If you ever have the unfortunate accident in your wife's car and you survive her disdain, then please take it here. Rick is so awesome. He is totally honest, up front. He explains the whole process. His work is amazing. My wife's Jeep came back spotless. He even cleaned the interior, which with 3 dogs is not easy. When you have someone local who does great work, why not go there. Both Rick and his wife Kristen were great with updates and communicating. You will not be dissappointed.

Hands down this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a body shop. My wife accidently hit a tree and it damaged my front driver's bumper. Gervais Collision Center was fabulous in the handling of the bumper repair and all that it entailed! Thorough in their explanations and cost estimates, timely in their repairs, personable, honest and meticulous are just a few descriptors I would use in describing my experience. There was a slight glitch with my side door which I brought to their attention when I picked up my car and they immediately fixed the issue at no extra cost!! Got great service at Gervais Collision Center in Limington. They did the work with our Travelers insurance (Good company they said), we were in on Monday and done on Friday. Lots of parts needed replacing and they were able to get OEM. Completely explained all the damaged parts they would be looking at and gave a thorough receipt. Even detailed inside and out. Happy to have supported a local small business for auto body repair!

If I could give Gervais Collision Center in Limington, Maine, more than five stars, I absolutely would. I honestly don’t even know where to begin – they were THAT amazing! After my parked car got backed into by a plow truck, I found myself in a long, stressful battle with the insurance company, who was trying to total my vehicle, despite it being clearly repairable. On top of that, no other shop could even fit me in for an estimate for at least a month. But Richard & Kristen told me to come right in, and they got me in immediately. Not only did they provide an estimate on the spot, but it was the very reason I won the battle with the insurance company and got them to agree to fix my car. And the best part? They fixed my car in just a week! But they didn’t stop there – they went above and beyond. They washed both the interior and exterior of my car, buffed and polished my other headlight to match the new one, and even fixed my phone holder inside the car. To say that these guys are lifesavers would be an understatement. They exceeded every expectation. They're reliable, knowledgeable, personable, quick to accommodate, and most importantly, honest. My car not only looks better than it did before the accident, but it’s also as if it’s brand new again. I highly recommend Gervais Collision Center to anyone needing bodywork. My husband hit a deer in January , it was dark so never saw it! It was in Standish and the truck was towed to Gervais, which was perfect!!!! They were so easy to work with, they took care of all the paperwork needed! The job they did in the truck was outstanding, the truck was cleaner inside than when we purchased it,. It looked like it was brand new , I would totally recommend them to anyone, amazing work

My whole experience was wonderful, I can’t say enough good things about it. They got me in much quicker than I expected, gave me updates on my truck while it was there, handled the insurance company for me, the body work was excellent, it was done earlier than estimated, and they detailed the interior before sending it home. My truck looks as straight and clean as the day I got it. I would absolutely recommend going here.

I just picked up my car from having work done at Gervais and I could not be more impressed! The communication was so great throughout the process and my car came home better than I gave it to them. Not only because they seamlessly fixed the damage, but because they cleaned the inside of my car too!! I audibly gasped when I opened my car door. I have two dogs and run a horse farm .. so to say my car was dirty is an understatement. It is sooo clean inside now and looks beautiful on the outside. I highly recommend Gervais - thanks!!! :)

Where to begin well my husband had run in with deer in June and being new truck it was definitely not wonderful thing to happen. He then took his truck here and being 5mins from home and staying local it was amazing ordeal and they talked to us thru whole process all week kept us informed 100% when insurance was well hard case to contact with time zone differences. Very friendly and easy to deal with. They did a great job on my Ford Edge and it was repaired in a timely manner. They kept me updated on my car while it was in their shop. I would highly recommend them.

Had a heavily damaged Camry that was borderline totalled, but Gervais Collision Center was able to save the car for me. Other body shops in the area wouldn't give me the time of day or they were 2 months away from even taking the car in. Stopped in and spoke with Richard and Kristen about my dilemma, and they immediately took the car and even brought me home. They completely took over the burden of dealing with my insurance company. I love this place! Richard was absolutely amazing, very kind and so detailed about everything. He did a fantastic job on my 2021Nissan frontier, it came out beautiful! I'm from Louisiana and hit a deer wrecking my car on September 16th. My insurance company gave me some names of autobody shops but they all said that my car wouldn't be repaired until November or December. Gervais was local and said it would be about 3 -4 weeks. Not only did they handle things with my insurance company, my car done by October 2nd and they also gave me rides to and from the shop since I was staying nearby. My car looks awesome l ike it was never damaged. I highly recommend this place.

After hitting a deer that caused extensive damage to my grill, front drivers side panel and door on my Blazer I turned to Gervais Collision Center. Richard and Kristen were great to work with. The work done is A++ and my vehicle looks like new again. I am beyond happy with the high quality work they provided. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out, now that’s great service! I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

I worked with Gervais Collision Center in 2022 when my son crashed my Outback into a street sign and crushed the roof and windshield. The inner console of the ceiling and sunroof had all been destroyed as well as the windshield, and they did a beautiful job returning my vehicle to is original state, and kept open communication with me about when they could get my car in and where it was at in the process as they worked on it. When they finished, it was like the accident never happened. So naturally when I damaged the suspension of my second vehicle about a year later, on a stump on the side of a dirt road that I did not see they were the very first place I thought of for my repairs. Great folks and a great business. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done.

I cant say enough about this business. I was referred to Bull Dog Auto for some body work and was told it was out of their scope but they then referred me to Richard Gervais. I contacted them to see about dropping by for an estimate for the damage. When I arrived they were pleasant and professional. They did what they needed to do for the estimate and I asked if they could help me get my passenger door to close since it was tied (not legally drivable). Not only did they stop what they were doing in 90 degree heat- but they spent an hour in the hot sun and got my door to be able to open and close. They didn't even accept my offer to pay them for the time they spent working on the door! Needless to say, after that I was absolutely going to have them perform the repairs and glad I did. They were easy to communicate with and were so personable and friendly. To treat me like a VIP blew me away when they didn't even know who I was. They were also so kind and caring - I wish I had known about them before. Please don't discount what hard working local people do for the community - and please consider this business for any of your needs. The repair came out amazing - and the car looked brand new! It was nice to be able to sit down and talk to people who get it and know your name and your just not a number. They made me feel like they truly cared about me - which you probably wont find at larger businesses. Please do not hesitate to use them - I will be sure to tell anyone I know about my great experience at Gervais and will be sure to come back. Once again- thank you both for everything. I took my car to Gervais Collision after hitting a deer. My experience with them was great! They are friendly, easy to communicate with and efficient. They went way above and beyond, not only did they make the outside look fantastic, they also shined up the inside and fixed small annoyances like a broken visor.
