Ordered parts were shipped incorrectly & they made good by allowing me to buy only what i needed, & searched for the remaining car parts needed & gave me a super discount when i asked if i could go pick up the parts the same day @ a diff.outlet of thw same company located an hr further away in Gardiner area to save me another two hr trip back to Bangor the next day !
I don't know why this came up a a Bangor area business, the closet location is Gorham Maine and they DO NOT direct ship, only to locations and Gorham is the closet.
NEVER AGAIN!
1 star is too much credit for this company of incompetent losers! After quoting and promising the delivery of an auto part 1 day in advance, these losers didn't ship my part on time, as agreed and furthermore, didn't inform me until the part was due to arrive at the auto shop. All because they wanted to charge more than originally quoted for the part and their policy is not to ship parts, until the newly implemented price increase (ransom), is agreed upon.
This $30 part they held hostage and demanded a few extra bucks for, along with Keystone's policy, cost me 2 more days in the auto shop and 2 extra days of lost income, for a lousy $10 profit. This made my mechanics life miserable, as well as mine.
Keystone is self serving, incompetent, undependable, lacks good business ethics and their useless customer service, lacks any meaningful credibility! I refuse to do business with them ever again and you can be sure I will spread the word locally and on the web! BTW, I ordered the very same part directly through a local Chevy dealer, for the same retail price I was originally quoted by Keystone, $30.
Keystone is DEFINITELY NOT, a business I would recommend to anyone!!! Save yourself the grief, stress and headache, of being let down by these consummate pass the buck, self centered, incompetent losers!
