They rip people off! I paid for my Kia Soul to get a new clutch put in.... ended up spending two months in jail and they never touched my car I had to wait another month after I got out of jail to get my car back.... and they billed me for a storage fee!! My sister could have picked it up for me avoiding a storage fee! Then Kelly tells me I need to "lay off the drugs" I have NEVER taken anything my Doctor didn't prescribe!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Rob — he quite literally saved my life today. I had pulled over on 95N with a flat tire and, while waiting for help, was sideswiped by another vehicle. I’m from Boston and completely unfamiliar with the area, only up in Bangor to visit a customer, so I was shaken and scared. Rob arrived quickly, was calm, kind, and professional from the moment he showed up. He not only helped me with my car but also went above and beyond by driving me to the Bangor airport and waiting until I got into my rental. As a woman traveling alone, I was really nervous about being stranded on the side of the highway — but Rob even took the time to speak with my husband on the phone to reassure him I was safe. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and compassionate in a stressful situation. I’m so grateful for Rob’s help and kindness today — he’s a true professional and an even better human being.

I've had nothing but problems dealing with them. The first time the owner towed my bike he raised the price from $160 to $375 "because he didn't like my attitude" and now on October 3rd I was in an accident and they won't even let me get my father's ashes out of the car unless I pay $500 and give them the car.

This guy driving the tow truck drives like an absolute maniac on the highway. I saw him passing cars on the right, Speeding up to 80 and then slowing down. Wouldn’t recommend putting your car in this guy’s truck

Dave was great and I had a positive experience. I had a mechanical issue and got stuck on the side of the road. I requested a tow and he arrived within 15 minutes. While loading my car he was quick, safe, and friendly. I really appreciate the work these guys do.

All time towing was dispatched to us twice (for two separate reasons) by AAA. They were fast and very helpful to help us get back on the road

Hat's off to Rob, at All Time Towing. I was freaking out, that my ignition cylinder froze up and my truck wouldn't start. He was hired to haul my truck, to the dealership. The dealer, not able to pull it in, for 5 solid days. Rob reminded the problem, on the spot, WITHOUT the tow. I think that he saved me between $200 and $500. Just a guess. Today I needed the help of a tow company, and I received the best tow company ever established as a business. " ALL TIME TOWING and AUTOMOTIVE " made a stressful experience ( my vehicle breaking down far away from home with a child ) into an extremely stress free outcome. The owner Rob, provided me with professional, friendly, above, and beyond service to help me get my vehicle where it needed to go. He asked what was wrong, he took the time to see if we was ok, socialized, and DIDN'T treat me as a ' just a job '. Rob asked his employee Tim to bring a flatbed to complete the service I needed. Once Rob knew my situation, he made sure my vehicle got to the destination needed, and made sure we ( my child, and I ) got home safely ( THATS above, and beyond ). I TRULY recommend this towing business, and I CAN guarantee NO ONE else will be this professional, this friendly, let alone treat you with much respect that Rob, and Tim gave us. This company deserves 10 out of 10 for being such an awesome business. As some may wonder the charge for a tow from Newport, Maine to Ellsworth, Maine, and to home ( Franklin, Maine ) safely, we'll the price was extremely affordable, and worth every penny. I can not thank All Time Towing enough for all of their help! They went above and beyond to help my son and I out. Even asking multiple times how my son was doing and if he was ok. Rob helped us so much answering my million questions about what we needed to do and helping us navigate the insurance nightmare, in what was a very stressful time for us! Had to call AAA today to get my super duty towed. Great service and the two guys with the tow truck were awesome. And the truck got there early.

Called for a tow or help with a spare and they completely just blew me off. They said they would be out in 30 min. I had to leave the scene because it was dangerous on the side of the interstate with the terrible winds. Told them to call me when they were close and I would come back out to my car (I was only down the road at the nearest exit). The guy showed up, said my car was locked (didn’t stay long enough to let me unlock it from my remote car control on my phone) and left. When they called me and told me that he couldn’t help I heard the man say he wouldn’t help because his shift was over.

I got a flat on I-95 and they picked me up less than 20 minutes. Rob was great - super friendly and helpful. Considering the circumstances, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend them.

Used AAA twice and got these guys both times. Super friendly, great service, and came way earlier than the ETA both times. Even stayed and tried every trick in the book to jump my starter despite being super busy. Highly recommend.

All-time towing is by far the best towing company To get you out of those difficult situations. Called all-time towing late Friday night and Saturday morning. Rob was there with his tractor to get me out of a very difficult situation on a camp road.. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you have any issues with towing or getting out of very difficult situations.. Completely stole my sons debit car from his wrecked vehicle and upcharged WITHOUT permission. Theft, and fraud! Do not use this company. Thieves! Nice reply. We have it recorded. You admit you took it out of car and ran the cards without permission. Nice Try! Police will be in touch.

