I went to my local parts store on a Thursday night desperate for a wheel bearing. The only store that had one was the Mexico branch. An hour away. The new hours are 8pm it was 704p I had maybe enough time. After a hectic drive I arrived at the store after closing time. The gentleman had just locked up. He noticed me try to pull on the door. He (Dylan)came over to see what was up. He could tell I was desperate. I told him I'd just driven an hour needed a part he had. My truck was down. He asked if I was using a card. Im guessing they'd finished cashing out. He brought me in to help me out. This is not what I'm used to. The employees going above and beyond are nearly none existent. He was great to deal with I was so appreciative. People like this can make the difference in your whole day sometimes. Thank you again Dylan and this was absolutely a 5 star experience. Bought a windshield wiper here. The guy behind the counter offered to install it before I could even ask. He installed it and I drove away happy. (Yes, I tipped him).
Nick Bradley and Advanced Auto in Mexico Maine went over and above to bail me out of a bad situation. With a leaky tire at 730pm on a Wednesday night he fixed helped me out and got me on my way with correct air pressure to Mooseluc meguntic. Well done.
Today my check engine light came on, I was so worried pulled into our local advance auto parts store , I didn’t even get the full sentence out and Thomas was already grabbing his computer he hooked it up , tightened my gas cap cleared the code and got me on my way in less then 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place , ask for Thomas … great experience!! Thank you again !!
I have been dealing with these guys for years for a reason. They will tell you to not buy the most expensive part if it is not necessary for your needs. I have called them for advise, and had them help me if they don't have customers they're already waiting on. I called for advise on a local tire shop and the gentleman on the phone helped direct me. This has happened with several different employees they have had in the past. Nathan is just the latest example, but also a very good one. Regardless of your level of experience, this crew will help you out as best they can. I shop here exclusively for a reason. Thanks again to Nathan and his colleagues, you have earned an extremely loyal customer.

I went into this store today and was met by Mike. Asked him for some brakes for my Mazda 3. He swiftly and correctly got me exactly what I needed. This man has outstanding customer service and as a store manager myself I would recommend him for higher positions. So many companies overlook incredible employees like him. I've been favoring Advance for years now. Always seem to have good prices and great service. Parts ordered promptly, accurately, and arrive on time (usually, first thing the following morning). Loaner tools have helped me make parking lot repairs on several occasions so could make it home. They've even let me park overnight if they didn't have my part. A+!
Great Auto parts store. The guys there are really great. They will always do their best to match or beat the competition. I give this store a 5 star rating mostly because of the people that work there that are always ready to help, and because they more times than Not have what your looking for.
