Refused my truck load of bottles because one bag had saw dust in it, and he claims its from mice. Very poor attitude from the owner that has a beard.

I brought 10 bags of bottles- half of them were my grandmothers. After I unloaded them I was told there was a “4 bag maximum per person”. I took 4 bags in, then had to drive and pick up my 85 yo grandmother so she could take the remaining bags in. We arrived back at 330 (10 mins after I left the first time) and they had put the closed sign up on the door. They close at 4pm. The manager is very rude, unhelpful and put out to do his job.