They'll get the job done I've known them to be pricey j. The last. It I used them recently and I thought the price was pretty cheap they towed my car from plymouth to bangor for $230 id say they treated me right also I e known Rob for a long time he's pretty laid back guy whatever you need hell get it done

This business has had some poor reviews but not this time. This time I will tell you they were sent from God above. True blessings. When our tow vehicle lost a tire, they were very quick to respond. They were aware we were in a very bad location and needed to get our truck and Toy Hauler off the roadway. They were fast, caring, professionals more concerned for our safety than anything. They provided us a place to park our rv and let us stay in it while the truck was fixed. They also washed the outside of our rig due to a bit of hydraulic fluid hitting it. You will see by the photos they too needed a rescue. Thankfully they had the BEAST to do haul it all at one time. They were also exceedingly helpful when we dropped the rig on our tailgate also. They jumped up and helped us to keep us safe from on coming traffic. We can not thank them enough! As for cost, well lets just say, they did not make it painful. I expected far more with two tow trucks, a new wheel, mount, balance, install..... I wish everyone there great success! For those who have left negative comments, i can only surmise it is based on legal issues that got their vehicles towed. Play dumb games, pay the tow truck company to clean up your mess. They did an alignment on my car and it was way off causing cupping on my tires. They messed up my exhaust when they took it down and I even went back, still could not fix it. I went here on the advice of someone I was working with and I regret it. They should not be open to serve the public capacity. The owner replys are all lies so save it for mine I don't want to hear it. Like I said save your lies. You never tried reaching out. We are at a shop right now paying for your mistakes if I could get the news here to expose you I would.

Me and my husband live over an hour away, had many issues after hydroplaning into a massive ditch in their area. All Time Towing got called by the Sheriff, the owner offered to take our car out, for $125 bring it to his shop, and let us park it there and fix it OURSELVES, all for the same price as he was charging to just tow it out of the ditch. He then towed it to a different location without us knowing and demanded more money and called the police. I would literally drag your car before calling All Time Towing. Save yourself, your family, and your car, from this rude and unprofessional business, Please.

Excellent service,The receptionist asked all the proper questions for our needs. The service tech was on site in 15-20 minutes off I95 where I broke down. SUPER POLITE, and even mentioned I did the proper thing to keep me and my family safe from bad traffic.

I was broke down on the side of the road and Alltime Towing got sent to me. He was rude from the beginning and didn't work with me. My card got declined six times because he wasn't listening to the fact of how much I had on my card. I definitely did not like the service. I appreciated the help getting home but his attitude was definitely not acceptable especially for an owner.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My family has gone here for years but will never come again. My brother flipped his car and they cared more about the money then even once asking if the kid with the bloody face was okay. How do you not even have the decency to ask the well being of someone whose car is flattened before demanding money in a rude and disrespectful way? Paying for the tow was not a problem we were worried about but to run a business where rudely demanding money came before a simple “Are you okay” is disgusting

I called my insurance company to get a tow in place for my vehicle, which was stuck due to a broken belt. After waiting for approximately two hours, progressive the insurance company explained that all time towing was not answering their phone. I took it into my own hands to call them directly, and the owner of the company answered immediately he explained to me that he had his phone on him at all times and had not received one phone call from the insurance company, I spoke back to the insurance company and they admitted that they were unable to get a hold of him because they were calling the wrong number. Robert Trask, the owner of all time towing was very professional toward my husband and my needs today, and was able after about an hour of trying to figure out the insurance companies mistake pick up my vehicle and bring it back to my house. None of this should’ve happened, but even though the insurance made a mistake and it was at this point almost 9 PM he was very professional, and very considerate as to the issues we were having and if you want professional wonderful service I would recommend all time towing to anyone that has an issue with a vehicle.

Terrible customer service. Quoted $500 from Brewer to Newport towing for long time regular customer when I asked to speak to owner who Ive dealt with years was hung up on by someone who identified themselves as owners wife. Called back and was put on hold. Thank goodness they have competition called another local Newport tow truck and they did same trip for $175. Thought I was dreaming the interaction was so bizarre. I run my own business and understand how things work just was truly shocked at how they treated a loyal customer.

I had alltime redo my full brakes, everything drums, rotors, pads, exhaust, tires, my car rides like it's brand new. Better then when I got it and will now last another 100k with regular maintenance! They were wonderful, so fast, great to work with! It's hard to find a great, full service reliable garage, I'll be bringing my car here again!

We were traveling and had car problems. We called several shops. This was the only shop that answered on a Monday at 3 pm. They said they could try to get the part tonight and fix it tonight. We were fully expecting that we would have to change our plans and get a hotel room for the night. We got our chairs out to sit down while waiting and by the time we did that, they got the part in. They replaced the generator on our F350 diesel and we were back on the road in less than an hour. We cannot recommend them enough. I wish they were in our hometown. We would definitely bring our cars to them again.
