I was stuck with an alternator issue on my way up north. These guys helped me when others wouldn't. This is a great place for parts and the people are very helpful.
So I needed a throttle cable n stopped in the first place I came across wich happened to b this Napa so I walk in and am not in any rush it's like 1115 n there's one lady getting headlight bulbs n 2 dudes behind the counter n one guy looks at me n says your gonna have to wait for him n runs out the door w his lunch n the other dude looks at me n says u gotta wait n helps the lady w the bulbs so I wait no big deal then when he gets a call slams the phone down looks at me n says let's get this over with , I mean seriously I don't know this area well but I'd go anywhere but here if u can
My wiper blade separated the night before and the NAPA store was the closest to the hotel, i was here for a few days. Allison was very nice at-check out. Over all it was a a quick stop, just wanted to to give them kudos. Joe
Great Napa Location! Always clean and well stocked. The staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. If they don't have a part for your vehicle in-stock, they pull it from another location as quickly as possible. My go-to auto parts store in York County.
Great service. I didn't visit the store, just the website and it was very easy to use and very helpful. Easy to find what I was looking for and they even will ship from store to store or ship products to your house, which helps a ton. Definitely recommend this Napa to anyone needing auto parts.
Phenomenal team that provides great service. Always friendly staff. Any mistakes that are made are always rectified in a satisfactory manner. I have been doing business with them commercially for around 12 years and will continue to for the next twelve. The manager, Dana, is appreciative not only of his customers, but of his team as well. Cannot say enough good things. Now if only corporate could put some more money into updating their parts look up! This doesn’t negate from the store though.
On my way to Portland in the middle of tropical storm Elsa drivers side wiper blade flies off. Get off the next exit go to Napa in Kennebunk. Not only did they have what I needed he helped install the blades in the middle of the pouring rain!! I was out of there in under 5 minutes. Thank you so much!! Amazing service!
Clerk was very rude to me. I am a mother looking for oil gas mixture for sons gas powered scooter. He didn't try to help at all. I had the manual with me. All he wanted was to get off work. It was a Friday.....
The only place in the whole state of Maine that actually had really good people and vary good customer service. No games to play. No line to stand in. Vary experienced help. They know what they are doing.
Staff very unfriendly, specifically one individual at the counter, regularly on the right side of the store counter, very inappropriate comments, wise guy approach.

For about 4 years now the place has gone downhill they don't go out of their way to find you anything not much knowledge in the store lots of locals and not locals complaining of poor customer service and very poor manager
