I will probably never bring my car back here unfortunately. I brought my car here because my boyfriend had a good experience and it's literally right next door to my work. Scheduled an appt and paid $1000 before hand trying to be smart and plan ahead. The day came and my car didn't get worked on because "all that went on that morning". No big deal they asked to reschedule and I was fine with it at that point. Second appt came and someone had sent my tires back by accident so they couldn't really do much work on my car that day. So another appt was scheduled and yet again because of another vehicle using some equipment they weren't able to finish the work on my car, which they were able to get my car in the very next day. My car is running great, and they did a great job there. I just feel I was jerked around because I'm conviently next door and had already put $1000 down. Was told by the second appt I would probably get money back and then in the end had to pay another 756.02 just to get my keys back. Which I get an estimate is an estimate but just overall wasn't a good experience for me.
We've been taking our snowblowers, lawnmowers, and edgers to Osgood's for service for over ten years, and have also purchased equipment and supplies from them. They offer excellent advice, do good work, and are honest and easy to deal with. Their prices and hourly rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended!!
Happy customer here. These guys helped me in a major way and I'm so grateful for the kindness and professionalism displayed. My Audi Q5 needed a new water pump and the team handled it with ease. Thankfully, I feel safe for my 11 hour drive south! Thank you Ian, Jake, Toby, and team! PS - The invoice came in less than I expected, which was also a very pleasant surprise!

Fantastic service here! Bright my snow blower in for a pretty big job and they had ready in less than 24 hrs, ahead of a snowstorm! And very reasonably priced too!

I was raised up here and I look around looked at all of other machines and they had some good reviews. But once I read them from here every one was a good review. Thank our lord I found the best crew here at osgoods everything about my experience ? was amazing and they did it right. I drive a 1982 cj7 and they made it feel like new again and they were very kind respectful towards me treated me so good and was not as much as I thought. So please you need work done take it from me someone that drive ls a old vehicle and made it feel safe. If I could, I would give 10 stars! We had been taken care of in an unfortunate situation as if we were friends or family.
Our car broke on our way home ( a 6h drive to Canada), in the middle of nowhere. After being refused at another mechanic, as they were fully booked and it was the end of their business day, we were referred to Osgood's.
Here at Osgood's they assesed the problem, ordered the parts and told us they could get it done by the next day. They even offered to give us a lift to a hotel (I can not imagine how we would have gotten there otherwise, with two young kids and no car, no Uber). The next morning, by the time of our checkout, our car was up and running.
We cannot thank them enough for the service they have provided !!!
From when I gave them my keys to have a four-wheel alignment done on my truck to when I paid the bill and walked out the door, it was less than an hour. They did it quickly, efficiently, and effectively, and no one tried to sell me parts I didn't need. I spoke with the technician who carried out the work, and he explained how it went and gave me a copy of the alignment results. If/when an issue arises, I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again!
If I could give Osgoods 10 stars I would! They are friendly, kind, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. They always make sure I'm taken care of and get me on the schedule quickly. I won't go anywhere else! I can't recommend them enough - Jacob is the best!
The guys here are very nice and helpful. They're great at what they do and this is the only shop I'll use.
Edit: They've changed, used to be caring and really help customers and now they're just money hungry. Sad.
Great customer service, their experienced technicians get the job done quick and done right, if you want an honest and reliable garage then I would highly recommend you give this family owned and operated garage a try. My sisters and I would not go to another garage after finding these guys!
Great family business. Always attentive, personable and willing to answer questions. Great service technicians that charge a fair price when it comes to Auto work. Highly recommend them to anybody in the area that needs worked on their car.
Always great reliable service, they stand behind the products they sell. I have bought 2 commercial zero-turn mowers, a debris loader, and multiple backpack blowers from them all of which have been great reliable machines. Pleasant knowledgable assistance in the choosing and purchase of a new husqvarna snowblower. Not looking forward to problems but I'm sure they'll be taken care of in short order.
