Excellent place for vehicle parts. They are very knowledgeable and cost-effective, much better than buying elsewhere! Save money and call them first! They honor their warranties, and we have had nothing but great experiences with them.
Caliper was junk from day one....not happy at all 2 hours of fighting it. Andy the next day was nothing but attitude to me refused to refund me because I was missing a bracket bolt and said the core buyers won't buy them if it's missing. I pulled up my core list nationwide no ones buying these.
I was told to nock on the house next door I might get treated better by the owner?
Back in November 2020, I bought a transfer case for my 2001 Ford Excursion. Due to many issues, I was unable to get it installed during the 90 day warranty period. Upon installing the transfer case during the last week of May 2021, I found out it was the wrong one. I originally thought it was malfunctioning, due to the output shaft being able to spin with the transmission in park.
After doing to investigating and taking measurements, I found out the case had to have come out of a truck that had a different transmission (different input shaft size and spline count). I called Littlefield's and explained the situation, and they asked me to bring the case back, so I did. They exchanged the case with no problems, even though it was out of warranty for almost 90 days at this point. They really didn't have to do that, but I am extremely grateful they did.
I will do business with them again when the need arises.
These people are always willing to help and can find just about any part you'll need for your vehicle, the employees and owner are friendly and there prices are extremely reasonable, a few years back I got a transmission for my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 20,000 miles for $300! I got super lucky but they were willing to pass on the savings to me so I try to go through them when I can. Always a pleasure ?
