I asked for coolant for my 2012 dodge durango as I wanted to make sure I got the correct type. The employee looked it up, sold me zerex dexcool OAT coolant. I used it and now have problems with my cooling system. Come to find out the employee sold me the incorrect coolant as my 2012 durango requires HOAT coolant. So now im stuck with a big bill to fix the problem that the incorrect coolant caused (gel like sludge clogging my cooling system)

Paul's the man! Extremely helpful always gets me what I need for the bodyshop and if for some reason he can't he always gets ahold of me and makes something happen.

These guys are awesome people I rented a 3 jaw puller the smaller one broke so I went back and they gave me the 7 ton 3 jaw puller that did the trick on an auger pulley for my snow blower. Plus they're selling Craftsman and makita tools and they do warrantees on them to.
If ya need parts right the first time then call this NAPA. They get the parts you need right the first time!! No having to return for something that doesn’t quite fit (after you’ve taken your car apart). The staff is knowledgeable and helpful!
Not a very impressive parts store. I was a little frustrated because I had some questions about parts I needed and obviously I knew more then the guys trying to help me so they just ended up sounding like meat heads. It would of been perfectly fine to say "I don't know" as an answer. I try to avoid this place usually I goto Oreillys just up the street but they didn't have the part today.
Maybe it's just me but clerks at Napa never seem very eager to jump up and say "Hi! Who's next?". I do get this response when I walk into O'Reillys though, or Advanced Auto or Souls. So I'm much more likely to bypass Napa when I'm part shopping. When I do check with Napa, the cost of their parts have been higher than the others I mentioned. I wish them the best but that's been my experience.
A good selection of automotive parts. They also carry parts for small engines, boats, motorcycles and lawn equipment. If you order a part in the morning, it's usually there by noon. They also make hydrolic hoses and carry some snow plow parts.
The staff seem to be well qualified.
I would just go to any parts store for what I needed, until I came here. The people are very helpful, give great advice, but the quality is why I won't go anywhere else now.
