These guys are scam artist If your car gets towed by them forget about it because they’re gonna way overcharge you!!!!! It’s unrealistic to get my cat after two days my car was over $1400 not even 24 hours and it was at 420. I asked him if there was any possible way they could work with me and they literally hung up the phone on me. They are Immature and The rudest people I’ve ever dealt with.
Cj ( I believe) was absolutely great. Not many people actually listen and truly seem to care. He did just that. And the owner was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend

These folks are part of the certified AAA emergency roadside assistance team. From the moment I made the phone call to the moment I was driving home was approximately 55 minutes. Eddie B Towing & Recovery is an amazing business. I had Sanford help me now 3 times and he is the Best! Not only is he highly knowledgeable and explains everything so well, he is really funny and makes me laugh. He takes the unfortunate situation and makes it pleasant! I’m alway smiling and in the best mood after Sanford visits! I’m going to call him to change my battery next week! He’s so great, ya miss him when he leaves!
The guy at the counter major attitude and the worker I was dealing with back and forth with them and the pd I was still over charged 200 then I was supposed to be he had quite an attitude also
Was sold a battery when my battery was still good apparently. Was told by AAA that I was ripped off and that battery never should have been put in. They took off with my old battery, which was still good, and left me with the new battery, which is now toast. I was taken advantage of and lied to so you could make a couple bucks, leaving me broke and with no car now. I will be filing a grievance with AAA. Do not trust these guys, they do not care about you, your well being, or your car. They just want to make money!
Contacted AAA to tow my Porsche that had ignition switch issues. Got a phone call from Nick saying he had a driver in the area and should arrive within the hour. NAILED IT! On time, if not a few minutes early, too! CJ, the driver, met me in the driveway and asked if I wanted him to bring the truck up the driveway since the driveway was fairly new. We thanked him for his concern and decided to slowly roll the car down to the end of the driveway to be loaded on the flatbed. CJ explained what he was doing and the reason why the entire time he was loading the car and securing it. CJ, keep up the good work! It's a pleasure to get a status phone call, showing up on time, and caring about the customer's property (driveway and car)! Best of luck and much success CJ!
My vehicle was towed to their impound on 8/11/25 at 7:34 pm. I picked it up today 8/12/25 at 3:00 pm.
They charged me 2 days impound fir less than 24 hours and said to bad it goes by calendar days!!!! Ps when you pick up your vehicle it's cash only and they give no change back so make sure you bring exactly what you owe. I recommend paying it all in coins!!!!!

My brother’s car was towed here around midnight and 1am, I called the number and the guy there told me to call after 9am cause they were closed, and he hang up on me. I called when he said and it was the same person, rude and entitle, I won’t go in detailed about the conversation, but he said : I could but “ I’m not doing you any favors, call back Monday after 9am” he won’t provided me with the address where his car is being held, refused to give information on my property.
Is obviously more money every day, he is very unprofessional and this place abuse of power is awful. I’m filing a complain with the police department and will contact who ever I need to see he doesn’t get his contract renewed!
John saved the day for us. We were stuck in a parking lot when the car wouldn’t start. We tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and realized that we needed help. We called AAA and John arrived with all the expertise we needed. Our battery was dead and he gave us several options. We chose a new battery, and John has the right one in his truck. It didn’t take long before he replaced the dead battery and soon we were on our way!

My car broke down today and after calling triple A they sent Eddie B Towing & Recovery and I have to say, he was so quick getting to us and was so nice too! I’ve dealt with other places before that made me uncomfortable giving access to my vehicle but this guy was great! Highly recommend!
Eddie B’s is awesome!!! I called triple A, which they called Eddie B’s they were at my house within an hour for a dead battery. The driver not only jumped my car but also put a brand new battery in right then and there!! I highly recommend going here for your car needs. They are very very nice as well which is pretty hard to find around tow shops these days.
Very rude and disrespectful over the phone when just wanting to grab item out of 2024 crostrek. We have things that we need that are like a prescription sunglasses and other item like why scream at anyone. It's hard enough that my in-laws just got rear ended near 1st city in Gonic. Just got to say whom ever you were that got upset and yelling over the phone with my mother in-law you should be ashamed in yourself. I hope you think long and hard of your reaction towards someone because karma is coming your way sir. Seriously customer service gone down hill hard.

