Amazing. Been looking for this near seacoast for 14 years, and never knew. Bring your wallet and imagination.

Really a lovely bunch of people work there and helped me find a door with all the workings. Unbelievable stock ,truly a real find if you own an old house or love the old style look.

An extremely unique and a much needed store. We recently bought a 1910 bungalow and often need big/small replacement items for the home. The Old House Parts Company has been our one stop shop for unique and functional items from doors to sinks for the past two years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, like a. walking encyclopedia!

Love Mr. Thomas who owns it. Super helpful, handy and informative. He has a plethora of old wood, door knobs and everything in between. Was looking for slate and he had a bathtub full as well as 3 pallets!!! Love this place!

I needed an antique brass/brass plated twist knob cabinet latch. I didn't see any on the website but took a chance and emailed the description/dimensions of what I was looking for. Mike got back to me within a few hours with photos of 2 knobs. Both were the exact size I needed. The one I chose cleaned up beautifully while still showing signs of age and twists smoothly. The best part was that Mike made sure to put used flat head screws in with the latch. It's hard to find these at a box store and match the patina so I really appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely shop here again.

Love this place! Friendly staff and really fun to walk around and admire all the antique "house parts" they have salvaged. Husband was able to find an antique tool he's been looking for at a very fair price. Highly recommend a visit!

Emailed Old House Parts to find a replacement for a spring in a swing door. Mike, the owner, remembered he had one on a door in his inventory and it was the complete assembly, which is easier to replace. I'm actually in Chicagoland and Mike shipped the full replacement assembly with the working spring for a very reasonable price! Thank you Mike for fixing this issue for us! Our swing door now returns properly to its right position :).

My sister and I went here looking for a latch to put on our basement door. We found one that matches exactly with the rest of the historic home's hardware, and our basement door now stays shut whenever there is an uptick in spiritual activity down there. {I told Milly not to buy that damn creepy box at the antique estate sale last spring, but she did anyway, and ever since, we've been getting all sorts of weird paranormal exploitations}.

Outstanding 1:1 service-Mike helped me find exactly what I needed and was such a pleasure to work with. Will be back again and again! Thank you!

My 15 yr old daughter was in absolute heaven. They have pretty much anything that you need from screws, handles and knobs, to doors and windows for any antique styles you want from a wide variety of years for building. They have gas stoves, gas fireplaces, lighting features, tubs, sinks, countertops, etc for interior design. They even have reclaimed lumber. We were simply overwhelmed and impressed with just so many different things and how large the location was.

A fantastic architectural salvage store. From the organization to prices and employees it's perfect! The history of the building is fantastic in itself. They have a wide selection of windows, doors, mantels, stained glass and much more! Definitely worth a trip to check it out!! Great people

If you have a older home and need any hardware for doors, cabinets, windows, bathroom fixtures.... this is the place to go. Very well organized! They have hundreds of doors and windows. They have lighting (chandeliers), sinks (kitchen and bath), some stoves/tubs, and much, much more. It has 3 stories of goods! Check out their website for hours of operation and inventory.

Incredible place. So well organized and found things I never would have expected. Michael and his lovely mother (who's name I failed to catch) we're so warm and inviting. Can't wait to go back.

Awesome place to visit. Came here looking for an old cast iron sink. I was on my way to Grandpa's Antique Kitchen in Massachusetts but was praying The Old House Parts company had a sink so I could end my trip early. They didn't have what I was looking for but the customer service was great. They did have a beautiful slate sink and a ton of awesome antique things for your home.

I went to the store before closing, on the third Saturday ago. I had a negative experience with Michael, (the current new owner of the business.) I was happy to see him, and asked if I could do a quick walk through? I thought it be polite to ask. He told me that on the first level I can. At one point, he got tempermentave, and asked if I work for a living?! Do I work 11 hours a day?! I thought his manners were impolite at that point. I finally said that "I do," and on my way out of the store, for when I decided to leave the store anyhow. I decided not to tour the first level of his shop, as I was highly offended by his rude remarks. No customer has to be treated this way. I called him later, to tell him that he offended me, and that he was very rude, and I didn't appreciate it.. He started to raise his voice; falsely accusing me that I come when their closed. I told him that, I have never been in the store past closing time! I informed Micheal, that I am no longer coming into his store again. He said don't come back in a million years! I told him that I would be filing a complaint. He then threatened me and said: "how about I call the cops!" I hung up the telephone. Quote, I have been a customer to this store since 2001, with the previous owner (in which he owns the building now, not the business), and I have never had any issues..

Like being a kid in a candy store! If you are restoring an old house or want some unique decorations for a not so old house, this place is for you! Everything from antique hand cut square nails to beautiful mantles, stained glass windows, hundreds of doors and so much more. Plus the service is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back soon as I work on my 16 room 1850 house in the historic district of Cornish Maine.

Love shopping here. Such a great collection of everything you can imagine and very well organized. And the staff is so helpful and friendly. Always offering to help you find the right piece or to sort through a stack of doors or windows to find just the right one. They are always happy to help with any project I have. It’s one of my favorite places to explore.

Old House Parts is a very unique and enjoyable day browse that usually ends in the purchase of something you didn’t know you needed! The place is so unique carrying one of a kind items at What I’d consider fair prices. The building is set in a unique spot, plenty of parking and genuine customer service. Enjoy!!

Unbelievable and endless. Best to come with an idea of what you want, otherwise - you'll be lost for hours considering all the possibilities. We need to regroup and return with a plan.

Today was our second time there. It's over an hour commute for us but well worth it. Everything is nicely organized as last time and they've even made more more! The staff are super friendly, helpful and generous of their knowledge. I wish I lived closer, my wife probably not because I would be there every day.
