Got my car stuck in the snow on the side of the road in Searsmont & Totman’s was able to get to me in 15 minutes for half the price that my insurance roadside assistance quoted me. They even visually checked the car for damage. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
I don't appreciate the driver of one of the tow trucks putting hands on the hood of my car while I was parked at dollar general in belmont. I didn't call for a tow and I wasn't illegally parked. Also inspecting my car and trailer for no reason. Not ok. Good thing I have a locking pin in my trailer

Being without my truck for the hard work I demand of it, is not good and knowing you folks are there to winch me out of a hay field that looked dryer than it really was, make repairs when I need them done ASAP with accurate estimates. Your honesty in letting me know if you see something that needs work along with how seriously it needs fixing( soon or maybe a few months down the road) is very helpful in keeping my truck on the road instead of off the road because a tierod let go at 60mp. At that point it will probably need more than just a tierod not to mention potential hospital bills! Before I became your customer, I had to deal with "Women know nothing about vehicles and we'll just tell the lady she needs half her front end replaced! :-) " You save me the time of having to go through the process of inspecting the so called work which "Must be done immediately to be safe to drive." when it doesn't really need more than what I brought it in for. I also appreciate it when you call to let me know it's done and also let me know I need a light bulb replaced, a rust spot that should be taken care of or just brought to my attention to keep an eye on. I know when you put an inspection sticker on it really does pass inspection. I'd like to thank you for your help in our community and your weather warnings and travel conditions are very helpful when trying to decide if I should run that errand or not! Thanks!!!
