Hillside was great through the whole process of repairing my car. What they do is not a quick process, anywhere you go- so patience is key. They surprised me with the turn around time as everywhere is booking 2-3 months out. They worked with my insurance company and gave me updates along the way. They went above and beyond to make sure my car looked brand new when I got it back. I would highly recommend hillside if you are looking for high quality work!

These are the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with,I wouldn’t recommend this place at all,Don’t waste your time or money on these people,I guess that’s what happens when your family tree only has one branch

I called AAA during a windy, blowing snow storm for a family member who was forced off the road when traffic went in their lane due to a snow drift. No one was hurt, just a simple pull out. Within minutes of entering the info into the AAA app, Scott from Hillside Collision Center called to confirm the location, vehicle description, and that the vehicle was off the road. Scott said his driver, Mason, was on a nearby call and would be able to pull the vehicle out in about 30 minutes. I thought that was just remarkable knowing how busy tow companies get during storms. Fast forward the vehicle was pulled out without issue. A short while later, Scott called to verify that they had indeed pulled the correct vehicle out because I had provided the wrong vehicle information, i.e., description. Scott followed up to make sure no one was stranded in the freezing temperatures. This level of customer service speaks volumes for Scott and his business. Thank you again, Scott.

Nice but not the most professional. Been waiting for an estimate for a month and have called numerous times to check in. Kept getting told to call back and then told “oh yup almost done” or “I’ll get right back to you”. Completely understand if too busy to take vehicle on but would be nice to not be strung along. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Scott, the owner of Hillside, educated me and was so generous of his time and expertise when I went in for what I thought was a brake problem. Hillside fixed that problem, but Scott told me why, if I wanted to keep the car, I should have the suspension and other things done when I got home to Connecticut. He went out of his way with a thorough print out of the parts, and prices of what I was going to need in the future, knowing full well Hillside wasn’t going to be doing the job. I’ve never been so impressed! Thank you Scott!!

I had a GREAT experience at this place! The owner was very busy but he was able to assist me with an on the spot effort to tighten lug nuts on my truck after I had recently swapped wheels and they had loosened. Long story short, I had taken the factory lug nut wrench out of the vehicle and not replaced it. They didn't even charge me , as well as I saw them provide a repair at a significant discount for a disabled gentleman. Top shelf all around. Thanks Hillside!

Disrespectful & completely unprofessional manager. Although the shop is with AAA they refused to do a roadside battery service. So I got a jump & drove to the shop to have them install a new battery. Guy was rude & insulting. He went into the shop to “look for a battery that will work”. Never came back. After 20 minutes we just left, went to Advance Auto Parts in Waldoboro & was taken care of and treated with respect.

Sad to see it go, however the staff and owner were very accommodating

Very disappointed with the service They refused to send my insurance company any pictures or an estimate and let my car sit there for 17 days without letting me know that nothing was happening, apparently they get plenty of work without going through insurance companies Had to get insurance company to transport to a different collision center rather than providing an estimate and fixing it- don’t know how they stay in business

I've had to use them twice and both my truck and car look and drive like new. Scott is very good to work with. I highly recommend them

I would not recommend hillside performance for any work. I sent in my vehicle following an accident,they replaced the glass, but did not check and realize other damage was done.car was totalled.

Hillside's customer services is second to none. The quality of their work is as good as any I have ever worked with. Their prices are honest as is their work. I would never even consider going anywhere else.

Always trying to make customers happy. Very respectful. Try to get the cheapest price for repairs that need to be done & to have you back on the road as soon as possible. Great people! !!

WONDERFUL customer service! We stopped for gas in Waldoboro after a day on the coast. Our car would not start. AAA sent Hillside and we were on our way home pretty quickly - he diagnosed and fixed our car. Knowledgable, kind, and quick!!

Jason B came to my families rescue on the highway Saturday. He was a relief after hours of cars whipping by on the highway. He put my mother at ease right away by assuring her that he could get gas while we found facilities long awaited next door at McDonald's. He had funny clean jokes to share on the long ride ( close to 100 mi one way) thank you Jason for making a hard day easier.

They are "awesome" I wouldnt go any where else. I trust them with my vehicle, as well as they are very knowledgable with insurances companies, and they made my new car look new again! I agree with the last reviewer as to the level of customer service and the quality of the work, but if your looking to get your vehicle taken care of in a reasonable amount of time Faget about it!! I was quoted a week and a half it took over a month and there wasn't even an extreme amount of damage they had to deal with on my car either. They totally have more work than body men to do the work.

Scott was unbelievably helpful. I would tell you the whole story but it comes down to one thing. They care more about customer service than they do about getting you in and out of the door and cashing your check.
