I have never left a review in my life, but after dealing with the guys from Leonard's heavy hauling I had to. From the gentleman that answered the phone to the two gentlemen that showed up much faster then I could imagine to haul my one ton dump and trailer hauling our excavator back to there shop were no less then top notch polite, professional and courteous, hopefully won't break down again but if it's within striking distance of Lewiston or Carmel I'll be calling them! I don't like leaving bad reviews as a small business owner myself but I had my truck towed from Clinton to Hermon Dysart's and was quoted a price of $550 and ended up getting charged over $900 after it was all said and done. I've been waiting for a receipt too so I can write it off as a business expense since after memorial Day when this was done.

I cannot thank Leonard enough. Silly me drained the battery in my car and my car was also locked. The key entry outside of my car also did not work. I called Leonard knowing they were the closest to me and other companies would be hours before coming to my rescue. Within an hour Leonard was in my driveway ready to assist. In minutes my car was unlocked and the battery was boosted. Thank you SO much for helping me on a crazy Friday afternoon.

They were absolutely fantastic! The individual they sent to assist with my car kept me involved with every step, letting me know what he was doing and why. He handled my car with the upmost care and got my car to the auto place without an issue. He even talked me through how to fill out the overnight envelope for the place, since I had never gone there before. They arrived well within the estimated arrival time. Not that I want my car to have the need for a tow in the future, but I would absolutely use them again.

My wife broke down on the interstate, we called Leonard's and they showed up Super quick and brought it to the dealership, great service with quick response time, would definitely recommend them

I drove 3 hours with my kids to visit my grandparents, one who had passed. I stopped by the cemetery and thought the snow wasn’t deep so I drove my suv through it. Not only did I get stuck but I got stuck stuck 😂. After swallowing my pride I called for a tow. A very nice man named Matt showed up to save the day. He was very nice and even showed my son the ins and out of the tow(my son loved this!!). Matt got us out and went on his way after assuring we were safely back on the road. I can not thank him enough!!!

My step son called u yesterday for a tow yall charged him over 400 dollers to tow a small car less than 20 miles. I understand that yall are a heavy duty company but that rate was near criminal i come in contact with people who need tows daily. Seriously like 200 a year. I will never recomend your company to any of them. On top of that the driver qoated one price and then charged anouther.

Heavy Rescue is exactly what they did. Amazing rescue, Experienced, professional and friendly, willing to do whatever it took. An hour drive deep into the woods on Kathadin mountain to rescue my truck balanced on a stump inches away from rolling over. Recovered with no damage.

We Experienced an untimely accident with our Motorhome in rural Maine. Leonard’s Towing were promptly at our service! The driver was extremely knowledgeable in removing our vehicle without further damage incurred. He was very kind and reassuring during a difficult situation. Would Highly recommend this tow service!

We limped into Bangor in our motor home towing our Jeep. Our motorhome was missing and making banging sounds when I tried to accelerate going up hills. Torque and power were disappearing fast. I found Leonard’s on line, gave them a call, and they told me to bring it on in. That same day they had analyzed and fixed the issue. We were back on the road feeling secure about traveling up to Nova Scotia. My motor home is running great, better than it has in several years, really. I am super pleased with the work Leonard’s did on my motorhome. Leonard’s is not a cheap easy come…easy go repair shop, but I say you get what you pay for. I certainly did. These guys rock. Had a break down a few weeks ago and the road service I received was outstanding!!! Highly recommended this group to anyone needing truck and trailer repairs. Top notch and got me going fast so my delay wasn't bad. I know I will use them again if needed. Thanks for your help getting me rolling.

Terrible. Stuck in Barr Harbor KOA with a travel trailer that I couldn't move. Leonard's Heavy Rescue Towing told me two days in a row that they would be at the campsite to help my to get my camper back on the road. Both days they were a no show and did not call to let me know that they wouldn't be there. Both days I sat at the campsite waiting for them and wasted almost two entire days. Definitely would not recommend them for RV repair.

Not very customer friendly. Does not hold to their word. Very argumentative when it comes to upset customers because I expected them to do what they said. Waited for 12 hours to have something hauled . With no avail to just be told last call they would not haul it cause it was not registered. Which could have bee. Taken care of on first phone call! Would not recommend to anyone

Broke down with my class a motorhome. Called them at midnight and was almost 2 hours from their shop. Some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with for towing. To be honest they told me how much it was after and I thought it was the amount per hour. It was the total amount! These guys are awesome and I hope I never need them again but of i do i wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks again!!

We have used these guys several times in the past and they have been consistently excellent. From chasing trucks in Calais to lifting up dropped trailers at the mill, there is no job they don't excel at. There customer service is stellar and their rates are beyond fair!

Leonard Automotive have been our saving grace, when our rented RV broke down... Twice! They came out to our rescue at night, even with their private cars to bring us all back safely. They took care of the RV first thing in the morning. And when they couldn‘t get the parts we needed, they even BUILT them for us, to get us going! Derek and his team were supportive, more than kind and took good care of us far beyond any regular service. They were so eager to help, even played with the kids and kept them happy. Even when they came to our rescue for the second time within 24 hours, they were in such a good mood and so willing to help. We stranded with our little kids on a parking lot of a liquor store with drug business going on. And when dawn set in, and I got really scared with my little kids, we were suddenly surrounded by these huge, strong and fun making guys from Leonard’s! I couldn’t have felt more safe that moment! They took us to the hotel and everything, they were just so sweet... With all the fear, trouble and anger, we had because of that broken down RV and the mean renting Company, it was so healing to meet these strong, professional and nice people! I broke down yesterday on 95 South in Maine without notice and found myself in a potentially vulnerable situation. This was a first for me in my 40 foot diesel motorhome. Leonard Heavy Duty Towing was sent out to tow me via my Good Sam Club membership. They arrived promptly with both a tow vehicle and a second truck to follow in order to ensure a safe arrival at our destination. I was surprised at how complex the hookup process was. It became very clear how serious the ramifications would be to the RV if the lengthy procedure was not handled with significant expertise and care. when off the road late night and these guys had an amazing response time and we're super friendly! They did everything they could to get me out of the ditch as quick and safely as possible so I can be on my way home.
