Drove an hour to come get seats I was told were good. Both sets were damaged and one wasn't even what I was told. Wasted my day. Whole yard isn't sorted by make or anything, unhappy employees, absolute garbage pit of a yard.

Disappointed. Larry is un real to work with. Kind of person who's word is worth less than the bad parts he sells. Willing to take advantage, and will not stand behind his product. Look at what a 400 dollar bumper can cost in the attached photos. Undisputably damaged, Larry can not even acknowledge that the parts were damaged. Disappointed.

I called looking for parts..told parts guy what I wanted..got pit on hold for 20 minutes only to be asked again what it was I'm looking for..then I get an attitude from the guy for not being happy about a 20 minute wait. I will NEVER spend 1 cent here. I will buy new or go to M&P auto as they have GREAT customer service

Sun auto was a bad choice for our business. Our shop purchased a bumper and deck lid for a vehicle. The bumper and brackets were damaged beyond repair. I reached out and provided photos of the bumper, recieved no response. When following up I was met with the response of "what do you expect" "its been more than 30 days" even though I had provided photos weeks prior. I was ten placed on hold for more than ten minutes. I suppose this is how they treat most people, as I couldn't imagine differently.

Buyer beware!! It took 3 months and 3 bad transmissions later in a row for the same car. I was refused a full refund said i have to pay $200 in shipping on bad trans and was threatened to leave yard before something bad happens. Then i called to get a refund and was hung up on. By a third party, i finally got a refund and was told that he had so many customers he dont have to deal with me. After three bad transmissions in a row i feel i wasn't gaven the right quality part i payed for in full, obviously. Previously, it took 2 1/2 months 3 abs modules later to get the he right abs module that he had in the room right next to him the whole time. Dealing with this place has been a total waste of time, alot of time.

Bought a TCM module for my Jeep Compass last Friday, found out it wasn’t the part we needed the same day. We brought it back today, Tuesday, 3 days later and the man gave my boyfriend an attitude saying he’s glad they took an hour to go pull it for us for nothing, when it takes 10 minutes to pull said part (we know, we did it). He acted like the $40 he gave us back put him out of business. 😂 major lack of respect and customer service.

It's really too bad you have to even give this company a 1 star if I could it would be negative stars. For 10 months now I have been in a battle over a $350 part that I bought from them which they guaranteed to work and if not they would get another one they have sent 2 and neither worked now when I call the owner Larry either ignores my call, hangs up on me, or blows smoke saying he hasn't heard anything from the other company but yet refuses to return my money. This is the very worst company to deal with. I have to leave a 1 star rating on Google but as far as customer service goes this company is minus 10 stars... The next step is court paperwork.... Terrible terrible company the owner is non helpful and no one there can help you but him.... I would NOT recommend buying even a nut from this joke of a company.

This company is the worst company to deal with my customer bought a motor there and it been at least 4 months maybee longer. The first motor was junk the second never came. This is the second time this has happened with parts now. I will never refer my customers there again, they have no intention of resolving this. This makes me look bad to my customers . They lie so bad telling them its coming an it dose not..

Poorly answering. Give different prices on parts. Not to mention poor customer service when you ask details on a part they flip out

Pathetic experience, not sure who answers the phone, but completely unprofessional. Stalled an order for days before cancelling, wasted a good week only to disappoint. Never again!

I have had a really bad experience with this salvage yard. I bought a windshield today for my sons car. When I brought it to the glass place to have it installed, 20 min later, found out that it wasn't the one for the vehicle and that the process used to extract from previous car made it so repair place couldn't promise it would seal correct. So I called salvsge yard to tell them it was wrong windshield. They told me sorry, we don't take back glass. So now I have to try and make this work. Will never go back to son auto and salvage again

It is a great place to buy used auto parts usually but I have been waiting 3 weeks now for doors for my boss's pickup truck

These people literally never have the part I need and if they can get it they have to get it from out of state so the shipping alone costs what I could get one for brand new online
