I’m highly disappointed in this company. My son was over doing yard work on a home, and the weed wacker he was using was tossed into the back of their truck and crushed. This weed wacker isn’t a Walmart special (in fact it’s a lithium ion battery cordless something that can explode when crushed) and when the company was tracked down the answer was “well nothing we can do about it now”. The weed wacker wasn’t even near the garbage and they took it and threw it into the truck. If it was near the cans I could see this mistake happening however it was a good 10 feet away. We tried to contact the company about the issue and again were told “there’s nothing we can do”. Do better. Your employees clearly lack any sense of responsibility.
The owner’s grandson had a full blown temper tantrum and broke our trash can. The company responded by offering to replace the can and asking us to remove the CCTV footage of the incident from social media. The big strong man who throws garbage cans will continue to be employed, so make sure you have cameras!
We have never had such great , prompt service with ANY waste company . These workers do their job in ALL weather and never complain , are always friendly and don’t charge outrageous prices !! We cannot say enough about how happy we are to have them as our waste disposal company ! There was a billing glitch when we first moved here , but it was straightened out promptly. Everyone we’ve interacted with is professional and friendly . Thanks for all the hard work that you guys do so well!! :) We’re grateful!
