talked to on the phone and the tow truck driver were both very nice and professional. I would use this company again if I needed another car junked.

Hard to trust anything online nowadays but this was a pretty streamlined process. Disappointed with my car’s surprise engine trouble, but it had plenty of great parts and features so I’m happy that it’s either going to be fixed or parted out. Got a decent offer and they showed up within two days with a check in hand. Hope I don’t use them again any time soon but I’d definitely recommend cash for cars.

Sujay Kumar Kadiyam was patient, informative and helpful. He has great customer service skills and I would highly recommend the company because of him. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was not against Sujay, rather the local dispatch who we conference called with, that did not call me and let me know that no one was coming on Thursday and I waited around all afternoon.

Called to sell my vehicle. Spoke to gagana who was my representative when called. I gave her the stats on my vehicle. She came bsck within our 10 minute call with a fabulous offer. I called back a few days later and accepted. She arranged for free pickup. Within 2 days tow came to my house. I gave him keys and signed title. And he gave me a check for agreed offer amount.
