This has to be the worst dealership in the midcoast. My wifes jeep sat there for 4 months (jeep was completely dead, has a severe missfire and something went bad with the electronics which made it have no power) when they kept saying every day "yeah we are bringing it into the shop today" but everday for 4 months i drive by on my way to work and sure enough its sitting in the same spot. They finally decided to bring it in after almost 5 months and a few days later they called saying they replaced the battery and a fuse and its okay to drive but they have to reschedule it to diagnose the misfire. Really, after waiting 5 months they have to reschedule it and tell us to drive with a severe missfire that can damage the motor? So next day my wife was driving home, " Pull over vehicle will shut off soon" message came up on dash followed by Check engine, abs, airbag, brake, traction control lights came on then Jeep lost all power and died in the middle of the road. I am very glad our baby was not in the vehicle. They obviously have incompetent people working there that dont know how to fix anything. I had it towed right back to them after the amount we paid to have it fixed, i can only hope they warranty their work, which i doubt anyways. Would highly reccomend going elsewhere.
Service department has some major issues. My car has been there since 9-28. Was told by one Service manager could not look at it until October 15th checked with them on the 20th there's a new Service manager was promised it was going to hit the shop that week. Now being 11-6 ANOTHER Service manager and still hasn't been seen in the shop. That's 3 service managers in less than a month! I guess giving this dealership a shot which is 40 mins away from where I live vs another Dodge dealer being 5 mins was a disappointing decision. I guess once I finally get my car back I will most likely not be returning to this specific dealership.
Dealership is filthy dirty. Every time I’m in there, there’s a new “manager” in the service department. Speaks real loud to upper managements inability to manage.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this dealership! My son just bought his first Wrangler, and honestly, it went smoother than I expected. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Mike, our salesperson, was absolutely fantastic. He walked us through everything without any pressure and really made the buying process enjoyable. Signing the papers felt easy, and my son couldn’t be happier with his new ride. I highly recommend this place!

I had an appointment for work they had recommened and said needed to be done. They said they would fix it the day I dropped it off (Thurs), they had it until Monday end of day and still didn't get it done. They had to put it back together to return it with no date that I could bring it back. The last time I left it they had it for 2 1/2 weeks.
Probably spoke with or visited 30 dealerships before I got lucky enough to find this one. The others couldnt even come close. Talk about transparency. Prices listed were actually the prices offered. Traveled from NY to pick up a Durango. Mike Callahan was great. I would make the trip again for my next vehicle.
Bob was amazing throughout the whole process! I did not get the car I first saw as someone else bought it before I could test drive it but he found me another one & was relentless calling about the title until it finally came! I love my Taos & would definitely recommend Key Newcastle!

Found a truck through Newcastle on Autotrader. Called them at 1:30 on a Saturday to see what time they closed and run through a test drive. Dealership closed at 4pm and I arrived at 3:10. Truck was clean, discussion was transparent, fair market for my trade in and they even gave me better apr financing than I already secured with my own bank which was very low to begin with. Was out the door just after 5 with a new truck. Fast, Friendly, and easy experience.

Mike was great! I had tried other dealers before I ended up buying from Key. One dealership tried to talk me into a Jeep I didn’t want, and another showed no interest in my purchase, despite that it was a guaranteed sale if they had made the effort.
At Key, Mike listened to what I wanted, put together the order, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire build process. Once my vehicle was delivered, though, Mike continued with the high-quality service. Truly, the customer service is always great, and I appreciate the continuation of care beyond the initial purchase.
I live about an hour away and they stayed open just so I could test drive it !! I didn’t have a car because it got totaled about two weeks ago and they were able to deliver it to me at my house. Ive always wanted a Honda CRV and now I have one with 68,000 and a reasonable price as well !! They were the easiest people to deal with which has never been my experience at a car dealership. It was super refreshing!! 10/10 5 stars isn’t enough, if you find a car with them buy it !!
I went to Key on a Saturday just to look at trucks with no intentions to buy that day. Within an hour and fifteen minutes, I was nicely greeted, showed trucks, test drove and left with my truck. The whole experience was very pleasant and quick.
They got me in very fast even without an appointment. Truck broke down and towed to key and within days my truck was fixed! Very kind and supportive staff. Highly recommend for any vehicle needs!

These guys are great. I’ve found it difficult to get appointments at other Jeep dealerships lately. When I do get an appointment at other dealerships I’ve found communication and a sense of urgency lacking and trouble shooting ability sub par. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE! Key got me in right away, they stayed in touch on a regular basis regarding the status of my repair, they completed it when they said they would and they seem to have truly experienced mechanics who know how to trouble shoot and make the repair. I whole heartedly recommend them and appreciate them.

I've been a customer of the Newcastle dealership since 2012, long before it changed ownership. I've always had great experiences there. A few weeks ago I ran into a bit of trouble at the service department with some routine work for my 2012 RAM 1500. Let's just say for me AND the service department nothing went as we had expected that day. A two hour job turned into me staying until the shop was closed. Luke, at the service department counter did an amazing job of keeping his composure and not letting a bad situation get the best of him, despite being new to the job for only a few weeks. He also worked with the service manager and the rest of the folks in the department to make sure that I wasn't paying for work that wasn't quoted properly and i came out of everything paying a fair price.
That's how things should work in the real world. Not every experience is a five star review and mine certainly wasn't but I am giving Luke and the folks in Service five stars for their respectful and calm approach which inspired me stay respectful and calm as well.
I'm still a customer and I'll be back for more work on my truck.

I've bought two new vehicles from Newcastle. This last one, my 2011 Chrysler 200 was an excellent car. After having it for a decade I sold it to a young girl that I imagine will get many more years out of it. Great car!
