I sent an email. They responded the same day and made arrangements to pick my car up for recycling. They arrived when they said and the transaction went smoothly. I would recommend.
Great customer service and prompt response, even after hours. I submitted an inquiry on their website last week after hours and received an email response within 15 minutes. They arrived on time on the date agreed upon to pick up
the vehicle. The vehicle was in a less than desirable spot but yet he finagled the tow truck and got it loaded without an issue. Paid the the amount agreed upon in cash same day. Through out the entire experience he remainded friendly and personable. Was very satisfied with the whole experience. Would definitely use them again.
Watch these people like a hawk. I brought a 12 foot extension ladder and the frame of a lounge chair there for aluminum. The chair had one iron rod in it and the ladder was totally aluminum as i had removed all the parts except the feet which were also aluminum. There were no othervparts on it. None. The total was 24 pounds. They called it "irony aluminum" and only gave me $0.05 per pound. I won't be back. Ever.
Nicest people you could ask to do business with their very efficient respectful and kind people my husband has been going there for years I go to just because I enjoy the people the owner is very kind and the guy that separates your metal his name is Jeremy make sure when you go in to be kind to him because hes so kind.
I went to another scrap place and couldn't figure out the front end from the back end. This place is organized and easy to do, and the help is great, especially Jeremy.
I went and took 180ibs of number 1 steel that showed $1.10 a pound and I only got $20 I will not be going back there do to this and I feel no else should go either unless you want to get ripped off over $100
Amazing people. Very understanding. I would say I would be glad to do business with them again but I kind of need to keep a car on the road (lol)

Easy time. Just drive on the scale, dump your scrap, drive back on the scale, and they hand you cash. Theey even helped me take out all the scrap out of my car.
Could not ask for an easier process. I sent an email request for service through their website describing my vehicle. Got a quick email confirmation followed by a call back. A few simple questions to determine the car's condition (able to be towed or need for flatbed - that type of thing) and I had a next day appointment for pick up. Driver was on time, friendly and efficient, and paid me on the spot. In and out very quickly with no inconvenience at all. Highly recommended.
These guys are great! After calling around to a few places and being told I'd have to wait for them to pick up my junk car, corey Recycling came the same day, paid cash and was very nice and professional! I would definitely recommend them!
