I needed a new car and endlessly scrolled through marketplace. Every dealer either didn’t reply or was less than helpful. By luck I stumbled across a clean looking Crosstrek being sold by Olson’s Auto, due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to make it to Jefferson when they’re normally open and the owner was extremely accommodating, kept in contact with me and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes with a new car, the keys and a 30 day plate.

I was in desperate need of a vehicle last year 2024 as my truck blew up and instead of taking advantage of the fact I was young and desperately looking for a vehicle he was very straight forward and honest about everything, and gave me a good price on the vehicle I purchased. Almost a year later and I have ZERO ISSUES with it!

In October of 2024, my first car that had been given to me from my parents after they had purchased a new vehicle, had finally broken down. Not wanting to sink even more money into a car that I knew I'd likely not be driving that time the following year, I began my search for a new (to me) vehicle. It was also my first time buying a car at 25 years old.
I found Olson Auto through Facebook Marketplace on one of their listings. I reached out to Tyler and received a response very promptly. After reading the other reviews, I felt confident about buying my first car from him. I test drove the 2019 Subaru Legacy w/155K miles on it and was blown away at the great condition of the vehicle. It was also a serious upgrade from my previous 2009 Hyundai Sonata. I popped the hood and noticed that there was a lot of corrosion on the battery, but without hesitation Tyler and Rachele were able to get me a new one for free - thank you again!
With it being my first time buying a car, I was unfamiliar with the process and Rachele was incredibly helpful at pointing me in the right direction and answering all the questions I had. I was able to get a newer car at a great price, and got a great rate. Rachele went out of her way to meet me back at the shop once I had my final paperwork ready because she knew I was relying on a friend for transport, even after the shop was closed for the day on a Friday.
Since purchasing the car and having the new battery installed, it has treated me very well and I'm extremely happy with it! Olson Auto is an honest place run by good people. If you're in the market for a used car, don't want to break the budget, and want to know that you're in good hands - this is your place. I can't recommend them enough!

Tyler really hooked it up. First off he had almost the exact car I was looking for. Second he was very honest about the condition of the car and priced it accordingly. And to top it all off he dropped the car off to me and took my trade with him as my scheduale made it hard to get back over there during business hours. Good car dealers are not really a thing these days but that's so not the case here. If your looking for a used car this is the place to go 💯.

This place is a great family owned and ran business! They worked with me to find an appropriate vehicle for my needs at a very reasonable price. They definitely went above and beyond during the whole process and Ill be going back in the future for any and all vehicle needs.
I highly recommend buying a car from here. The owner, Tyler, was very up front about the condition of the car, telling me what he did and didn't know about it's history, what repairs he'd done, and what issues remained. One thing he brought up was that the battery was questionable, and after we'd signed the paperwork he emailed me that he was going to install a new battery for free because he "didn't feel right" sending me out with a battery that could leave me stranded.
This was my first time buying a car and I was pretty nervous going into it. However, Tyler was really communicative, great to work with, and fantastic at taking care of his customers. In the couple of months since I bought it, the car has been running great and I'm really happy with the value I got for my money. I will be recommending this place to all my friends.
Many dealers will claim to "work with you". In reality, many have no intention of working with you. Tyler is definitely different. He went above and beyond my expectations with customer service. I recently purchased a truck from him, and throughout the entire process he was very honest and even arranged to have a local trusted machanic inspect the vehicle before any purchase or commitment. If buying a as-is vehicle here, do ask lots of questions, as Tyler will give honest answers. He was even willing to plug a code reader in to check for past codes in the system. Highly recommended based on honesty and customer service alone!
I needed to find a vehicle as my cheap winter beater was no longer driveable. My budget was very limited but I had to have something safe to transport my children around in and to go to work. I was in a rough spot and They were able to get me into something newer than I have ever owned and for a price that I could work with. I highly recommend people buy cars here.
