Towed My car from a wreckers yard without any consent from me at all. Did not bother to call me about it. Went to go get my belongings out of the car to find out that it was towed a hour away from the tow yard on top of a 30 minute drive myself already. Took the car after notifying insurance and the wrecker yard that I still needed to get my personal belongings out of the car. Wouldn’t let me get my stuff due to the machines closing down at 4:30. Closed on weekends on all my days off. Said that they couldn’t leave the car out front due to policy even though it’s still MY CAR! Could report it stolen but I’ll be nice. Going Monday if anything out of that outlander is missing expect a lawsuit!
The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful, their system seems easy. Only thing I don't like is they couldn't give me even a window of time when they could pick up my car. Hopefully won't be too long as I really need it to be picked up. Will post a final review after my dealings are done.

Hard to even give them a 1 star horrible service rude gave me number of DAB. 865-4702. In Freeport won’t come to limerick. For a pick up of a vehicle. Horrible customer service.
Terrible tow company. They did not communicate when a tow time was missed resulting in my broken car sitting illegally in the street overnight, they never answered their phones the next morning but instead had a "We open at 8am" message playing over and over well past 11am on a Friday, no call backs after messages we left, no response from their main offices when I tried to find out what was going on. Worst of all they are dishonest- my vanity plates were missing and they swore up and down the plates weren't on the cat when it was towed. Lies, they found one and the other remain a mystery. To boot the woman I spoke with was hecking rude about the whole plates issue.
