Called over 2 hours ago. Literally broke down 3 miles from their shop. Waited an hour and called dispatch and they said they would call. Another hour goes by and I call dispatch again. Said they would call right back with an ETA. This was 20 min ago. Friend drove to their shop, flatbed sitting in yard, shop closed. Still waiting with no word at all. Seems very unprofessional. This is beyond aggravating with no feedback whatsoever. Pissed. Update: 3 hours now and just received a call from AAA that the driver would be here inside of 30 minutes, but FINALLY received a call from the driver 5 minutes later saying it would be another 1 hour and 20 minutes. Mind you he was supposed to call according to dispatch 3 times before this. Unfreaking believable. Finally found my own AAA certified tow service out of Norridgewock, canceled my request to 201 service, and the new tow service was there within 35 minutes of the original call. The new service was kind, courteous and professional. Had me loaded up in minutes with a smile. 201 service is an embarrassment to towing. I've never seen such a poor attitude or care towards customers from any company. I'm now going to write a letter to AAA explaining my grievances. If you don't want to grow old and possibly die on the side of the road avoid 201 service at all costs. And again, there was a flatbed sitting unattended in their yard throughout this whole ordeal. If they were so backed up the owner should have hopped in the other truck. Absolutely pitiful

Had a great experience with them. They were the company AAA sent out to change my flat tire. Anthony called promptly to confirm where I was and gave me an accurate eta. Very professional and ensured everything was all set. Highly recommend this company should you need their service.
I got stuck in mud and called AAA and they reached to me and asked the picture of the car and after I sent the picture they stopped answering my phone calls and after few calls and 2 hours he answered my call and he said he is going to somewhere else and it’s could take 3 hours and 230$ and when I accepted to pay and wait he said he’s not sure he can pull my 3.000lbs car cause his truck only pulls up to 20.000lbs called another tow truck service and they arrived in 30 mins and saved me for 160$ I’m okay if you don’t wanna deal with mud but at least you could let me know and I wouldn’t have to wait someone 2 hours for nothing

1000% would recommend them if anyone asks, Chris was absolutely amazing from making sure my mama was ok and warm to be being patient with us., staying to make sure we were good before he just took off. 201 driver Anthony was professional and understanding of my situation. I was on my way to work and my transmission broke down just on the edge of the railway tracks heading into the mill. The first company I called said 24/7 on Google and they did not have a driver available as it was 530am on a Saturday morning. Anthony got to me as soon as he could and was very professional about his job along with tips and advice about my situation. I was frustrated with my car breaking down and being my birthday also. Anthony had double checked with me that I had what I needed from my vehicle before towing my car to the shop. I love in Canada and work in the USA. And I would recommend 201 to anyone in need of tow service. Once again thanks Anthony and 201 for the help
The one highlight was how helpful the employee was. He did a decent job getting it out and it sustained very little more damage from his efforts. Still, the waiting time was over an hour, and the bill was retardedly huge. Almost $500 to move one vehicle 15 miles.
AAA member for 20 plus years. Rte. 201 is who gets dispatched. I went off a dirt road. I was 150 feet from a paved road. Rte. 201 service REFUSED to come and help, after I sent them pictures that they requested.
Needed a tow on a snowy Saturday morning. The driver called, said he's on his way, and arrived within 45 minutes of me contacting my insurance company. Great job!
The cost was higher than I would have liked but better than the alternative with a flat and no spare.

201 Service is an excellent vehicle care company. They do good work at a fair price, and they do only what is required...not stuff to just pad the bill. Moreover, Luke and his team are fine, personable people, with whom it is always a pleasure to do business. With great enthusiasm, I recommend them to all.

Great group of people, and figured out what was wrong with my truck in a few minutes. I had it looked at 4 times at another garage in Skowhegan and had to keep going back because they couldn't figure it out. Now my truck rides like new ,I'll be using 201 for all my vehicles and would recommend them to everyone. They are very knowledgeable and don't have inexperienced kids working on things. Thanks again for your great work.
Not only did they NOT tow the vehicle where client wanted but no one seems to keep updated on whats going on. 2 weeks holding up insurance for papers that were signed by day 3! Wont deal with them in future!
My vehicle was Winched out and ended up having my driver's front tire snapped off my vehicle by the tow truck driver.
My van is currently undrivable. I am unable to get to work. My entire suspension had just been rebuilt for over $2k too.
201 Service was able to work me in despite having a big project with the Police Department. As usual they were very pleasant and did a great job. They're the only automotive service business I would take my vehicle to.

Amazing service! I called after a caliper brake seized on my Kia causing braking issues. Ashley answered my call and was very friendly and actively tried to help me. I called around for quotes and because of Ashley’s friendliness, I chose 201. Dean towed my car and was very professional and kind. He helped ease my anxiety about my car issues and was very knowledgeable. I recommend 201 to anyone looking for a car tow in the area.
Twice, I Is left my keys in the car this week and killed the battery. I tore my rotator cuff and I always use my left hand for my keys to carry to carry so I have been forgetting and the gentleman that came out here was super nice and professional both times. He got here in a timely manner and was friendly and kind. He also met my puppy and loves dogs Which would make this my favorite place now to call if I'm ever stuck! A++
Would give zero stars if I could. 201 would not tow the truck where the owner wanted it brought. Instead brought it to their facility against the owners wishes so they could then make a buck charging storage too. It was not up the the driver to dictate where the vehicle was being brought, and I would never recommend they to tow ANYTHING. They gave the run around saying they had to bring it there or the insurance company wouldn't cover it, which is untrue, and again, not their business. And then charges $2000 for towing and storage.
I spun out on my car into a ditch on the back roads around 10 miles from Waterville on Saturday when it snowed, he pulled me out and he was quick and professional, I highly recommend him. He also got there pretty quick, nice guy.
I was amazed at how courteous n professional he was. Helped me get unstuck. Mud n ice. He called me by my name. He was extremely helpful. He winched me out and guided me every step of the way. This guy was out all yesterday n today. We need more servicemen out there like him. He’s a keeper for sure. Give this man a bonus for the work he does.
Absolutely wonderful service. Luke put my mind at easy in this difficult situation. Don't hesitate to call them for all your towing needs he took my class C camper and made it so easy. I hope to never need them again but will absolutely call them if I ever need help in the area again.
We have used this garage for several years now. This is an awesome family-run business. They have always been good to us - taken us in whenever we needed service, even gave me a ride home once when I was stuck. Their work has always been done in a timely manner and their prices are average. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and fair prices.
