I’ve gone to Kramer‘s for a little while now because they have Husqvarna equipment. Every time I go in that one sales guy is always wicked short with you and act like it’s a problem you’re talking to him Other than that that place is a good place for anybody in the tree business. I get it. I guess I’d be mad too if my job was selling equipment all day long to men that makes 10x my yearly salary.
Purchased a Husqvarna riding mower last year from Kramers, best riding mower I have ever owned. Unfortunately this year a part broke, I called them and they picked it up and had it fixed under warranty and returned within 2 business days. Very courteous employees and excellent service. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

have used Kramer's for years. I bought a snow blower from them, even had them service it, but after this experience, I will NOT be going back...
I had my older mower picked up to have the muffler replaced as it fell off the day I called them as I was mowing. They came and picked it up, told me it would be ready in a week or two. After a week to get a call from them. They said that it would cost too much money to replace to muffler and it wasn't worth fixing. I asked for the mower to be returned to me and they seemed surprised that I wanted it back. I called back that day and said I would like to pay for the travel cost and they asked again about me wanting the mower back and then told me that they did not know when they could return it to me and would call me when they could get around to it so they "were not joy riding around with one machine". I called them back a couple of days later and told them I would come and pick it up myself the next day.
I went to get it and they wanted to charge me for both ways of delivery and initially thought they had already dropped it off to me. They only charged me for the pick up and when I went to help them get it into my car I noticed that there were parts that they had used electrical taped to attach to the mower. I asked them about that and they indicated that it must of happened when they were trying to get the old parts off. I assume this happened before they called me to tell me it would cost too much to bother fixing it.
When I got home, I noticed that the they had replaced the throttle lever with a used part that does not fit and was covered in orange dust. I started the mower up and observed that the self propelled feature no longer works on the mower. I spoke with them about this and they indicated they had no idea what happened. They had not taken a picture of the mower before they worked on it so it could have been like that when they picked it up.
I used that mower fine, all be it a little louder without the muffler, the day they picked it up. I find it totally unacceptable that used parts were put on it and they didn't even bother to make sure it worked and had NOTHING to do with why I had them pick it up to begin with.
BEWARE: Make sure you take photos/videos of your equipment before you take anything to them. It's a hard lesson learned from me and one less customer for them.
Good people here. Quality products with superior service. Reasonable pickup and delivery charge. They fixed a couple warranteed parts with no hassle at all. Good to know that there's still a company that stands behind their products. You might pay a few more bucks then you would at the big box stores but they're well worth it.
Tried to buy a lawn mower from them & couldn’t even get a call back! I still got my mower…..thru Brunswick lawn & garden, but I’m very disappointed in a company that I really believed in!
I’ve been using Kramers for years. I’m not a big spender there but I don’t have thousands to toss around every month, my father used them as well. But today I talked with 2 different people and they both acted like I was a bother. I guess I’ll have to start getting more on line and at tractor supply. I would rather not but if I’m a bother to them why would I go back. It’s a shame I always try to use local before anything else even if it cost a bit more.
These folks are terrific to deal with! Bailed me out of many mower issues over the years. I try to make things last, maybe longer than I should but they always manage to find what I need.
Second time I went to Kramer's for parts and both times the guys behind the counter were helpful and accurate. Nice to see some companies still have people who are competent.

UPDATE: they have fixed the billing mistake
We saw an ATV on Saturday marked $7349. Went to buy it today and on the paperwork it was $7753. When I mentioned the $400 difference I was told the price tag was wrong. They did not offer to change the price or compensate in any way. They have lost any future business from us unfortunately.
They have a large inventory of Arctic Cat jackets and accessories. This will be my new go to place for our new hobby. Sorry, I didn't take any photos maybe next time.
After Covid got the best of ArborCo, I was at a loss to find another reputable Stihl dealer. After looking at the negative feedback associated with Power Equipment Plus, and their snarky reply to what could have been opportunities for improvement, I almost resigned myself to look outside of the local area ... until I read about Kramer's, Inc.
The great reviews compelled me to take a ten minute trip to Sidney, and after they worked on my equipment, I'm pleased that I did.
The $ervice department could have needle$$ly replaced a part at my great expen$e, but they didn't. They identified a bad contact on the coil, cleaned everything up, ran a thorough functions check and I was done.
The be$t part wa$ that I didn't get $crewed over, and I'm not too sure if I would have gotten treated just as honestly elsewhere.
Kramer's, Inc. is a stand-up place and you should greatly consider taking your business to them. You'll certainly be treated honestly, and I bet that if you go out of your way to travel a few miles into Sidney, then you can be sure that Kramer's will go out their way to show appreciation for your patronage and make you a return customer ... just like it should be done - imagine!
I have been. buying equipment for 15 years here .Cliff. Kramer and the crew are the best.i knew nothing when I purchased my tractor or chain saw or snowblower (city people).they were more then helpful.
Kramers is a local owned small engine and tractor supply business. I take all my equipment there for service. It doesn't matter if its a chainsaw or a snow blower they are timely and do a great job.
nice salesman went in to see if they had a four-wheeler that I wanted. They did not have one. But gave me more information about the wheeler that I was looking for. Very informative.
This is one of the best dealership's in Maine.They sell Arctic Cat snowmobiles and have done it for long time. They also sell great tractors and lawn equipment. They have a awesome reputation.
I have been in for many reasons from tractor service to buying chainsaws and have nothing but great things to say about them. They are always happy to answer my questions no matter simple or complicated they might be. I highly recommend stopping through!
Had one of the techs out joy riding on my sled. Posted pictures online of my snowmobile with the captions throttle therapy and going for a ride. Was there to get an aftermarket bumper put on which didn't fit. But they hacked the rivets putting the old one back on. Grinded down my metal brackets instead of drilling the rivets out. Used the wrong rivets in places. Not happy.
Really second time there to buy parts and some real idiot strikes again. You would think customer service and up sell would be the name of the game and with a smile. Again I get a smart ass remark and zero extra help with no smile. I needed 4 ball joints and the packages had no retaining clips in them, glad I asked! I then nicely said do I need anything else for the other end and I get "I don't know your the one doing the work". I left the place, the parts and took my iPad out immediately down the road and ordered direct from Arctic cat. They give schematics in case you forget something. Last time this guy made such an impression on me it made me change manufactures for our new ATV. We bought a 2015 Polaris 850 TRG and never went back to them even for a look. I should have stuck to my guns and not wasted my time today. Is his personally the problem or does the shop hate people working on their own stuff? I think it's just him, there is a nice older guy at the parts counter if I remember and the floor sales people are nice too. BUT as you can see one bad apple can ruin the barrel. BEWARE!
they whiched the battery out of my tractor and replaced with the lowist voltage possible they put a battery in that was to low for my tractor charged the same amount as the right Battery! they stole my money and ruined my tractor dont ever use them ever!