Called to get a quote on a tow from Lebanon to Woodbridge. The Connecticut State tow charge is capped at $125 for vehicles under 10,000lbs. A mileage fee of $5.65 per mile applies if the vehicle is towed over two miles. So, i’m no mathematician, but i’m wildly confused how a 60 mile tow was quoted at 1200$. Disgusted in the customer service and utter highway robbery. Do NOT recommend.

I have been using Eddie B towing services for a few years whether it be my super low cars, to moving my big tool box. Their service is always top notch but today was the best experience provided after having a rough morning with a breakdown. Phone support was responsive and smooth, my wait time was 45 minutes in Saco which is fair for coming from Lebanon. My driver Chris was absolutely phenomenal, very cautious and treated my car with respect. He handled getting my very low car onto the flatbed with ease and getting it off in my small and tight driveway exactly where I wanted it. If I could request Chris for every tow, I would in a heartbeat. With how my vehicles have been handled, Eddie B is your go to choice for lowered vehicles or sports cars. The best of the best will always get my phone call, thank you for the amazing service once again, you guys deserve more than five stars!
Excellent service. Called AAA (they’re also great) They called Eddie B who called me almost immediately. Pleasant and professional. Told me a tow truck would be there in about 1/2 hr. Truck was there 5 minuted later. No joke. I realize I got lucky but still. Good job. The driver was friendly and professional. Acted like he liked his work and the company he works for. Go figure. A+ all around.

Thanks for saving our butt's 2 times in one week. Had 1 of my business vehicles towed after it broke down in Rochester one night. The vehicle is a 1 ton so not every tow company has a big enough truck to tow it. They were fast to respond at 9:30pm and did a great job. Today was the second issue. My other work vehicles didn't start at a clients house. It was a dead battery they came out and change out the old battery with a new and I was on my way. Took about 1 hour from the time I called till I left my clients house. Thanks again to Eddie B towning and they are definitely on the top of my lost to call going forward. I will also refer anyone else in the area to them.
I called AAA today to get my husbands battery replaced in his truck, they sent out Eddie B Towing. I’ve never had such a kind experience with roadside assistance, I called the shop to inquire about the cost of the battery and they were super helpful to me when $ was tight for us. John came out to do the replacement and was very knowledgeable and friendly! He was super patient as I moved $ around to get the battery replaced at my home. Probably my go to for vehicle issues now, after taking only a week to get the transmission installed in my truck. I've had some bad experiences with trying to get this transmission installed, and I'm so glad that I can finally drive my own truck again thanks to the mechanics at Eddie B's.
Let me tell you just how great Ed is.. I have a push button start Nissan Juke. It suddenly wouldn't start. Had been out shopping, came home dropped of my Mom and got ready to go wash my car. Pushed the button nothing. Key light kept coming up on the dash. Called my Nissan Dealership, talked to the service Dept. He said to try to get the car to them. Really. Its in a garage in park.. How?? So I called my favorite Towing Company. Eddie's to the rescue. Mind you this is about 4:00pm Saturday afternoon. At that hour I get Ed the owner.. He took the time to talk me thru how to get my Juke to start from an App he had installed on his phone. Success.. His wife told him to tell me to go buy batteries.. Lol.. They are the best. Him for taking the extra time, for free too let's not forget. And her for being a great understandings Partner. He could have just let me have it towed. Costing me both towing & Dealer fees. But not Ed Bruedle no way.. I have been asking AAA to send him when ever I or my family ,need a tow. And whoever reads this and needs a Tow some day in the New England area. Ask for Eddie B Towing..
