Joshua from Wrecker and crew was a life savor for my fiancé tonight! My fiancé called me to let me know he went off the road while driving in the snowstorm and was stuck in a ditch . Not having AAA we found this towing service on google and what a godsend this guy was. He was able to get my fiancé out within 30 mins and also charged a very reasonable rate for it. He even texted me to let me know my fiancé was out of the ditch and on his way home, after I had mentioned earlier that his phone was about to die. If you ever need a tow, Joshua at Wrecker and Crew is great!!!

Very friendly, and job well done. I had a company come to put the spare on, the guy could not figure out how to remove the spare from the cable. Joshua showed up and had it off before I could step outside. Was ready to go in just a few minutes. Great job!
Unfortunately locked myself out of my vehicle I was quoted 240$ by a different company. Someone gave me their number, this company quoted me 75$ for my lock out and then only charged me 50$. Im so thankfully for the guy that helped me tonight. Also loved the little (old 9 yr old) pup. Loved the cuddles and the conversation with the guy. Thank you so much!
When you are having car trouble, it's ALWAYS a stressful situation but when you have a tow truck that is willing to come right when you call. I was extremely pleased with their service. I had everything figured out within 30 minutes. Thank you so much wrecker and crew
My experience with Wrecker and Crew LLC was nothing short of excellent. My vehicle was stuck broken down in the middle of the road and my own insurance company failed to provide me service in a timely manner. I was referred to Wrecker & Crew LLC by a friend and I couldn’t be any happier. They were there quickly and got my vehicle to where it needed to be safely. Highly recommend this company!!

While trying to help my son get his car unstuck, my jeep also got stuck in some deep snow. I had tried EVERYTHING I could think of to get myself out. I was making some progress but it looked like after 24 hours being stuck, someone stopped to see if they could help. It was the owner of Wrecker & Cew who stopped. With very little effort he got me out in no time. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and had the straps and chains with him. With his help, I got out of the deep snow in less than 5 min. I would definitely recommend Wrecker & Crew to everyone because of the knowledge and the effectiveness of the owner!
Truck was in the shop but they sent someone anyways and pulled my little stuck car out of a snow bank. Will definitely call again if needed!! Very reasonable ?
Called in a pinch on a very cold night Josh answered right away explained where he was and how long he would be. He kept me informed about the process and price made payment easy over the phone and when my vehicle was delivered. Most definitely will call again when I need a tow!
I locked myself out of my car on the coldest night of the year. We contacted Wrecker and Crew and Joshua was able to get to us within 20 minutes of calling him. He is prompt, experienced and truly cares about his customers.
Wrecker & Crew helped my daughter when I couldn't. Josh went to her aide quickly, in a snow storm when she was in a ditch needing a flat bed. He made the whole arrangement simple and made the situation a whole lot less stressful. I can't convey in words how appreciative I am with this company but trust that they are your best option when you're in a pickle

Josh is truly genuine and a rare find nowadays when it comes to providing customer service. It is truly satisfying to see someone who has such pride in their line of work and carries compassion and understanding when helping others. He goes way above and beyond. My truck is used but recently purchased from a gentleman who informed me that it was stuck in 4WD he said he never used the 4WD that he only put it in 4WD to take a picture that it worked when he was first posting the sale and I so after my purchase I was trying to get it back into 2WD. I got maybe 2 miles away from my house and was just about to turn around when the driveshaft TOTALLY SNAPPED!!! I left my vehicle overnight. The next day I walked across the street to my neighbor who just so happens to the towns main mechanic and garage but unfortunately doesn't offer towing, along with calling quite a few different places very close to me and having no luck in finding someone who could tow me, I truly was anxiety ridden I feared the worst cause I knew I didn't have the money for the tow. I called Wrecker & Crew Towing LLC and spoke with Josh and was immediately relieved. His personality and sense of humor just puts you at right at ease. People nowadays are rude and have no care for you or what you need. They are just miserable and greedy and over charge. Not this company. Not josh. He is honest, polite, respectful and keeps open communication with you the entire time. He was reasonable and affordable. I am still just taken aback from the customer service I received. After getting my truck back to my house he took the time to actually get my truck out of 4WD, helped me look up the part online to purchase and even took the time to look at my truck to see if there was anything else that I should have repaired, replaced or just looked at. I highly recommend this company. They are #1!!! Thanks Josh you are the BEST!!!
My car would not start, thought it was perhaps the starter, not even thinking it could be the battery. When he arrived, he thought it was the battery, checked it out and was right. After he jump started my car, I took him up on his offer to buy and replace the battery. He followed me to the nearest auto parts place, got a battery and installed it right then an there. No need to waste time on another day at a garage. Great and friendly service, and I though very fair price. Thank you.

Joshua went above and beyond when I really needed help. I was stuck in a remote area with a rental car that was not drivable. He came out to get me late at night, took me almost two hours to the airport to exchange the car, got me coffee, and then checked in on me on my drive back because he knew I was afraid I’d fall asleep behind the wheel. One of the nicest humans I’ve ever met and I highly recommend his company!

I was in a pinch during the 4th of July holiday weekend. My boat trailer decided it was a good time to have the driver side wheel fall off from a worn away outer bearing. I frantically searched for flat bed tow companies in the Sidney maine area to get my boat trailer towed off the road and to a marina to get repairs done. A few phone calls I made and got voicemails. Josh of Wrecker and Crew was the first to actually pick up the phone, and he was all over the job. As soon as I got talking with him I knew I was in good hands and he could get the job done. He really came through for me in a timely and professional manner where others failed to even answer the phone, not even call me back. I dunno what I would've done without Josh this past weekend. He was also very informational and taught me a few things during the process about my towing as well as about my trailer and how things work with it as well as maintenance tips. I would absolutely recommend Josh and Wrecker and Crew for anyone in the area. Thanks again Josh!

Josh was excellent. My vehicle wouldn’t start and I called him for a tow. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. He not only diagnosed my electrical issue with my starter, but fixed it on the spot! His price was great and he drove my vehicle back to my house as I had broken down the night before and had my 2nd vehicle there at the time. He really went above and beyond to help me. There are still great people in this world and Josh is one of them!

I called Wrecker & Crew and the owner picked up. He was amazing. Helpful. Communicative and assured me he can get my car out. Prices were great and the owner was awesome. He was able to get my car out safely and quickly. Other companies said they'd need a tractor and charge $400.
?????? I’ve actually never used their services…BUT WAIT…The owner is the gentleman who helped local and State police stop a reckless driver who created a dangerous car chase in Topsham recently. He put his own (I’m sure very expensive) truck/equipment at risk of damage to assisting law enforcement. That shows character; so I’ll definitely be contacting them for any towing or lockout needs in the future. My dog has locked me out of my vehicle a few times, so I may very well need their assistance at some point. ??????
