O'Reilly has what you need for your car, and their employees are so nice. If they can help you, they will. They do a great job, are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their customers!

These people are rude and will charge you 4 times the price as found elsewhere. I don’t know how they are still in business and will never step foot in there again.

John the assistant manager was awesome , he even went that extra mile to mark the gaskets I got , 100% appreciate these guys, if your struggling to find a part call oriellys in brewer, they will have it I assure you.

Went in last minute to replace a headlight bulb before it got too dark. Customer service was great!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I went here on Memorial Day, the VIP service was closed but the O’Reilly shop was open. I was here to fix the bumper on the side, where the attached was broken. Jimbo and Alexis were at the counter and they helped me. Jimbo suggested me a good and strong kind of epoxy which could fix the problem. He was patiently explained to me how to use it and he even came out and helped me / showed me how to fix the problem. He was extremely patient with me, experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommended this place. Thank you again Alexis and Jimbo for your friendly, fast and helpful service!!!

It's a great place the people at VIP we're great the people at O'Reilly's were phenomenal we had to stay there overnight in the parking lot and then we had to wait for a ride or for my money to clear unable to stay there the entire day they didn't b**** about if they don't have my car towed then I went back two weeks later and pick my car up and it was still there I definitely got to give them some kind of business further their friendliness but I just couldn't afford $900 have a fuel pump fixed that I paid less than a hundred miles away from there not even a hundred and sixty to have fixed and that's what we buy my own part and they don't offer you the buy your part and have them fix it for a certain rate per hour they don't do that but a New York they do that

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had the exact car battery I needed, in stock, for a 16 year old BMW convertible.

Bangor and brewer stores were excellent. Stay away from Waterville store. They have no clue about vehicle repairs or parts

My husband and I are vacationing in Maine, went to go do a family thing and our car broke down! Allen from O’reilly’s was great! He went beyond and more to help us, as we didn’t know any places around us! Highly recommend going to see him if your around brewer Maine!

This location almost always has what I need in stock. There hours also tend to be late then the other part store.

Very knowledgeable staff, very courteous. Fixed what needed fixing at a very reasonable price.

I Was in the Brewer store, the lead counter person was rude and disrespectful. I would give that store a negative star. As a customer and a young woman. I will not return.

The guy that helped with the tires I bought was awsome I showed up 45 min b4 closing and he got all 4 mounted and balanced b4 6

We got a flat when travelling. Got a new tire on and were back on the road in a couple of hours. We were very appreciative as they were quite busy with scheduled appointments and squeezed us in. Reasonably priced as well. Staff were very friendly. Thank you again.

I had a bad experience here the guys was asking me if he brought me the right part because he didn't know, hope they can bring the workers here up to date on what they should know!

Outrageous prices, and rude to the customer, expected the customer to know numbers of the truck Other place knew right away and cost less than 1/2 the price quoated

Not bad. The pictures they have of parts on their computers and the loaner tools they have make this place a useful trip sometimes.

Great place to get parts and detail supplies for my vehical ,vip did my oil change full synthetic ,showed up early and was back out in 15 min ,guys in the shop do a great service ,even when their printer and computer froze up . Would have done my own but they had great deal !

Still currently waiting at this location for my car. Brought it in for a presumed bad power window motor. (Came in yesterday and discussed this). Has been almost 2 hours, and a friend and I have sat here watching my car get little to no attention. I will pay over one hundred dollars for them to duct tape plastic to my window because they do not have the window motor that we discussed yesterday. Had this appointment scheduled and three other cars have come in and left. Certainly a waste of time and money for someone who can't afford to waste either.
