My grandmother Sharon Merchant payed this garage to fix the power steering leak in her honda pilot, they charged her 1100 dollars a week later it was leaking again. She brought the car to another garage and they said that rowes put on cheap clips that wouldn’t hold on the hose and that they ripped us off charging us way too much. $1100 dollars is a lot of money to waste for poor service.

I brought my Lexus here as it was the nearest shop that is pairs with Maxcare. Good communication, was done quickly with genuine Lexus parts, coordinated with the extended warranty people, consider me a happy customer. No idea how the price compares to other shops, extended warranty covered about 90% of the bill.
Probably won't see you all again, warranty expired shortly after I got the car back and you're 40+ miles away. Thanks for the highbeam fix though, so many deer on the roads this time of year..

Had the best experience! I was anxious at first because I’ve had such bad luck with good reliable garages, but RGI was so kind and so patient with me. My car drives like a dream and it was affordable! They also send you a list of everything that needs to be worked on ranging from most important to least important…made things so much easier to see on my phone

This is no a paid promotion. 😀 I am truly thankful to be able to feel confident to take my car to a mechanic. Office staff are helpful , courteous and patient. The mechanics came and spoke directly with me , one young man took a bit if his break to out a sticker on my car..he didn't have to do that. The repair work to my car was carried out in a prompt manner..and it is amazing. So , yeah, definitely go there, especially, if , like me , you find it hard to trust mechanics ~

Rowes garage was absolutely fabulous. The lady at the desk Becky was so helpful and sweet and amazing. Basically my car only needed 400 dollars worth of work and my car feels like the day I bought it, TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE WOUNDERFUL PEOPLE
Becky was very honest with me about the repairs. Though i had my own diagnostic test they insisted on running their own
I was charged for their diagnostic even though it was the same as i had provided. That was the only problem i had with them . Becky provided a rental vehicle for $25 a day which was very helpful. Though I had someone else do the repairs Rowes was extremely helpful.
As always, a great experience at this garage. They have taken care of me as well by providing transportation to me to get to work and back. This is a service that they do not have to offer to the public but Colton, offers this service to the public, also they stand behind their work and warranty their parts for 3 years or it goes by milage also. I would recommend anyone to go to this garage you get great service and great customer service as well.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Rowe’s Garage for two years. We have always been able to make an appointment and have had our cars diagnosed and fixed promptly. There have been a couple of times when a loaner car was needed while both of ours were in repairs. this has been a huge help in being able to continue to drive to work without hitching a ride. We feel our estimates have been honest, and they have always done great work. We will continue to have our cars serviced here!
Everytime I need repairs done on our vehicle, I get great service taking it here. The staff are very friendly and professional, the facility is very clean and welcoming, communication is great, and they get work done in a timely fashion. They are very informative about repairs needed and up front with costs, giving direction and with honesty on what really needs to be completed. I also like the added bonus of the use of a vehicle if we need to drop off our truck for the day. Great place to go if you need service done to your vehicle.
